HI ALL I HAVE COPIED THE STANDARD QUOTATION FORM-RVORDER01 AND WANT TO MAKE CHANGES IN IT IN (LANGUAGE ENGLISH) BUT I M NOT ABLE TO CREATE NEW WINDOWS AND ALSO I M CHANGE THE SIZE AND POSITION OF PREVIOUSELY DEFINED WINDOWS.

For Making adjustments to already defined windows - In the user menu Goto - Settings - click on form painter - enable the graphical form painter check box.
For adding new windows - Goto Page windows - Edit- create Element.

Dear all ,
i want to make chages in SAP standard form named J_1I_ARE1. how do i do ds.
when i open this form in change mode, pop up appears saying : Form J_1I_ARE1 language EN is not available . then it autimatically goes to create form for copying the original form to a new z form.
is there nothing like getting access key for the standard form and make the necessary changes ?

Hi,
Form J_1I_ARE1 may not be avialable in your development Client. First copy the form from client 000 and try for it. Do not directly modify the original form copy it into Y/Z<> and make your modifications.

Change in output of quotation form in main window ( in SAP SCRIPT)

      i want to change to the output values of quotation form and that should come in single line. at present it is coming in double line.as per my requirement is to be display the data in one line.

As stated above , you cannot make changes in standard SAP script, create a Z one and then use it.

I have a standard transaction MI21 for physical inventory.
I need to change the standard form and attached back to this transaction.My first query is how to find the form name in standard program? program name is RM07IDRU.
Can i copy the original form in zform and make a changes and attach it back to standard program.
How to do this?

Forms are INVENT and INVENT_VKBW you can use either of these accrding to your requirement.
But if you copy it to Z form then you will be needed to copy the program and then change form names in OPEN_FORM.

Can anyone say what we usually change in the standard scripts?That is In MEDRUCK ,RVDELNOTE,RVINVOICE.In what case we will change these forms ? And what we change in these standard forms?Can anyone say it in detail?

Hello on the projects you usually has to change the layout and add the data retrieval into the SF, generally I do not know the client that accepts fully the standard SAP forms. So usually it's your developer task to adjust forms to the client needs. (you just copy it to Z-names or /name_space/-names.

Changing Standard W2 form

Hi Everybody,
I want to change the Left Margin and upper margin values of standard W2 form in SE71. Standard form is allowing me to make and create a transport request for these changes. While i tried to transport these changes to QAS, the transport log is showing me an error message
" Import 01/26/08 14:01:15 (8) Ended with errors.
Method Execution 01/26/08 14:01:15 (8) Ended with errors."
I am not sure if this error is showing because i am making changes to the standard W2 form.
Do i need to copy this standard form and create a new custom form. If yes, then why did it allow me to make changes to the standard form.
Could somebody tell me, do i need to create a new custom form for changes or else can make changes to standard form itself. if so, how?

How to change the standard purchase order ???

i am trying to change the output form of standard purchase order.for that i copied the standard script/form to my own created script/smart form.i modified it as per user requirement and i have given the same name in NACE>EF>output type>NEU>processing routine..in place of the standard one.and i have also activated the standard program i.e. SAPFM06P.but when i am going to me22n and print preview the previous form format is coming...
if i will create my own smartform then it is difficult for mapping all the fields to me22n...user can not input other fields in me21n if i am giving my print program name in NACE...
can anybody please help me...????

Hi,
Are you sure you have set it for medium 1 (print output) and specify the program, FORM routine, and the Form/Script correctly?
Another reason is the output type is not set up yet at the PO. Go to ME22N and click Messages button (next to Print preview button) and check whether your output type is already there. If it is not, then create one.
Please also check that you have copy client the form/script from development client to test client (SAPScript need this but no need for Smartform) using T-Code SCC1. And the config is configured properly in test client.

Unfortuantely, you must create your own custom component. I'm not going to explain how to do that since that requires a lot of typing, but if/when you decide to tackle that, you will need to include this in your resource file:

Let me explain you the issue in detail:
Currently Client is calling ZFORM thro Java. They have some issues with JAVA so they want to use Webdynpro to call that ZFORM and the form is ABAP Dic based.
For Templete source I gave ZFORM name, and it automatically created a 'NODE' wrt the context in the ZFORM.
Now I have to pass data from difft node attributes to that 'NODE'.

BAPI to Change MM Vendor Quotation (Simulate ME47)

Hi everybody.
I'm abap consultant and I'm trying to find a BAPI to change a Vendor Quotation.
I've found two so far, but they are especific to Customer or Purchase Order (BAPI_CUSTOMERQUOTATION_CHANGE and bapi_po_change).
I've seen that currently there isn't no BAPI for Vendor Quotation, but I can't belive it's true.
Please anybody has any suggestion?

In BAPI_PO_CREATE and BAPI_PO_CREATE1 the field bstyp is filled by program with 'F' (purchase order).

How To dynamically change values in custom form

Hi,
Requirement is to change values in custom form dynamically that are passed by Global variables through standard form .
I have used forms personalization to call custom form and passing some parameters to custom form using global variables.
Now i have to change values displayed in custom form(already opened) when user moves from one record to another record.
I cannot change the standard form.Only i have write logic in custom form that dynamically changes values as user moves from one record to another in standard form.
Global variables values will be different for each record.
Pls let me know how i can achieve this.

MM Quotation form name

Hi All,
I need to create one form( adobe based form ) for Request for Quotation (ME41).
I went to NACE - after selected EA (Purchasing RFQ) and I have pressed Output types button.
With Old way - sapscript, we have output type ABSA, program SAPFM06P, Form routine ENTRY_ABSA and Form name MEDRUCK.
Now I want PDF form, starting my doubts.
What is the program name??? SAPFM06P???
Form routine name?? Adobe_print_output???
PDF/Smartform name???
I have put SAPFM06P, Adobe_print_output and MEDRUCK_PO, but a error message happens with dump.
My SAP version is ERP 6.0-
All ideas, news about this subject are welcome.

I don't want convert my spool in PDF.
I want done the Quotation form, not in SAPscript but in Adobe based-forms (SFP transaction code).
But I don't know the name of program, form routine and SAP standard from name for do it in NACE transaction code.
I just know to do it for SAPscript not for Adobe way.
And know, we need to do it but with Adobe.

Call standard adobe form from a WD application

Hi All,
I have a requirement of displaying a standard adobe form from a click of a button in a WDA portal,
I am an ECC developer and have no idea of WD. I created a function module which uses submit statement to invoke the driver program and displays the PDF output, but when this function module is invoked from the portal on the click of button it gives and error FP job open error.
I understand that displaying PDF wont work in this way on portal, so can anyone please guide me the correct procedure on how to achieve this.

I have a requirement where we need to make all the fields either on RFQ or Quotation form read only/freezed/greyed out once the document status is made Closed from Active satus.
