Changing a PDF photo in the email so I can see it
I have been sent photos. But I do not know how I can see them They are in the PDF format
Save them from the email to your desktop. Then open them in Adobe Reader.

Apple changed my Apple ID to the email address associated with my iTunes account. I now can no longer access my account because the old user name is no longer valid and has no password. I have been on the phone with tech support for hours trying to fix this. I can not update any of the apps associated with that user name.
Is this itunes on the iPad or on my computer? Thank you for the reply.

I have an original iPad with the latest software. When I send an email, the keyboard opens with halk on the right side and halk of the left across the body of the email. How can I change this?
Tap and hold on the Keyboard key at the bottom right side of the right portion of the keyboard. You can use the Dock and Merge option from the menu.
Alternatively you can drag the keyboard down and move slightly left, to get it to merge. -

I've got HPePrint App on my ipad, when I touch the photos icon the App closes, HP can't help, has anyone got an ideas for a solution?
Yes, you should get an email if somebody replies to a thread you started or one to which you posted. I did; that's how I knew you had replied. Check up at the top of the right column of this thread. In the "Actions" box you should find "Stop email notifications" if you are subscribed to this thread.
One step you didn't list among HP's suggestions is a compound action: delete the app, reset the iPad (by holding down the home and start buttons together for ten seconds), then reinstall the app and test it. If it still falls over, I would say the HP app has not kept up with iOS changes and needs updating -- OR your iPad has developed some persistent internal corruption in its photo storage that only the HP app trips over (in which case, the app still needs updating, but it's going to be much harder for HP to determine how). -
I am trying to move a pdf file onto my iPad2, and it says that the device is not connected or has stopped working. But Windows 7 recognizes the device and I can see my pictures. Same thing happens when I try to put music onto the iPad.
When in iTunes on the computer,my our ipadmshould show under devices.
Click on your ipadmunder devices then go to music at top center of the iTunes window, check what you want to sync for music. You need to set it to a folder if I remember which would have your music in it you want synced.
Same with PDF files.....there should be an option for data or even PDF files at the top center area of iTunes when the iPad is clicked under devices.
If your iPad does not show or you cannot click on it under devices which is in the leftane of iTunes, the iPad is not being seen by the computer.
Try unplugging the USB cord from the laptop then give it a few and see if the computer picks it up. -
Since upgrading to v 4.01 I am unable to print from a .pdf opened in the browser. How can I fix this?
I can save the page, open in Adobe Reader and print. When in the browser the File - Print command does nothing. Printer screen does not open.

One thing to slow it down: low ink. Please check ink cartridges and replace if required.

Hi Everyone. I have an old Mac Book with software updated to 10.6.8. I have saved a ton of emails in my inbox 'On My Mac'. There are so many it is slowing down my computer. Where do I find the folder with all the emails so I can cut and paste them to an external hard drive? Pls.help. Tks.
Depending on which email client software you use
the files should be in 'your home folder' library, esp.
if you use Mail application.... ~/Library/Mail
Since you don't specify what mail application,
that would most be associated with the file.
I notice there are some items to the right of your post
where it says "more like this' so that may be worth a
look to see if similar issues were answered. Also, the
Help viewer in your system is a searchable database.
Seems that google also brings up fair information, too.
Do you have a complete bootable clone of your entire
Mac system on an externally enclosed hard disk drive?

To save attachments, a couple of options include: (1) control-click on attachment, select "Save Attachment...", (2) Click on "Show Details" in the upper right corner of the message, which then gives you some attachment functions including "Save".

I use the apple email in my mac air. When I foward messages, people that use Outlook receive the text fowarded in form of attachment instead of the message opened in the body of the email. How can I solve this? Thanks. Best regards.

I double-click on event to see all the photos in that event displayed, but all I get is 1 large photo on the edit page. To see the photos in that event, I have to scroll. Need to be able to work with all the photos in that event, not one at a time.
Maybe you need to adjust the zoom slider in the lower left corner of the window?

These photos were sent to me by photgraphers who have edited the photos and added captions and technicala information that shoudl be seen in Lightroom.
I cant open the photos that are in Creative Cloud in Lightroom and therefore acant access the captions and the other specifics regarding copyright etc

ThanksThe photos on CC will be synced to a folder on your hard drive.
You need to import into Lightroom from that folder.
If you have them on Behance, it’s possible to use the Publish Services tab.
