Changes in Routing

Dear Experts,
I am having one issue, my client want to change routings.
Previous routings contains 'X' work center, now for some materials i want to change this X to Y, X to Z, and X to A, and routing data is very huge, also i am not able to get the current routings by abap program or from Query, because all the entries are not coming correctly in output, some new entries coming and some are not getting displayed, i have made a query using MAPL PLKO PLAS PLPO CRHD, and my requirement is Material Number Group Group Counter and Work center, but the data is not coming correctly even from ABAP program, it is not possible by CA85 because data is almost more than 1 lack routing and its BDC also not working, so guide me in this, how do i get the correct current data from the system is my biggest worry, guide me in this.

Dear Devidas,
1.First check the report CA51 to identify the routing details.
2.Make use of CA80 and CA85N for identifying the where used list of work center and mass change of work center.
Check and revert back.

In FX 8 (WinXP and Linux) I'm not able to change a route of the Google Maps routeplanner via drag&drop, the markers of start and destination don't appear and therefore cannot be moved, either.

Usually (IE, Firefox 7 and below) if you go along the blue line of a route planned by Google Maps, a small circle appears which can be dragged and dropped to other roads so that the routeplanner changes the route. This is impossible with Fx 8, the circle doesn't appear and when trying to drag&drop I only move the map. The same applies to the markers which mark the start and destination of the route, they are not visible and cannot be moved. Disabling Adblock and Firegestures didn't solve the problem.
When the page is loading for a moment you can see the symbol for an image which is not yet loaded both where the markers should be and if you go along the line with the mouse. As soon as the page is completely loaded you don't see this anymore.

I have just changed my router and whilst I can connect to the router I can no longer air print on my hp 5524 which is also connecting to my router

I have just had to change my router, which has resulted in my i pad and HPphotosmart 5524 not connecting even though both devices are connecting well to the router. My laptop on windows prints on wi fi perfectly.
My previous router a 7 year old Netgear worked with the i pad but not this new Huawei HG532.
Is this the router or an Apple/HP issue. My network provider AOL/Talk Talk seem to want to point the finger towards the latter even though their old Netgear worked.
They are ringing me back this afternoon and I would like some advise to back up my problem.

You have to set the new SSID and Password on your printer to put printer and iPad on the same network. Run the CD again.
Setup a typical HP AirPrint Printer
1. Insert the CD into the CD drive of the computer, and then wait a few seconds for the software installer to start.
2. Accept the installation agreements, and then click Next . It might take several minutes for your computer to install the printer software.
3. You will be asked to connect printer to computer with USB cable
4. You will be ask how you want to connect to printer, select Network (Ethernet/Wireless) and then click Next.
5. Setup will access computer and router for wireless settings.
6. Setup will ask if you want to use wireless settings (SSID and Password) to setup printer. Select Yes and press Next.
7. Setup will then send wireless settings to printer.
8. Once printer is setup, you will be ask to remove USB cable.
9. The printer is now ready for AirPrint.

**** little info about your equipment.
If you just replaced the router with an Airport Extreme or Express:
disconnect the modem from power, disconnect the new router from power, connect the modem to power and wait till it os fully started up, then connect the new router to power. After a while the amber light will turn to flashing, then after a while it will turn to green. Then with AirportUtility (in Aplications/Utilities) it should be configured with the password.

Change the routing assigned to a job by program

Is there an API, or any procedure which allow to change by program the routing of a WIP job (validate the changes and replace the primary routing which imply replace the old operations and resources by the alternate routing resources and operation, and reschedule the job) ?
The purpose is to Mass change the routings on jobs (for example: change the routing of all the unreleased jo of an item category).

You have to:
- eliminate the stock of that material/batch
- mark the batch master with deletion flag
- archive the batch master

After archiving you should be alble to do a GR with same batch number for another material...hopefully...

Is it connecting to the Router or Modem?
Is the new Router using maybe WPA2 encryption? If so, G4s can only do WPA or less.

The Interface that connects to the Internet, needs to be drug to the top of System Preferences>Network>Show:>Network Port Configurations and checked ON.
Instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.
Then... Try putting these numbers in Network>Airport>TCP/IP>DNS Servers, for the Interface you connect with...

Then Apply.
Also, turn off IPv6:
System Preferences » Network » AirPort » TCP/IP tab » Configure IPv6

I changed my router password, now I need to login each time....

I have a MacBook Pro and recently changed my router password (from ASCII to HEX). Now my MBP recognizes the wireless signal (full strength) but I cannot pull up web pages without re-detecting my network and typing in the new password. A minor annoyance, but it would still be great to have it back to where it would remember the password.

Changing the keychain worked the first time that I did it, but has not worked since. I still have to find my network and re-login. I also checked my keychain to make sure it was remembering the correct password.

How can Teststand have Switch Executive dynamically change a route.

I have created routes in Switch Executive and when I try to connect these routes thru Teststand via Action Properties under the Switching Tab. I get an error saying:
Details:A reserved for routing channel required for connecting this route is already in use by another route.(Error = -29031) [Error Code: -17500, Operation Failed.]
I am trying to connect two different routes by the following syntax in the "Routes to Connect" section:
"Route1 & Route2"
It seems that in Switch Executive Route1 and Route2 are both using the same reserved for routing paths. For example:
Route1:      [C0->MatrixA/r1->C2]
Route2:      [C1->MatrixA/r1->C5]
So my question is then...How can Teststand make Switch Executive change the route path? I have r0, r1, r2, and r3 set as reserved for routing. Thanks for your help.

