Changing FSV to a particular format.

Hi,
I have got a profit and loss statement which contains the following:
1.Revenue from operations
2.Other income
3.Total Revenue
4.Expenses
(List of expenses)
  Total Expenses
5.Profit before exceptional and extraordinary items and tax(3-4)
6.Exceptional items
7.Profit before extraordinary items and tax(5-6)
8.Extrordinary items
9.Profit before tax(7-8)
10.Tax expense
      Current tax
      Defferred tax
11.Profit(Loss) for the period from continuing operations(7-8)
12.Profit(Loss) from discontinuing operations.
13.Tax expense of discontinuing operations
14.Profit(Loss) from discontinuing operations(after tax)(12-13)
15.Profit(Loss) for the period(11+14)
16. Earnings per quity share
      Basic
      Diluted
I have to modify the Financial statement version as per the above format. So I have created nodes for Revenue,expenses in my FSV.But my question is how should I show the Profit before exceptional and extraordinary items and tax, exceptional items,point no 11,12,13,14,15,16 in the above statement. How can show these items in FSV?

One way is to set up an action using the "save as" routine, and put it on an F key. You can even have it pause for input as to where to save to.  Several tutorials on the web for specific steps.
