I currently live in Korea, but when I am on payment page, it says I pay in Canada. How can I change the country?

    Hi, New to this so please go easy on me.
    I am trying to add my payment details, Billing and shipping address etc but I cannot, I live in the UK and it is defaulting to a presumed USA address system and will not let me save my details because of it.
    How do I change the country so I can start purchasing music?

    Scroll down to the bottom and see if there is a flag. Click on it (even if it is the UK flag) and select the appropriate country.

    The country selected while creating the Adobe account was selected as Malaysia, so you get to see the price in RM.

    User clicks on Payment method link that will take them to a page where they see the direct deposit details, I need to add a button ("Update/ view Pending Approvals") to this page,so when user clicks on it depending on the status of the workflow ( Pending/Approved ) I need to show different pages. if pending then user will see my custom page(with old and new details) otherswise user will be taken to update payment method screen.
    Is it possible to do that to a seeded form?if yes what do i need to do?

    You will have to add button through the personalization and add the extra coding for the custom process handling through the CO/AM extension.

    I have tried changing controlCentralBPTree.xml but if I do that the tree is not expanding its just collapsed I m not able to expand.

    I tested your project but to change the label and has not worked.
    I tried running the Application Module and test the ViewCriteria, and show correctly the labels defined in control hint of bind variable.
    Again, I think the component af:query should do the same, but does not work.
    Any Oracle ACE Director some could verify this problem?

    Hi, I have changed country of residence. When I want to change the country settings, it says: fix the payment info. When I want to change payment info, it says: this payment not allowed in this store. How should I resolve this paradox? Thanks!

    Alas, the assistance offered from iTunes support has only made the situation worse.
    They suggested I purchase an iTunes gift card to clear the balance on my account and therefore be able to change the country and payment card. 
    So I bought €25 of gift card and now iTunes refuses to accept the credit....because it's not denominated in British Pounds.
    Original iTunes representative now refusing to respond to my query.

    Assuming you are now physically in the UK, go to the home page of the iTunes Store, use the change country link to change to the UK, and then to payment information to enter your new billing credentials that are tied to your UK address.
    If you have any remaining credit balance in the Norway store, you must first ask iTunes Customer Service to clear it out before you do the above.

  • Damned if I do, Damned if I don't. Cannot change country or billing info. Stuck in horrible cycle.

    So I'm trying to change my country from the UK to Spain because I've moved to Spain, have a Spanish card and billing address. I follow the steps, and tap change country, but then a pop-up appears saying my billing info doesn't match the country. Obviously, because it still has my UK details in it. So I click change billing info, and input the new card number, but alas! there is no option to change the country from the UK to Spain apart from the previous screen that sent me to the billing info page!
    I'm sure i'm missing something...

    Then after removing the UK credit card data restart the app and start over by changing the country. Then add the Spanish credit card.

    I need help to make sure which direction I should take.
    I live in Sweden and move to the UK. I have an iTunes account with credit card, which I would like to change to a UK account in order to keep my Apple ID and not to create a new one.
    I learned that it is easy to change country / address / credit card info in iTunes, but I am afraid that I will not see my purchase history and I will not be able to update my apps later on.
    Is there any way to fix it? Or I have to create a new account in the UK...

    I wrote to iTunes store support about just such an issue, and this was the response:
    1) If you have any store credit, you will need to use the credit before you can change countries in your account.
    2) You will need to download all purchased content before changing countries. In addition, rented items must be past their 30 day expiration in order to change countries. For more information on rentals, please visit:

    3) You will be asked to provide a payment method, such as a credit card or debit card associated with a valid billing address in the new country. An iTunes Store Gift Card issued in the new country is also an acceptable payment method. You will not be able to change your account's country without providing one of these methods of payment.
    4) Content purchased from the iTunes Store is country-specific. If you wish to upgrade any of your iTunes Store content to iTunes Plus, you'll need to do so before you change the country associated with your account. The content you purchased while your account was set to the previous country will not be eligible for upgrade once you have changed countries.
    5) When you change countries, you will no longer receive app update notifications on your iOS device or in iTunes for the apps you purchased in your original country. However, you will still be able to download those applications again for free if they are present on your new country's store (even if they are updated). You will not be charged and the download will not appear on your Purchased page. If the app is not available in your new country, you will not be able to download it again for free.

    You can't change your account's country when you have a balance on it.   • Change country - same Apple ID

    There are four things that I do not understand about the problems faced when changing countries (France to the UK in my case) with the same Apple ID.
    1. I understand from this site and others that I am obliged to repurchase my apps.
    Why? - when I move, I don't leave everything behind (furniture etc) and repurchase?
    2. I can view all my previous purchases in the iTunes Store for my iOS devices: when updates are downloaded, I notice the purchase date changes to the update date. So it seems that I CAN take my apps with me after all (... though I assume if I were to delete one of them I would have to repurchase? Is that how it works?)
    3. The above does not apply to the Mac App Store: only purchases made AFTER I changed countries show up.
    4. In the Mac App Store, older apps not in my purchase list sometimes won't update: my Mac says that an update is available but the 'install' it is greyed out. But other older apps update just fine.
    I do not understand what is going on and would appreciate some advice, please:
    A. why is there no general refund policy if the apps won't update when I change country? Do I have to contact each app provider and ask them for a refund in turn?
    B. does anyone know which apps upgrade OK and which ones don't under the cirtcumstances described? - is there any general rule to tell me?
