Changing order of plugins in environment view????
How do you move around the order of effect plugins on a track in the environment view? I can certainly move this around in the track mixer view holding down the option button and grabbing the effect with the little hand, but this doesn't work the same in environment and is driving me crazy! My main view I keep up on my screen is split between environment and arrange which is why I ask. Any help would be appreciated!
Not quite true that you can only do it in Track Mixer.
A good place to do it is in the Audio Configuaration since you can move or copy from one track to another. Command-drag to move, option-command-drag to copy.
The Audio Configuration window is a great place to do this kind of thing, though you should use a Bus if several tracks use the same inserts and same settings.
That way, you save on CPU and it's easier to manage.

thanks in advance.It would (definitely) but the reason it isn't is because that key is already used for something in the environment (command-clicking on an object is the MIDI thu tool to quickly set it as the current tracks track instrument).
I would argue that it might make sense to change this functionality, as the MIDI thu tool is quite destructive when used accidentally (ie changing the current track's object without realising it) but then I'm not emapple... -

I share one tip for working with plugins in a channel trip.
To rearrange your plugins, hold down the Command key and drag, move and drop your plugins easily.
You even can create multiple empty slots if needed by moving plugin to the last position over last empty space.you are welcome

In Firefox 4, how do I change the order of plugins on the Add-ons Plugins manager page? I turn Shockwave Flash on only when I want to watch a video and then turn it off to prevent screen freezing, and so I want it to PUT it and KEEP it at the top of the list.
Hit Ctrl+0 (That's a zero, by the way). I'm not sure if it will work, but hey, that's the first thing I would try.

I have an ipod shuffle 4, my playlist is in alphabetical order on my itunes, when I go to add it to my ipod it puts it into order of "date added", under "View" i can change it, but when I sync it, it immediately reverts back?!!
Yeah - not really. Sorry - but you will need to get it fixed so you can back it up. You are going to want to Restore your new iPhone from that backup when you get it, so it will really be worth it.
As soon as you get your new iPhone, set up automatic iCloud backups, or if you don't have Wifi, then it is really important to get into the habit of backing your device up weekly to iTunes.

Order changes in Monthly and Weekly Data View

I need some of your suggestions for my problem below:
I have a planning book with two data views (1 with monthly bucket and other with weekly bucket).Now I create three forecast orders in the weekly data view as below:
Quantity Date
10 05.11.2007
20 12.11.2007
30 19.11.2007
So I can see the sum as 60 in the monthly data view. Now I try to modify (deduct by 5) the forecast order from the monthly data view. So the sum 60 changes to 55 but when I see the details of the order it looks strange to me.

Please let me know what is the logic behind this?
But if I perform the above calculation for the category 'HG' as above I get the result like this.

This is possibly because of the settings in the planning area for the time disaggregation of the Key figure
Can you go Planning area administration and see what the setting is in the key figure disaggregation tab?
I think it needs to be P for proportional distribution and will use previously existing proportions for new quantities.
instead in your case it is ignoring previously exsisting proportions and distributing afresh. Am not sure what type that is (K?)
the F1 on the time based disaggregation field will give you a better idea.
if you want to know why the 11 and 5 are there at the ends and 13 is in the middle buckets, it is because the storage buckets for the weeks have 6, 7,7,7 and 2 days and 55/30 multiplied by these days is how the number are calculated.

How do i resort/reorder my two email accounts - they have changed order i view them
I have two email accounts. I am not sure how or why they have changed order on my view screen. When I push the "envelope icon" my email account/inbox is not the one I want to see first. How do I reorder these again - to be account "A" on top of "B" not 'B' on top of "A".
The only way is to delete account "B" (now appearing first), and set it up again.

I have this DML query:

ORDER BY dtable_view is a view with an INSTEAD OF trigger and table_name is a table with my records to be inserted.
I need the ORDER BY clause because in my trigger i call a procedure who treat each record and insert into a table, used in the view. I need to garantee these order.
If i put an other SELECT statement outside, like this:

SELECT a,
b,

FROM table_name
ORDER BY dIt works. But I can put these new SELECT because these query is created automatic by Oracle Data Integrator.
What I'm asking you is if there any solution to this problem without changing anything in the Oracle Data Integrator. Or, in other words, if there is any simple solution other than to add a new SELECT statement.

Sort my bookmarks in drop down lists in alphabetical order not just in Library Views
When I click on Bookmarks then select a folder to view its contents, I want to see those contents in alphabetical order By Name, not in the hpahazard order in which they were added. I know I can View them in the Library List in alphabetical order or change that to something else. But I want tp make the drop down list and the folder contents to be in alphabetical order all the time.
The Views menu in the Bookmarks Manager (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks) is for viewing the bookmarks in a different sorting order (hence the name Views) and doesn't sort bookmarks permanently.<br />
Clicking the column header does the same sorting for viewing purposes only.<br />
If you want to sort bookmarks then you need to right-click a folder and use "Sort By Name" to sort that folder.

