Changing date format in spry

the above code returns the date from
2007-12-25T00:00:00+05:30 to 25-12-2007 format
Now the problem is how can i get the time separately.?
Need a syntax like below
rows[ i ][ "Posted_Time" ] = rows[ i ][ "Posted_Date"
].replace(/^something.*/, "$1-$2");

Does all of the time data come in this format
(2007-12-25T00:00:00+05:30)?
If so, then you might just want to do a javascript "split()"
(or similar function) on the delimeters like "T" and the " + "
sign, then you would have each one broken out into a small array
that you can format as you see fit. It would probably work out
better, instead of using the replace method.
