Changing Apple Store Country

Question

When i bought my iPhone, the Apple Store was not available under my Country Bahrain so I had to choose the nearest Country (i.e. Kuwait). Afterward, my Country Bahrain has been included but when I changed the Country to Bahrain I have experienced that the Applications' updates were not received by me that made me to change again the Country to Kuwait even though it is not my Country!!
Currently, I am experiencing difficulty in finding "Google Earth Application" in my Store and some friends told me it is because of your Country!!!
Could you please find a solution for me to change my Country without losing the Application updates?

Disclaimer - For me the Apple Support Communities are an international user to user technical support forum. As a man from Mexico my first language is Spanish. I use apps that I have purchased in one country in another country every day.
Other folks report that when they first change the country and the bank card associated with their Apple ID that the previous content does not appear in the purchased pane. However, they report that when it is time to update an app, that if they go through the motions of purchasing the app again, in the final steps of the purchase the iTunes Store realizes that they have previously bought the app and redownloads it for free. This can only ocur if the app is available in the app store in the new country and only if redownloads of the content are allowed in that country.
Some Middle Eastern countries have disallowed certain iOS apps for use by their citizens and residents and so they are not available in that cuntry's store.
