Changing data does'nt reflect in UPDAT and UPTIM fields

I'm very new to abap, I'm trying to trace the date and time on which a record was altered in tables kna1,knb1,knvv
and similarly in lfa1,lfb1,lfm1...
so please help me...
I'm changing data in these tables but UPDAT and UPTIM fields are not updating itself..
I'm changing data using fk02, fd02 transactions...

Hi there is something called confirmation of change, Once you confirm the change, these fields will be updated.

Thanks. I have been looking for this information for hours too. You answered my question in your list. I have a 2nd generation iPod Touch and last updated to iOS 4.2.1. Now many of the games are obsolete after being updated. I wish I hadn't updated them now, and I would still have play available. It's sad in this economy that I'll have to purchase a new iPod touch just to play a few simple games. I haven't even had it three years yet. That's what I get for not waiting a few months for the next generation. That's a nice little marketing tactic from Apple .

I was updating ipod touch to new iOS5 and it told me that all data would be lost with update and to put it oon computer, but update not there. How do i update with out this happening?

I am looking for some help with updating to iOS5, i downloaded to computer to avoid losing data on ipod touch but update was not there. I've done three times and same result. If I have all music on usb drive will I be able to reupload it after update, or is there another way to do it by transferring my music from ipod touch to computer and the re-installing in itunes. Alot of the music I have is copied off of discs and not from itune purchases. Any help will be greatly appreciated and my computer skills are satisfactory but I am by no means a computer guru. As all of the msuic came from your computer in the first place it should still be there. Is it not?
EVERYTHING on your ipod should also be on your computer and should be included in your regular backup copy of your computer.
Make sure that everything is on your computer. You can transfer itunes purchases from the ipod. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases.
When everything is on your computer, then it can be synced back to the ipod after updating.

Why does my Q10 keeps updating and clearing my phones saved information?

My phone keeps updating to 10.3.2.440 Software even though I have already updated the phone weeks ago. The first issue started with the phone not letting me answer any incoming phone calls. Then I was not able to hang up the phone call. This is still currently going on. I did a Master wipe of the phone and restored it back to the original state in which I received the phone and now the phone keeps updating and it also will not let me change the wallpaper. PLEASE HELP!!! I have never had an issue with an update like this before. If there is no solution i'm just gonna update to a NEW PHONE...

Does the 2.01 Update and Apps work for anyone?

As you can see by the title of my post, I am just wondering if anyone out there took the 2.01 update and are still able to use the Apps from the app store?
I am seeing many posts of people complaining that after the 2.01 update, that they can no longer use any apps. They are saying it is crashing and returning to the home screen.
I am holding off on updating until i receive further word.

Here's my 2 cents.
I did the original 7.7-2.0 update 3 weeks ago w/o problem but i lost outlook syncs like everyone else with the change.
When 2.0.1 came out I did the 7.7.1 -2.0.1 update thru the iTunes popup reminder.
During the 7.7.1 install, the system crashed...bad. I couldn't restart not even in safe mode. Had to do a system restore to an earlier point which left me with 7.6. I then did the 2.0.1 update which went fine but still left me w/o outlook sync. Rather than go thru the itunes update to 7.7.1 again, I downloaded 7.7.1 from apple and did the install.
Phew....it worked...now I'm back to NORMAL....rapid syncs, outlook calender and contacts sync normally, apps download and work.

I am trying to add values to Rule for Adoption of ATP Results in Purchasing(REVFE),Delivery Type for Stock Transfers Within a Company Code(LFART1) and another two more fields..After entering the data When i clik Save button... it shows "Data was Saved".But its not showing when i went back and come
I have checked in debugg mode and table T161V table ..waht ever i entered its not saved in Database table.
We have checked in another system its working fine..
Can anyone please help me on this?

Changed date in Agreement reflects in which table

Hi Experts,
In CRM Sales Aggrements we have the start date and end date. When the user changes the end date example 01.01.2008 to 02.02.2008 but the document flow is not getting updated.
My requirement is I want to know from which date to which date the document is being changed.
I am able to get the date to which it is changed from SCAPPTSEG, but I want to know from which date it was changed.
Please help me out.

Hi Sasmita,
U can view the change document details, if u have not activated indicator NO Change Document in the customizing of the transaction type.
To view the Change document History, Open the sales agreement, in the menu bar select Extras--> Change Document.
This will show u the old value as well as new value.

