Changing Credit Card Info for Auto Recharge

Hello!
My CC expired not so long ago and therefore my auto recharge has stopped working. All I want to do is update my CC information, purchase Skype credit and apply for auto recharge once again but somehow (and maybe I am stupid) I am finding it really difficult to do this. First of all, Skype does not even give me the simple option of updating my CC details. Secondly, I have tried to purchase credit TWICE with my valid CC and the status is still pending. I am finding this whole system to be incredibly non user friendly.
P.S-I am currently living in South Korea and when I try to purchase credit, it immedietely directs me to a korean website (Daesung skype). About 2 years ago when I purchased Skype credit and applied for auto recharge I don't recall the system for doing so to be this frustrating. Please help! My credit has pending for over 24 hours now.

I agree. Skype has a stupid interface for paying. My credit card number got changed by my credit card company and skype cancelled my auto recharge. It's been over a year since your post but I find the website to be no better. There was no way to change my credit card. I removed it but now I can't start it back up unless I make another payment, but i don't need to pay any more as I have sufficient balance. Dumb.

To change the payment method for your automatic bill pay:
Note: When you change your payment method for our automatic bill payment services, we have to stop the old payment method and start a new process for your the new payment method. In select markets, you can enroll in automatic payments with your new payment method up to midnight the night before your payment is due, and the payment the next day will be processed using your recurring payment method as per usual. In other markets, however, your payments will not start again until your application is processed, which can take up to 45 days to approve. You will see on-screen messaging about this waiting period – if it applies – when you confirm your new payment method in My Account.
Sign in to My Account.
Click Billing & Payments.
Select the Manage automatic payments link.
Click Change payment info.
Choose your payment method and enter the required information. Click Continue.
Read the Terms of Service, check the box to accept, and click Continue.
Review your payment information and click Confirm new settings.
A confirmation will appear so you know the payment was processed. Note any processing time for the payment.
Depending on your selections, you may have further options on the page. You can also print the page for your records.
To finish, click I'm done.
To stay on top of your one-time payments, you can sign up to receive mobile alerts on your phone that notify you when a bill is ready and when a payment is due. Add your mobile number here.

Is Adobe suffering a crisis? I have been unable to change my credit card of record for a Creative Cloud subscription. Support staff could not do it. Can't do it online even though help articles say one can. Have now been waiting 40 min to talk to someone today. What's going on? Changing billing info is pretty routine. Why can't Adobe do it.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) menu option and logging into it. What happens when you try to change your card details ?
You should be able to change your payment details on your computer's iTunes by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. I got my phone from a third party seller and am trying to buy an app. It's giving me the "fraudulent cc please enter diff cc in prefernces and accounts" the problem is I DID...but when I do that is says "credit card info is stored on a secure server not in your phone." I can't change this and it's super annoying! This circular stuff is frustrating and I've entered my info like 13 times, literally. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!! Unable to Change Credit Card Info After Several Attempts Online, Phone, and Chat

To whom it may concern,
I have repeatedly tried to change my credit card info for billing purposes.
After several attempts, and phone calls telling me that it would take several weeks, it is still unchanged.
This is such a simple task, yet so impossible with your company. It shouldn't take this long.
The phone support staff are so scripted and unable to implement only the most basic tasks and simply repeat what i can look up myself online.
The Chat process is so painfully slow and difficult it is quite useless.
You would think a software company would be able to accomplish such a common task with no problem.
EXTREMELY disappointed in Adobe Customer Service options.
For the 5th time, who can I contact that can tell me how and when this will be changed?
Good grief.

What is even more frustrating to the absolutely useless chat function, is that when you talk to phone support they either give you a link to a page of how to update your credit card info or simply read that to you and guide you through something you can do yourself.
And that is where it ends… #awful
