Changing Customer Information

I purchased my MacBook in January through a co-worker who happened to part-time at the local Apple Store. He setup the purchase (since it got me a 15% discount) but used my credit card to pay for it, and used my name/address for shipping.
I took it in today to fix/replace the iSight when I noticed that the "Customer Information" contained on the repair slip had the co-worker's name/address instead of mine, although I have registered the machine with Apple (through the website).
My question is: How do I go about changing this information?

Call AppleCare (1-800-275-2273 in the US) and have them change the information.

Is there a way to send custom header information with the a webservice request (HTTP post) that happens via GWWS server?
All the methods I read about deal with managing the soap envelop that gets sent.
We are looking for ways which will allow us to put custom information in the headers.
I am aware there is something we can do using the Salt Plugins.
For example, we can write a Out bound plugin which has a capability of putting the "Authentication:Basic..." in the header.
Then there is message conversion plugin which deals with transformation of message, which gives us control over the soap body.
Is it possible to put information in the header for outgoing request (from GWWS) to a specific web service?

It clarifies the doubts that I was having while reading through the documentation Xu pointed to.
Yes, we need to add HTTP Headers (not SOAP header).
For now we just need to add Basic Authentication HTTP Header for outbound service calls.
We have developed a plugin to do that for now.
And even if the salt plugin takes care of adding the Basic Authentication in the HTTP Header for outgoing calls, I guess we do not have any option to include some custom information in the HTTP Header which might be required in the future.
At-least, not unless we request that enhancement.
Bringing the plugin into our mix requires a lot of changes to our architecture including inclusion of AUTHSVR in the UBB,
Which, in turn, makes it imperative to change the endpoint clients of our application.
In addition to that, the incoming web service calls also need to include TUXEDO authentication information, which would again require either communicating the authentication information to the consumers of our service or device some kind of a proxy which would add the authentication information for all the incoming requests!
With these facts in mind, we were wondering if we have an easier way to include the HTTP header information.
As you say, Maurice, it seems it is not possible yet.

We are looking for an option to send custom header information with the a webservice request (HTTP post) that happens via GWWS server.
I prematurely marked that post as answered since we got a link to documentation in one of the answers, which suggests that problem has been taken care in TUXEDO11gR1.
However, it would be difficult (almost impossible) for us to move to 11gR1 immediately.
Since I marked that post as "answered" and I did not know if replies in that post will get any attention, I opened up this post.
Xu (He) suggested (in reply to my previous post) that there might be a patch for our problem.
It would be wonderful/perfect if we can get a patch for 10gR3!
We are using the following:
TUXEDO10gR3 PATCH LEV=44
SALT Patch Lev = 15

How is it possible to change licence information?

We have a problem with licence information.
The licences for "Suse Linux Enterprise Server full basic subscription" were ordered by an employer, which has left the job before the moment licence has arrived.
Is it possible to change licence information to another person's name/email, as we have no clue about username/password the former employer has used.
The company name on the licence should be the same as it is now.

Enter Customer No,Company code,Sales Org, Distribution channel and division and press Enter or
Enter Customer no,company code and click on customer's sales area, you will see Sales Org, Distribution channel and division,select the Sales org,Sales Org, Distribution channel and division and press enter.
You can make necessary changes to customer master

Inbound customs information to update GTS

Hi all!
I would like to know what is the best practice for ensuring GTS and ECC data aligns with that of the Custom Authority.
Am thnking this: Create in GTS and send customs document to broker. Broker uploads document to his system, perhaps adds or corrects any info, and sends the entry to the Customs Authority. Customs authority replies back to broker with clearance information. Broker sends inboud customs information message to GTS. For an automated process, this info should then overwrite what was in GTS, and have a discrepancy report to see if there were any values updated/changed by the broker message. If any discrepancies, ECC or the Broker would be consulted and corrected, depending on the type of error.
I'm curious as to what is the recommended best practice to ensure GTS (and also ECC) information is correct, and aligns with the data of the customs authority.
Any input would be most useful.

