Changing itunes store profile prevent's me from updating iphone apps

Since i changed my e-mail on the itunes store profile, i can't update the apps in my iphone from the app store. I receive a message that i ihave to buy again the phone applications.
Does anyone had the same problem?

Your email is your AppleID (next to the email field in iTunes, it states "This will be your new AppleID). By changing that, you effectively created a new iTunes Store account. Apps (and some music) are DRM-protected and linked to the AppleID used to purchased them. Thus, they will no longer work with the new ID. You might try changing it back to the old email account, and see if that corrects the issue. If so, change your contact email without changing your AppleID, as described below.

Even if your email address changes, you can continue to use the same Apple ID account name. Just be sure to update the email address that is associated with your account. To change your email address without changing your account name, visit My Info, Apple's profile management tool.

    You could try this.
    Back up all data.Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist

  • I can't find musics or movies on Itunes store. There are just iPad and iPhone apps. No musics or movies. Just iPad and iPhone options

    When I start the itunes store, there are two options on the screen: iPhone and iPad (iPad came set as default). So, when I search musics or movies, I can't find nothing, just some iPad and iPhone apps.
    What can I do to find and buy musics and movies?

  • Using iTunes 11 - How do you download and update iPhone Apps?

    Now that Apple has quaintly updated iTunes to version 11, I can no longer find the Applications listing on the LHS column which allowed easy updating of Applications prior to an iPhone synch. Gone through all of the menus and tabs but nada. I'm needing to do this as iOS 6 has a bad habit of "hanging" application uploads and a MUCH SLOWER wireless connection ... not to mention crappy install times. Any suggestions short of using Android?! I'm also finding it interesting that Apple hasn't updated their search engines or databases to understand/accept iTunes11 OR iOS6. I hate to say it's the beginning signs of a crumbling infrastructure. Something Steve would never accept! ... and HEY ... I OWN a chunk of Apple Stock!!

    OK ... so after MUCH head scratching I've learned the following:
    To get to the Apps section of your iPhone:
    (1) Synch your iPhone (iPod)
    (2) From the top Left hand drop down menu in the iTunes window, select "Apps"
    (3) After your Apps all show in the window, go to the bottom Right hand side and you'll find the number of "Updates Available". Click on that radio button and it'll download the updated apps.
    (4) iTunes will bring up your "My App Updates" window
    (5) Select the "Download All Free Updates" symbol and download
    (6) Select the "Done" radio button
    The App Store will then load onto your next window.
    (7) You can then select the "library" radio button in the top Right hand side and you'll see your "iPhone/iPod" radio button appear on the top Right hand side of your next window. Select and synch!
    Sort of a convoluted method ... but it works!!

  • How do I change iTunes store?

    This is going to sound like a really simple question but it isn't.....How do I change from the French iTunes store to the UK store?
    Normally one just logs onto iTunes and selects the country from the Modify Payment/Region menu puts in the payment details and you are away. As can be seen on the screen shot below the UK store is not listed.
    I've emailed Apple support, who suggested 1) using a UK bank card (which I have), 2) Changing the language, 3) leaving feedback on the Apple website, 4) re-installing iTunes (done 3 times now including totally removing it from my mac) this did not help.
    I sent screen shots of my payment screen and of the select store screen, not once were these commented on and I kept getting the same advice repeated over and over. When I said this wasn't working the same advice would be repeated again.
    Since those emails I've been to the genius bar and they were unable to help saying I had to call Apple Care to get the account reset. I called Apple Care and they said I needed to send an email to the guys I had originally emailed. It's now 2 days since the last email (the first was send over 2 weeks ago) and I am started to get annoyed with this run around.
    Does anyone know who I need to email, call or visit to get access to the UK iTunes store?

    I'm moving From the UK to France....I got into this mess because I changed to the French Store and realised all the films are dubbed in French (badly in most cases) so I want to move back.
    I have:
    1) A valid UK address
    2) A valid credit card linked to the above address
    3) I have a VPN which locates me in the UK as far as a computer is concerned
    4) I have a zero balance on my account
    I've been through all of these with Apple Care, with the guys in the Genius Bar and via email support.
    Even if I didn't meet the above criteria it still wouldn't explain why I can't see the UK store to change to.

    Go to the iTunes Store and log on to your account, change the country in your Account details. You can change the store view at any time. Click on the store icon and when it opens scroll to the bottom of the main pane where you'll find the "My Store" drop down menu. Click on the flag icon and click on any flag from the window that appears, this will take you to the store you've chosen.

    You can transfer iTunes purchases from your iPod to a computer by:
    iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
    If the purchased music is not on your computer or iPod and you are in the USA and have iTunes 10.3 you may be able redownload them via the iCloud Beta by:

    If not in the USA you can contact the iTunes people and they MAY allow a redownload.