For situation 1:
When I use this method Switch Executive dynamically chooses a route but its always the same route.   What I need to do is have a set of pins that use only one route and another set of pins that uses a different set of routes. You can think of it as c1 is one lead of a multimeter and c2 is the other lead. I need to be able to connect c1 on any other column besides c2 and also c2 to be able to connect to any other pin besides c1. Since in Teststand I need to connect c1 and c2 simultaneously as a step I get an error because both are trying to use the same route.
Also when I change the route from:
                                                         channelA->matrix/r0->channelB
                                                     to: channelA->matrix/r1->channelB,
then when I save and close Switch Executive and I reopen it the channels automatically routes itself back to channelA->matrix/r0->channelB.
Is there any way that I can save these routes to my configured route?

Changing wireless router on HP Photosmart Plus B210

I recently upgraded my cable modem and Airport Extreme to a combination modem/router from Comcast..an Arris TG862.
After getting everything hooked up and running I noticed that the printer's wireless radio button wasn't accessible. I called Comcast support and their only solution to getting the printer working wirelessly was to use the old router and bypass the router on the new combo unit. I did this and the printer works, but that kind of defeats the purpose of trying to go simple. I tried to reinstall the printer from scratch but nothing I do allows me to change the router information. The menus on the printer don't help because I can't get to any them if it isn't seeing the router. Any ideas on how to start from scratch or update the router information?

Yes. But, anytime you hard reset the Comcast gateway (modem+router), you will have to call Comcast and have them put in in 'bridge' mode'.
If you really want to do this right, buy your own high quality modem only, saving $7/mo over the Comcast rental fee. Using your own router now also, you have full control including firmware updates, with more features which may include Guest Networks.

Probably the router is set to be create a closed network. The documentation should tell you how to change that setting.

We have no idea since you don't mention what printer you have. Also if you want to change your router password you con't use a USB cable. Must use Ethenet cable or wireless connection.

Here are the basic steps to setup port mapping on the AirPort:
AEBSn - Port Mapping Setup
To setup port mapping on an 802.11n AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBSn), either connect to the AEBSn's wireless network or temporarily connect directly, using an Ethernet cable, to one of the LAN port of the AEBSn, and then use the AirPort Utility, in Manual Setup, to make these settings:
1. Reserve a DHCP-provided IP address for the host device.
AirPort Utility > Select the AEBSn > Manual Setup > Internet > DHCP tab
On the DHCP tab, click the "+" (Add) button to enter DHCP Reservations.
Description: <enter the desired description of the host device>
Reserve address by: MAC Address
Click Continue.
MAC Address: <enter the MAC (what Apple calls Ethernet ID if you are using wired or AirPort ID if wireless) hardware address of the host computer>
IPv4 Address: <enter the desired IP address>
Click Done.
2. Setup Port Mapping on the AEBSn.
AirPort Utility > Select the AEBSn > Manual Setup >Advanced > Port Mapping tab
Click the "+" (Add) button
Service: <choose the appropriate service from the Service pop-up menu>

Changing My Router

I have two laptops connected by wireless which enables me to print to my non-wireless printer - I can prepare a document or picture on my Acer(Windows 8) and send it to my Toshiba (Vista) which has the printer (Epson R220)connected to it. This was set up by an IT expert.
I am experiencing problems with my router and want to use the EE router iyou provided nstead. Will the wireless connection be maintained or will I have to change some setting ?
I am a Minus 10 on the IT Skill scale so would need step by step,line by line instructions if changes are needed.

Hello, Thanks for your reply.Firstly, please let me explain my situation.I use a Zimmer frame for mobility and find it difficult to carry a laptop or printer when using that frame. This is why I had my Acer connected wirelessly to my Toshiba, my printer being connected to the Toshiba in another part of the house. To answer your specific questions :-My current router is a Netgear DGNB 2100. The router provided by EE is a Bright Box. The specific problem I am experiencing relates to the connection of my iPad to the Internet - it keeps dropping out of connection for no apparent reason and I have to manually reconnect it. I do not know if changing the router will cure the problem with my iPad - but if the switch to the BrightBox does not involve too much work, it is something I thought I could try . I have not said that the printer has anything to do with the router problem. It is permanently connected to my Toshiba in another part of the house. The wireless connection is between the two laptops and works perfectly, enabling me to print from my Acer by way of the Toshiba. I have tried to find out why my iPad keeps dropping out of the connection and as you sent me the BrightBox I hoped this might cure this problem , provided I could maintain the laptop/laptop wireless capability. It may well be that the printer is already set up as a network printer - when I ask for a print from my Acer it asks me which printer I want to use - either 'R220" or "R220 on my laptop(Toshiba)" If you advise me that the iPad connectivity problem would not be cured by changing the router then so be it. HT204409 I keep seeing "change my router" as a solution to wifi problems, I cannot change hotel routers! ***, please Apple, I have been a big fan but this is crazy, only my Apple products are not working on wifi!

the iPad should work with most wifi routers. There are some old wife routers it may not. Your ipad coiuld have a hardware problem.
Does it work with some routers? Have you hung out in the lobby of the hotel and asked if other ipad users are having a problem. What does the hotel staff say?
You could carry a mini wifi router with you and connect the mini via ethernet cable.
Find the make and model of the wifi router. We can check if other ipad owners are having problem.
