Changing itunes authorizations for iphone

My daughter has iTunes on her PC. I also have it on my Mac. For years now, she's been accumulating songs but they were bought on my account and her iTunes uses one of my account's computer authorizations. But now that she's no longer a child, she's getting an iPhone. I assume she's going to need her own account to be able to sync the phone. But how will she be able to set it up to use her itunes if her itunes library of songs shares my account? I already have my own iphone that syncs to my Mac. So giving her the account isn't an option. Is there any way to convert her songs purchased before the higher rate unprotected versions were available so they will continue to play for her?

Take a back up of the file iTunesPrefs.xml as a precaution (copy to some safe area)
Delete the file iTunesPrefs.xml
Start iTunes again

Changing ITunes Account for Apps

How do I change my Itunes account for apps? When I go to update my apps, it still has my old account (my password does not work) and I have since created a new account (divorce issues). I have made a new password request for my old account and I do not get an email from Apple to do so. Everything else on my iphone is under my new account (Itunes, store, etc).

You can't. Apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally purchase them. Contact iTunes support & request they add the apps in question to your download queue for your new account. Explain the situation & most likely, they will do so:

Itunes authorization for an account that doesn't exist?

My new MacBook is asking for an Itunes store authorization for a particular song under an account name that doesn't exist. My apple ID is an old e-mail address; I've already successfully authorized the computer to play songs from that account, into which I can log in with no difficultly. The account name that is supposedly attached to this song is a newer e-mail address (maybe I unsuccessfully tried to change the Apple ID at some point?), but when I click on "forgot password" in the authorization window, it says that the account for which it had prompted me to authorize doesn't exist. Suggestions?

ITunes 'sync' for iPhone 6 now 'greyed' out?

Yesterday and today the Sync at the lower right corner of the iTunes Mark's iPhone Summary screen is greyed out. I've never run into this before. I've disconnected the phone, rebooted the phone, open and closed iTunes. As a further test I checked iTunes to write over the iphone's Contacts, Appointments and Notes.The lower right changed to Apply/Revert, I clicked Apply, The top sync info screen flashed a couple of times but did not go through the sync process.
Any suggestions?

Since I couldn't find an edit option to my initial post, here's a few more observations:
The box 'automatically sync with iPhone when connected' is checked.
I rebooted the computer with the two USB port connectors unplugged (iPod and iPhone) then reconnected them after the computer finished loading windows.
I checked 'sync with this iPhone over WiFi' and unplugged the phone. Apply/Revert appeared, I hit Apply. The top sync screen said 'starting to update files, the progress bar appeared for about 1/8" (~10 seconds) then disappeared. I unchecked sync with WiFi.

It sounds like you were updating your phone, and now it is unresponsive with an iTunes and usb cable on the screen. This appears to be recovery mode, and you should be able to restore the device using the following article to get that install completed:

What is the order in which I must change my Apple ID on all my Mac products:iTunes, iCloud for iphone-MacIntel- MacAirbook

I wish to change my email account on my AppleID. But I am faced with having to go back and forth between old and new emails/accounts to get ALL my Mac products changed to the new email address. I have needed to delete acounts, and then reset accounts back to the old account to only re-delete or re-set.
Is there a specific order in which to do update all my Mac products? What item do I reset first, what product follows the next? I do not have an ipad but might as well add it to the list for when I do get one and have to do this all again.
What I have done so far-
My apple ID is currently set to the original email account (aol) that I wish to delete.
my icloud on my iphone has been deleted
my iTunes is set to the old aol account
Now... what item gets changed first, second.....

ITunes authorization with iPhone

The new Mavericks update (10.9.2) crashed my system so had to restore from Time Machine. Then when I had iTunes going and plugged in iPhone, I got a message that this iphone was not authorized for "copying" files from this computer so I would neet to Authorize. So I authorized just fine and the next window says "this computer is already authorized." But when that window is closed, the "not authorized" window comes back. Back and forth, nothing changes.
I tried:
1. Deauthorizing this computer then reautorizing
2. Turning off my iphone then restarting
3. Deleting the SC Info folder (according to the Apple Support web page)
None of this has worked.
Any suggestions?

OK, went to Preferences>Store, choose Automatic Downloads for Music and Apps, which weren't previously checked for some reason. Now when I go to My Account, it does indeed sow my computer as being associated, as does my iphone.
but when I plug in my iphone still get this message:

I bought a new song and it downloaded fine. I've had to upadte my billing information. Tried restarting iTunes 3 times during these changes.
So now it appears that both the Mac and the iPhone are "associated" with iTunes and this Mac is authorized. So now what?

kinda same problem. My iphone 5 device was bought in Greece. I live in Greece. Since an update ( I can't remember if it was the iOS 7' or the application's update) , my skype stopped "speaking" Greek and "speaks" only Spanish!!
I tried to change it back to Greek or even English from the language settings, but no can do. Not even English are acceptable.
I deleted the app and re-installed it . The first language for the application to operate after installing is Spanish. And that's all. It seems there is no way to change the language of my skype from Spanish to Greek or at least English on my iPhone 5 device (this problem was not solved since the latest updated of iOS 7 - i run the iOS 7.1.1 which I installed just yesterday)
ps. I can't check out if there is a latest version of skype from inside the skype cause I don't speak spanish and I don't know where to look , but I suppose after deleting and re-installing the app , the latest version of skype will automatically be installed.

I got a new Iphone 3g today, to replace my broke one, but now when i hook it up, it restored from itunes. but now when i try to itune it and put playlists on it. and i hit sync. it wants to reBACK it up. anyone know why?

Let me give more details..We have 3 iPods and 2 iPhone4....I recently purchased the iPhone4 and when we connected it..It was already reading my wife's iPhone4..We went to the Apple Store at the Grove today and was told to de-authorize the system and connect my iPhone4 back and I should be able to change the name.
Nothing happened..Right now, I clicked on RESTORE settings...and it is uploading a new iPhone update.

CHANGING ITUNES AUTHORIZATION DETAILS

Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere - I have looked but cant seem to find a solution.
I have a load of music that was purchased on our itunes business account by mistake.
I had logged in to the account to purchase some music for business and forgotten to change back to my personal account.
I then merrily went ahead buying music for personal use for a few months before realising it was all on the wrong account.
Now here's the issue -
I have now changed my personal Mac.
I can't play the music that was authorized on the other account.
I don't want to authorize my home machine as one of the 5 computers allowed on the business account.
I am very happy to remove access to these tracks from the business account so they only play on my home computer.
But I cant find any way to switch the track authorization to another account.
Please understand - this is NOT about authorizing my home machine on the business account. This is about allowing these tracks to play from my personal account.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Its all crazy to me - never had this problem with CD's
Problem I have now is - thousands of tracks - no idea which ones work.
So I have to go through manually and find out which ones work.....
