Changing length of pictures

Hello - I have inputted a lot of pictures into final cut. After I inputted them I decided to change the length to 5 seconds. Is there a way to do all of them at once or do I physically have to change each one? Thank you!

Titles are automatically changing length and shortening no matter what I do. I'm using imovie '11 version 9.0.2 I have tried everything and they keep reverting back to random sizes. I have several 4 sec still pictures and I want the titles to match in length so I make them the same size but as soon as I move away or do anything else the revert back to some random size like 2.2s or 1.2s. I don't know why but it is very frustrating.

It's been a month now and I just installed the new update (9.0.4) and it is still doing this. I took a screenshot of what it is doing. I want all of the titles to be the same length as the pictures. They are all 3.9 or so seconds. I drag the titles so they are the same size and then as soon as I do anything else it automatically changes back to this. Any Ideas? I just don't know why it's doing this and it's really bothering me. Please help!

How do I change my Desktop Picture to a solid color?

Hello folks, I'm trying to change my desktop picture to a solid black color in Leopard. How do I do that? I went into the desktop preferences under System Preferences but under solid colors, they do not have black. And I have no idea how to add more colors to the few selections there. Can someone help me out please? Thank you.

That's one idea, they have a solid black .png file on there, and you can either set it as your desktop and tile it, or follow their instructions.

Right-Click Desktop, Choose "Change Desktop Background..."
There you can choose the desktop image. If you want a custom one,
Choose "Set Desktop Picture".

How do I change the background picture that is shown when i start my Mac?

On the iMacs in my school they have a different name for everyone of the after for example the band Queen and then there is a picture on the inlogg screen with queen on it. So then you log in and there is another background picture after that. I Have a macbook pro and I would like to change that "start-picture".
Right now it´s kind of boring and grey. Can you change it somehow?

It sounds like you're using Adobe Send for Outlook. Correct?
Unfortunately, there is no way to change the default text that is inserted into your message. You'll have to change it each time.

Apple Mail 7.3 - How to change my profile picture?

I checked the old available posts, but none of them really solved my question, so here I go again with my question regarding the small picture shown on outgoing mails in Apple's Mail 7.3.
Currently it shows a default 'green lightning' picture on my outgoing mails in the upper right corner.
I did: System Preferences > Users & Groups, and selected Current User (Admin/myself), and dragged and dropped a new personal picture into the picture box showing the old 'green lightning' default picture which was then substituted by the new pic of my choice. All done.
However, Mail 7.3 after numerous restarts and 48 h later now, STILL shows on outgoing mails the old 'green lightning' pic which I had substituted before via Sytem Preferences > Users & Groups.
Can anybody help?

Thanks for the question. The picture is actually pulled from your card in Contacts. If you open up Contacts and find the card that is associated with your email address, I suspect you will see that the “lightning” picture is still linked to that card. Try changing it there and sending a test email to yourself.

For this issue,the only thing I can think now is that your version of Windows isn't activated correctly.
Can you check Control Panel\System and Security\Action Center\Windows Activation
You can get here by right clicking in the lower left hand corner, choosing "System" then clicking "View details in Windows Activation"
Meanwhile, please let us know your account. Local account or Microsoft account?
If your system has been activated, and then the issue still persists, please try using Microsoft account to change the account picture.

No, that would probably be the orientation lock. Check up by the battery icon and see if you have an icon with a small lock and a circular arrow. Either way, go to the Control Center, swiping up from the bottom of the screen. Look at the top row of icons and the orientation lock is the last one on the right. White is on, black is off. Just turn it off and you should be alright. Understand there are some apps that do not change into the landscape mode from portrait.

In your case, you may need to run a full anti-virus scan to remove any elements that the hacker may have used in accessing your account, and immediately change your password. How can I change my profile picture

Dear All, The Modern Skype with touch-screen features looks completely different from the old Skype that we used with Win 7 and earlier versions. For example, in the old Skype, we could go to the Skype button and easily scroll to "Change your profile picture". In the new Skype, there is no functionality to do this. (That is, as far as I know). If you click on "My account", it takes you to the Skype website. In that, you can go to "My Profile", and then "Edit", but the edit does not have any button next to your picture to enable you to change it. In short, I don't know what to do. Please help. I want to change my Whatsapp picture but most pictures turn out either upside down or sidewards; I even have auto rotation but it works on certain pictures only, what do I do?

I turned auto rotation on and I want to change my profile picture on Whatsapp. On certain pictures they turn out correct, however on most of them, they turn out sidewards or even upside down. I want to calibrate my phone but it doesn't say anything in settings about calibrating it, what do I do?

When they turn sidewards what I do is going to Photos, then Edit the specific photo I want as my Whatsapp profile and turn it 4 times. It will stay the same in Photos but when I go to Whatsapp and choose it, it doesn't turn sidewards this time.

In OS X Lion and Mountain Lion, the option to change the profile picture changed, making difficult the process to select a iPhoto library photo as the account picture.
First, open System Preferences > Users & Groups, and press the user picture. Then, open iPhoto and drag the photo you want to use as your account picture to the box with the user picture in System Preferences. Now, set up the photo as you want and accept it, so you will be using this photo as your account picture

Just to clear up any confusion, this post was originally started with a handy way to upload your own picture to the Spotify Community, and use it as your avatar.

For some reason I don't feel like spotify has enough personality as a service. Yeah it has a **bleep** ton of music but not allowing me to create my own profile with background and custom profile image, so i made the switch to beats music. Yeah it doesn't have the music catalog that spotify has but it has personality. The playlists feel more personal and the sentence actually works really well I am still surprised by it. So sorry spotify it doesn't seem like you give a **bleep** about your subscribers. We have been asking you for this one thing for years and it's something that should have been put in day one but whatever partnership you have with **bleep**ty facebook seems more important so whatever. I will take my money somewhere else.