It's a nice idea, but Customs systems don't tend to work like that. Each country's system is different, but in my experience all of them respond to a Declaration with an overall result, and usually a status (sometimes also with duty liabilities) - not with any confirmation of the data supplied in the trader's declaration.
Going partly down that road, however, GTS 8.0 is now able to track and report on the duty liabilities mentioned above. You can compare the calculation results returned by the Customs Authority with the ones made in GTS.

How to change recon.account directly in Table with out changing customizing

Hi Gurus,
I want to change Customer reconciliation account but this is not possible any more due to display option for reconciliation account in customizing.
I know I can change customizing and then change the reconciliation account, but there is a better way doing this.
We can change this directly in the table without changing customizing, but I don't know how to do this. Does any one know how to change directly in the table?

Hi there,
The steps that you should take include:
1. go to SE16
2. put knb1
3. on the field selection input the customer you want to edit
4. Execute
5. type to the transaction field /h and press Enter
6. double click to the customer line item you want to change the recon
7. this will navigate you to the debug environment
8. on the debug environment press find/search button -or- CTRL+F to find a keyword code
9. you should see if code = 'SHOW'.
10. now please double click on the word "code" to set the Breakpoint
11. Press F7
12. you will see the program routine will stop at if code = 'SHOW'.
13. Double click on the word 'code'
14. 'code' will appear on the righ hand side with value = 'SHOW'
15. change the value of 'SHOW' to 'EDIT' by double clicking the Edit icon (pencil) and replacing the value of SHOW to EDIT
16. press Enter
17. press F8
18. you can now change the recon field
19. Press SAVE button
20. Double click 2x (or more) on the STOP sign, until your breakpoint is gone
21. press F8 and you should see the message of "Database Record successfully created"

Is there an available sap standard report that will show available stock in subcontractors or customers at specific date(posting date)?
transaction MC.9 only show consignment stock without customer information we would like to know which customer inventoried this quantity

Thank you very much for your responses. I tried to check transaction MB51 but the customer is not displayed in the report. I found another report S_P00_07000140 that seems to fit the requirements. customer and posting date were also displayed in the generated report. However the SAP menu of this report is:

I have a new email address and was successful in changing that information on line but my phone and iPad does not recognize the new address and I cannot update anything. It also does not accept the password associated with the old email address/Apple ID

I have a new email address and was successful in changing the information online but cannot change it on my iPhone 4S or iPad. When I try to fix the problem it requires me to create a new password and now I can't remember that either.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Can't change any information in my Apple ID except my name

I have had my Apple ID for years - during .mac and Mobileme and I have always had the same ID.
Now when I try to update any information except my name it doesn't show any change at all.
I can't update my phone numbers or edit/delete/add alternate email addresses and emails for verifying email accounts are not sent?
My Apple ID is fully working - no problems at all with anything.
It is just that I have changed my phone numbers and alternate email address and now I can't change it in my Apple ID.
Please notice that I am NOT trying to change my Apple ID - I want to keep the primary email address and Apple ID just the way they are (my [email protected] address)
I just want to be able to add and delete alternate email addresses and to be able to verify them.
The support from Apple's side on this issue is very unacceptable - they will only talk with me if I am on an Apple Care plan.... or charge me.
How can they even think of charging people for their own malfunctioning services??

I am having the SAME problem.
I just switched to the Icloud merge today. I too have had a .mac account for quite some time.
I need to change my alternative email and some other info, as well as my time stamp is wrong for emails in my inbox and I can not change anything about my account in general.
Heck, I don't even know WHERE to look to change my account information.

If you select all the songs you want to change, Be it one song or an akbum, or an Artist, Or Genre, or playlist. Then Right mouse click and Get Info. You then get a slightly different from normal Get Info box as this is the One for Multiple items.
In there have a look at the tags and see if the one you want to changes is in there. There are a few tabs so if for example you wanted to change the Media Type from Home Movie to Movie go to the Options tab and select Movie and OK and it will change the whole selection.