Changing the sorting in the Icon view
This has been giving me a headache since I upgraded to Lion since it was released. I deal with very large numbers of files of various types and since OS X first was released it was easy for you to sort items in a folder by type however with Lion Apple dropped the ball on this. In the Icon View it is foolish not to have the folders listed first in the sort or arrange order. If you have folders that have folders in them to help separate large projects it used to be simple to navigate but now Apple has made this simple navigation task a total pain. Since you have to scroll down to get to the sub folder and heaven help you if you have to do this several times. There is no good reason not to allow the user to change the sort order. A simple search shows I am not alone in this and Apple has yet to respond this problem.
We are up to version .3 on lion and this still is a nightmare. I understand and agree with the strategy to make iOS and OS X to be similar for the novice user but to do so by sacrificing the functionality of OS X is well stupid. If I wanted an iPad I would have bought one not a Mac Pro and a MacBook Pro to work on. You cant run the programs I use a super sized iPhone. Till you can please don’t cripple OS X. It can't be a huge task to allow the user in the icon view to chose ascending or descending order and lock that choice in. Also have it automatically adjust the arrangement if you resize the window so you dont have to scroll side ways only up or down.
Finder worked like this since I switched to Mac's back in 2002. I have been very happy with OS X and Apple till this change. This is not a small issue for me. I have counting external and internal drives totaling 14 TB's of storage and add about 1 TB a month with the projects I now have. I hope this gets fixed soon it has me worried that Apple is solely catering to the iPad and iPhone users. I didn't spend nearly 10K$ for a new workstation and laptop to have it function like an iPad.
For the record I do like the iPad but you can't run Photoshop, MS Office, Poser or CAD programs on an iPad and if you could it would take it weeks to do some of the tasks that a dual quad core can do in minutes.
There are ways to bring back many functions that were changed in Lion such as hiding the scroll bar or reversing the scrolling direction why not retain the sort options that your customers have been using for years? This small change reduces productivity and thus reducing my profit margins and not to mention increasing aggravation.I actually didn't read your whole dissertation, but if you want to know about sorting in the Finder, then this is how it works:
There are two modes of organizing the layout of the items in the Finder. There is an Arrangement which is grouping similar characteristics together. Then, there is sorting which sorts the items by some criteria, like name, date, etc.
The Arrangement and Sorting functions are both in the same menu item or button on the toolbar. Arrangement is primary, and Sorting is secondary. You can get to the Sorting options by holding down the option key and clicking on the button or menu option.
You can have both an Arrangement and a Sort, depending on the Arrangement chosen. Arranging by Name or Date doesn't offer any other sorting options. Arranging by Kind, or Application, or Label will allow you to sort each group by some criteria chosen from the Sort options.
If you Arrange by None, you can sort by any of the other criteria.
I have run into a bug where you can choose the sort order once arranged. You can usually reverse the sort order by going into List View, arrange by None, and set the sort direction in the column headers. -
IWeb: changing the slideshow image scale and viewing time
I moved my iWeb sites over to another server (iPage) and went through the sites to observe for inconsistencies and problems. While doing this, I noted that my image galleries, when placed into the slides show mode, were very small on my iPad 2 and that they cycled through at a very high speed. I thought this was odd and I wondered if anyone else has observed the same thing? It sounds to me that an HTML under-the-hood modification may be required or a bug fix to the iWeb code is in order, to change the sideshow image scale and viewing time/slide value. Comments? [I suspect that Apple does not hold iWeb bug fixes at or near to the top of its software development to-does priority list. Sounds like I need to change web authoring software.]

Where is the code of Apply button (the update page of change order)

Actually, it is the Apply button of the update page (the attribute of the lines revised item of the change order).
I read the 9 controllers code that listed in the 'About this Page', but I cann't find where is the Apply button's... :(
I try to find it in the dev environment, but after clicked the 'Apply' button, the dev server throws a exception(it is posted in the thread how to fix exception in dev enviorment, while it's ok in dev instance
The ebs version is 12.0.4. If you are interested with the problem and you can access the bugDB, you can check the detail about the bug# 7582452.

QinhuaThe problem is settled down at 12-11, the actual code of the apply button is at other source file, the OAF forward the action to other file, so we can't find the code at the source files that listed in the source file.
The following is the abstract forward chain of the action:
OAWebBeanHelper.processFormData -> OAWebBeanFormElementHelper.setValue -> ViewRowImpl.setAttribute -> EntityImpl.setAttribute -> EgoMtlSyItemChangesEOImpl.setAllowSubstituteReceiptsFlag
From the chain, I guess the OAF will forward the data to the entity source file(XXEOImpl) to complete the action and submit it to database.
So, maybe we can check the corresponding EOImpl of the entity to find the action code. -

. Change orders processed during this time period that increased the order qty (we normally do this by adding a new line).
· Change orders processed during this time period that decreased the order qty.
· Change orders processed during this time period that increased the unit price.
· Change orders processed during this time period that decreased the unit price.

GeethaThe best way to do this is to use the history functionality in OM.
It basically consists of setting up processing constraints such that the changes you are interested in (such as price change, qty change) are logged into the history table.
And then you can use seeded reports / custom reports to view the changes.

Again get into the same PO in ME23n transaction. Now you should be see the changes as per the menu below.
Environment->Header changes
or
Environment->Item changes
If you can see the changes here, that means change documents are active for the fields shown here and you can as well read them using CHANGE_DOCUMENTS_READ function.
You can ask the functional consultant to show the changes in PO screen.

Change order of key figure is not working in Web report output (using WAD)

We are using BI 7.0, release 701 and level 008. We are facing problem in WAD (web report output). When ever we do 'Select filter' for key figures and 'change the order' of key figures, it does not get reflected in new order. Though drag and drop of key figures is working.
Though same change order is working fine in Bex Analyser.
Kindly suggest some inputs.