Ive been trying to update my macbook pro 8,2 firmware from the apple website but first the smc update gives me an error saying that my software does not support that update and belive me i checked and iam downloading the correct one

so basically i was wanting to update my smc firmware and the EFI Boot ROM version but for the EFI Boot Rom when i click on it says page no found and for the smc firmware, when i do download it says that the my software does not support it, even though it is completely compatible, i checked the system requirements given by the page.
iam trying to do this because i have issues with the chargin, it keeps giving me a "not charging" messege.
Help please...

Report data does not reflect the SQL Query?

I have a report which does not seem to be processing all records returned from the database. When I run the SQL Query produced by crystal manually against the SQL Server all data is returned correctly in crystal not. Does this mean my links are not set up correctly in the Database Expert? or is there another issue, I use a Crystal Syntax selection formulae which is based on a couple of paramters to filter the database records.

Extracting data to datasource 0HR_PT_1, data does not reflect in structure.

I have already enhanced datasource 0HR_PT_1 to include the 4 fields I need from table T549Q (PABRJ PABRP BEGDA ENDDA) and I am trying to write the extract to move the data, but I seem to be having issues. The correct data is stored in an internal table with a header line, and it is also being looped through.I am doing a 'READ TABLE <itab> BINARY SEARCH and then a MOVE statement to move the fields from the internal table to the data source fields, along with a MODIFY table statement. The data is not populating, even though it is in the internal table, any suggestions?

Changing web gallery presets (like background colour) and saving fields

Hello all—can this be done and, if so, how?
I want to change the "Stock" preset (with a black BG) so that it features a dark grey instead.
As well, I want Aperture to remember my studio name, etc.; for now, all that is remembered is copyright info. I can't see how to save a gallery with all fields set to what I will need into the future—can anyone assist? TIA, KL

As John points out, Web and Slideshow, prefs and presets are sticky for Collections. And you can reorder them which you can not so easily do on a selection for a Folder or All Photographs.

Un updated and displyed field in /dbm/vm

when we enter in to vehicle master /dbm/vm, we use to get a data tabs on LH side.
there is a TAB called VEHICLE GENRAL DATA in that ....there are 3 field entries
techinical field name - functional names as under
PDDATU- production date
PSDATU- planned dely date
CDDATE- Confirm delivery date
i want to use those fields how can i get it activated ? these are under display mode though we select VEHICLE EDIT function( action QMOD).

Hi Kaustubh,
all three fields are originally VMS fields. They're currently not actively used in DBM.
In VMS, the production date can be e. g. set using the vehicle creation action CREA (which is not used by DBM). You could enhance or create a DBM action in a way that you can also set the production date via DBM actions.
Refer to the SAP note on the DBM vehicle action enhancement concept for details about how to do that.
The planned delivery date is never set explicitely by a user. It's implicetely determined based on customizing made in transaction OVELO11.There you can define the remaining delivery time for the vehicle based on an action executed. See documentation about vehicle action matrix customizing for details.
I think in VMS there's also a BAdI which can be used to influence the determination of the planned delivery date.
By the way, in a similar way as the planned delivery date, you can also let vehicle actions set the location of a vehicle based on customizing settings in OVELO11.
Regarding the confirmed delivery date, I think (I'm not sure) that there's also functionality in the VMS area which can determine it and that therefore the confirmed delivery date (similar to the planned delivery date) should not be entered explicitely).

Change Data Capture in ODI

Hi all,
A client of ours is planning to replicate their production database into a reporting database. All tables will be copied to the reporting DB. They also need to do "Change Data Capture" on the production DB and reflect the changes into the reporting DB in real time. Since the production DB is from a transaction system, the changes will be quite big. They are worried about the performance of the production DB during the copy process. Is Oracle Data Integrator capable in doing this? They are running Oracle 9.2 on Windows platform. Thank you.

ODI's main Changed Data Capture (CDC) functionality for the Oracle database is implemented using the LogMiner functionality provided by the database. When used in asynchronous mode, this imposes a minimal overhead on the source database, as the transactional system is not "interfered" with by the log capture process.
During the copy process, ODI will simply be reading a view (a join across the table containing the primary key (or unique identifier) and the original data) which should be very efficient. The load is minimal. It is being used very successfully by clients in this way.
