Changing distribution recipient in a form?

I created a simple form, only 4 fields, for our HR manager in Acrobat Pro 9.
I would like the HR manager to gather this data autmatically with Excel after each co-workers fills out the form and submits the data.
Can this be done?

Changes in the Payment program Form for Checks

SAP Experts,
Issue: The Form for printing checks is not printing correctly. When there is an Overflow of Invoices from the first page (> 14) the check is voided on the first page and the invoice data overflows to the next page which is fine, but the company logo does not print on the check and also the check info is printed below the check section (colored portion) Can some one please guide me how I can find the logo file/text and insert it in the right area. I am NOT an abaper and we dont have an abaper here to fix this. Please give me all the relevant transactions (other than SE71) to make changes on the Check payment Form. I will promptly reward with points for any relevant answers.

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. How do you change a "row Label" in form central into an interactive text box? I need to leave some of the row labels plank so that people using the form can add some of their on labels. Can this be done and if so how?

I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Respondents (fillers of the form) cannot edit the label of a field.

Hi All,
Can anybody tell me how to change the status of the form?
I want to exit the form with out committing the changes when the user click a button,
For it...
EXIT_FORM(NO_COMMIT);
will do but, only when the form is not in a query mode.
How do I change the status of the form or do something so that I can exit the form when I click the button irrespective of the form mode?

You don't need to change the status, you just need to ignore it. Try:
exit_form(NO_VALIDATE)
Oracle Forms exits the current form without validating the changes, committing the changes, or prompting the operator.

How to change XML Structure from one form to another form using OO ABAP.

Hi Experts,
In my Scenario, i need to do ABAP Mapping in order to change Incoming structure from one form to another.
My Input to ABAP Mapping (OO ABAP Program)would be :
     <A>..........</A>
     <B>..........</B>
     <C> .........</C>
     <D>..........</D>
     <E>..........</E>
     <F>..........</F>
OO ABAP Program need to read this input and change the XML Structure into below form:
     <A>..........</A>
     <B>..........</B>

Please provide inputs (sample Code) to solve this issue.

Need to have ability to change payment currency in invoice form...

I need to have the ability to change payment currency in invoice form.
For example my invoice currency is USD then I need to select HKD in payment currency option. But right now there is only USD available in payment currency.
Also I need to know how and from where the type, invoice and payment currency details are automatically fetched when opening the invoice form.

From the User Manual:
Invoice Currency. The supplier invoice currency is used as a default for new supplier sites you enter. The supplier site invoice currency is used as a default for the Purchasing documents and Payables transactions you enter for a supplier.
Payment Currency. The default for Payment Currency in the Suppliers window is the value you enter for supplier Invoice Currency. You can change the Payment Currency value only if the Invoice Currency has associated fixed-rate currencies (for example, euro). If the Invoice Currency is a fixed-rate currency, you can change the Payment Currency value to an associated fixed-rate currency. The supplier Payment Currency is used as a default for all new supplier sites you enter.
The supplier site Payment Currency is the default for the Payment Currency field in the Invoices window. It is also the default currency for invoices you create for this supplier site by using Payment on Receipt, Open Interface Import, and Recurring Invoices.

I talked to a service Representative and he told me there isn't a function to change a form using one template to a different template. For example, I used template for "Accommodation registration" and wanted to change it to "admissions application." I was hoping I could just select a "Change template" rather than having to copy/paste everything to the new template. But that's what i had to do. Maybe the next version of this software will make it easier to change design templates.

Using Access 2007 SP2.
I have an unbound main form(Master page) with a datasheet subform in an mdb.
Close button is on the main form with the following code
DoCmd.Close acForm, Me.Name, acSaveNo
I have tried with multiple scenarios but none of them got succeed(Below are those)
set SourceObject property to "" while Unload
SetWarnings False in Form_load
When I close the form I am prompted with 'do you want to save changes to the design of form...'
Is there any way to suppress this annoying message?

Which form is it prompting you about saving, the main form or the subform? If you close the main form with "DoCmd.Close acForm, Me.Name, acSaveNo", I wouldn't expect you to get a prompt about saving changes to that form. But I could
see you getting a prompt about saving design changes to the subform. Are you making any design changes to the subform while in form view, such as filtering, sorting, column-resizing, etc?

Change enctype when submitting a form

Can anyone please let me know if its possible to change the enctype when submitting a form. I am trying to change the enctype to "multipart/form-data" when upload is clicked, else i want it to be the default.....

The JavaScript property is encoding (not enctype). The JavaScript encoding form property corresponds to the html enctype form attribute. So the code should be:

How to Change the Focus of a form tab?

In Oracle Apps how to do the form personalization to change the focus of the form from one tab to another tab at the time of opening of a form
For example when I am open a form in that by default the focus of the form is showing first tab i.e. TAB1 here I need to change the focus of the form is TAB2 when ever I open a form.
