I can not buy anything for my remaining balance of $0.80 and I can not change country because I still have a balance. Any advice on what to do? US Credit cards can not be verified from abroad either.

Hello, I am attempting to change the location of my app store which has remaining balance of 0.01$. In order to change the location of the store, it requires spending all the remaining balance. As my balance is too low " 0.01$" to buy an app from the store, I am not able to change the region of my app store. Moreover, Since I am not a residence in USA, I am not able to use my credit card either.
I am wondering if it is possible to change the location of my app store with a remaining balance OR to delete my current balance.

When I am creating my Account, I have created the ID with my current address (UAE) and credit card of UAE but wrongly I created India as my Country.when I am chaging the country language is getting changed to Arabic. how can I change country with english language.

The language of the stores will be the language of the country where your iTunes account is based, and it can't be changed - so if your account is based in the UAE it will Arabic

I just relocated from Australia to Germany and want to change countries in my itunes store. I still have AUS $0.27 left on my Australian balance and it won't let me change the country unless I have spent it. So, either how can I spend $0.27 in the itunes store or how can I change countries, with loosing the balance?
Or might I just buy a Germany gift card and then it will change after entering the codes?

How do I "Change country with this account" with a family share plan

I have a family that is international. We have two accounts, one each in a different country! wife and I. Both accounts have many books, music apps and lots of iTunes credit still on account. . While trying to set up the new family plan, I keep getting error messages. When I click on the invite email, I get this message: Cannot Join This Family. Which is crazy. Then, thinking it must be because I was still on the same device, I just set up OS8 on another device, and tried it again, with another error now coming up that says I have to Change the Country with this account. The iTunes stores in different countries are entirely separate. You can only use an iTunes store credit in the country in with it was created and purchased content cannot be shared across countries. Family sharing groups must be country-specific, using iTunes store credits for purchases only within that country, and sharing purchases that were made in that country. Can't purchase TV episode with remaining balance

I'm trying to buy a $2.99 HD episode, and my current balance is $10.76, off a redeemed gift card. Whenever I try to purchase the episode it takes me to my billing information and warns me my credit card has expired. Why can't I use my remaining balance from the gift card to buy it?

I don't know what's the problem with Canadians... but I live in USA...
I also couldn't make the account and they asked me for credit card number... but when you redeem it, it asks you to give info and create an account... then for the payment, select "none" and keep going to next steps...
I am still not sure if you can buy apps/games for itunes gift cards...

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support.

You need to contact your local iTunes store and ask them to remove the remaining amount. Until you do that you won't be able to change countries.

Change country with credit!

I need to change countries and have $0.20 credit in my account (from a gift card).
iTunes says I need to spend this credit before being able to change countries. But there is nothing I can buy for $0.20 and I do not have a credit card from the country in which I got the gift certificate.
What do I do???
