Changing my itunes billing info.

Hey does anybody know how to change my billing info for my itunes account?
I would like to change it to my paypal, rather than my credit card.
Anyone know how to do this?

Go to the itunes store homepage and click on the oval that shows your account name.....looks like an email address. Sign in if it asks you to . Then you'll get a page with different buttons. You'll want the 'Change Payment Info' button.

    So I'm trying to change my country from the UK to Spain because I've moved to Spain, have a Spanish card and billing address. I follow the steps, and tap change country, but then a pop-up appears saying my billing info doesn't match the country. Obviously, because it still has my UK details in it. So I click change billing info, and input the new card number, but alas! there is no option to change the country from the UK to Spain apart from the previous screen that sent me to the billing info page!
    I'm sure i'm missing something...

    Then after removing the UK credit card data restart the app and start over by changing the country. Then add the Spanish credit card.

    The iTunes Store operates in about 120 countries.  Unfortunately, Bosnia & Herzegovina is not yet one of them.

    I recently changed my billing address for my credit card from a Canadian address to a US address. As a result, iTunes requires me to update my billing info before I download anything from the Store. I've gone to my account info and click on "Change Country or Region." I then select "United States" from the list and click "Change." Then a dialogue window pops up and says "Your credit card could not be authorised" and brings me back to the Billing page, where my country is automatically set as Canada and can't be changed.
    It seems like iTunes is stuck in a loop. How do I go about changing my country if, before I can do so, iTunes brings me back to the Billing page?

    Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue?
    I know I sound like a baby, but it really stinks not being able to use the iTunes/App store! I had to buy an "E-book" from Google and it hurt so bad. Would love to find a solution...

    I had to reset my computer from all the apps but kept all files. I try to buy something and I have to put in my billing info but when I put it in and press done it says it has declined it even though it is still the same. HELP!!

    I understand you’re experiencing difficulties while trying to change your billing information. I can certainly imagine how frustrating that must be.
    Based on what you describe, you'll need to make corrections to your account information in myinfo. To do this, follow these steps:
    1) Visit the My Info website at http://myinfo.apple.com.
    2) Choose your country and preferred language. Then enter your iTunes Store account name and password and click Continue.
    3) On the My Account Profile page, look to see if there's a shipping address. If so, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly. If you want to remove the shipping address, delete the contents of each field and remove the state, province, country, or region by choosing "select one" from their pop-up menus.
    4) Now look at the phone numbers. The area codes should be in the area-code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone-number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone-number field, your account information may not save properly.
    5) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save and Continue button.
    When you make your next iTunes Store purchase, you will be asked to review your billing information. At that point, you can change your information or simply click Done. After that, you should be able to purchase items.
    If iTunes continues to display an error message when you make purchases, please reply to this email and include this information:
    - Your complete billing address
    - A full description of what you tried to do and any iTunes error messages you received
    - Permission to reset your password so that Apple can investigate the issue

    I recently moved to Mexico City, I canceled my credit cards in the US and moved, I cant seem to buy anything from the itunes store becuase of my country adresss, and i still have credit on my itunes account so i cant do anything till i spent it but cant because of the same problem. can u help me out?

    I do have a valid credit card and adress here in mexico but i cant change stores because i have credit in my mac.com account, so it wont let me download anything because i dont have a valid US credit card, and i cant change stores because i still have credit on it, so im in a loop, i cant change because i have credit, and i cant spend it because of the billing problem.
    is there a way to transfer my store credit to the mexico store? its prepaid.

    Are you trying to change the country of your iTunes Store account? If so, you'll need to contact the iTunes Store and ask them to clear the remaining balance before you can switch. Go here:

    Each time that you change your credit card details on your iTunes account a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

    i recently recieved a VISA DEBIT card from Nab and was told that i could use it for online purchases. however when i try cchange my account info to this particualr card, itunes rejects it saying;
    "Your payment method was declined"
    any ideas why?
    the card does also have a security code so it isn't that.

    I've got the same problem except my NAB debit card was working fine up until very recently. Big pond used to reject it too for their recharge site.
    It's pretty frustrating.

    Try to change the credit information from your iphone or other ios device. Tap on settings > store > tap Apple ID > tap view account > tap payment information > change

    To answer the second question first, the owners of the music (and that is not Apple) decide where their music can be sold. If they decide (for whatever reason) not to sell their music in a particular country, they will not let a music retailer (that is Apple this time) sell it in that country. So the "system" is beyond Apple's control.
    As for your first post; (if I understand you correctly), the iTunes Store knows that you are in Russia, so using a credit card registered in Vietnam is simply going to look like you're trying to get round the system.
    The credit card is tied to an address, and therefore to a country. Simply using a different country's address is not going to work.
    By the way, this is a world-wide situation. It's not a matter of having to use a Russian card, whatever card you use has to be registered at an address in Russia.
    Use the support link in the iTunes Store to contact Apple and see if you can straighten out whether you can buy songs, where ever you are and with whichever card you have.

    On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Store on iOS 6+) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

    There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.
