Changing OS for my Palm TX

I've been using my Palm TX with my PC for a number of months. Now, I'm thinking about getting rid of my PC (finally) and using the Palm with my Mac.
If I do this, will I be erasing all the data in my Palm when I sync it with the Mac?
And if I want to, can I sync with the Mac and PC? I have a PC at work and I may need to use BOTH OS's with my Palm.

I'm not trying to poke you in the eye here, but when you ask, "…what is a conduit?" my reaction is that you have a lot of reading to do! If you don't know what a conduit is at this point, then you're going to run into severe and insurmountable problems with enabling synchronization.
I would start with documentation for the Palm Desktop, likely bundled for Mac OS X on the install CD-ROM provided in the package with your handheld organizer. Read that thoroughly and be sure that you understand it before you install the Palm Desktop and attempt to configure it and synchronize with it.
And be sure that if you decide to use either iSync or the Missing Sync for Palm OS that you thoroughly read and understand the documentation available for them, as the documentation for the Palm Desktop—and the synchronization technology it describes—have very little to do with either of these applications. iSync and the Missing Sync for Palm OS are very different applications, and little of what is described for iSync is applicable to the Missing Sync.
There is nothing 'plug and play' about the Sync Services framework. It is a complex construct, and you can easily and irreversibly damage or destroy your data records if you don't know exactly what you are doing.

I'm guessing the issue is a bit more complicated than just changing a few bytes of code... Update 1.1 is on it's way, and is rumored to have EAS fixes in it.

Change Logs for TCODE -- FILE

Hi Friends,
    Please help me in finding the change logs for the TCODE FILE,
    i.e The changes made to the Logical paths
   I had tried Utilities---->change logs , but unfortunately i cannot find any changes logs
   But there are changes made to the logical paths in my system but i cannot see them in change logs

rec/client is a profile parameter, you can view the settings in transaction RZ10. However I find program RSPARAM more useful, the report lists all system parameters with their default and altered value. Also if you double-click on a parameter you can get to the full help text for its meaning.
The parameter essentially switches on table change logging for configuration tables (based on the technical settings of the table) and has to be set before the changes are made.

Looking at another of Tracy's other post (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3598947) she's trying to use ACL. Hence needing to know the tables to write joins/queries to hit tables within ACL
I've seen ACL used and have had the fun experience of Auditors using Google to find tables to perform checks on without context of what has actually been implemented in their particular system.

Perfernece for contact to change. Do I just have to dis-associate my contact fromt the facebook account? Is only the autofill changable?

If you allow Facebook to access your contacts and you have the @facebook.com email alias turned on, it will add the @facebook.com email to your contact info, and because it has the fixed label of "email" it overrides every other email address.
They didn't fix this in iOS 8.
There are two ways to remove the @facebook.com email from your contact info:
If you don't need your Facebook friends and their info updating your contacts, go into iOS Settings -> Facebook and turn off access to Contacts.
If you don't use your @facebook.com email address (all it does it forward to the primary email address) you can go into the Facebook app, More -> Settings -> General -> Email -> and uncheck "Use your Facebook email". Removing it from Account Emails does not work, you have to turn it off. Once you do this, go to iOS Settings -> Facebook and turn Contacts off and on again to make it update your info. The @facebook.com address should be removed.

If you only changed the name of your ID rather than creating a new ID, just go to Settins>iCloud and tap Delete Account then sign back in with the new name. (Deleting the account from your phone does not delete it from iCloud. Your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.)
If you created a new ID, you'll have to go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPhone. (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.) After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using your other ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account.
You won't lose any photos in your camera roll or photo library. If you have any photos in your photo stream that are over 30 days old that are not in your camera roll or saved on your computer, be sure to save these to the camera roll before deleting the account. To do so, open the photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you need to save to select them, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple IDand that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

We want to analyze some problems in our environment with one specific user.
We use Oracle Siebel 8.2.2.3.
We know commands for changing evtloglvl for components, but not for users.
Is there any possibility to change the evtloglvl based on a user that log's in?
We didn't find anything in the bookshelf.

How to change path for Ev4Excel.xla

Dear All,
I'm trying to execute predefined BPF - custom menu (ProcessFunctions.xls). Whenever if click e.g. on Back, forward, open a file following similar message is being prompted:
Macro 'E:\Program Files\BPC\Ev4Excel.xla'!'EvMacroCall "OPENFILE","REPORTS\WIZARD\HotAnalysis\A01 Account Trend.xls","","","","","" can not be executed. Macro may not stated in this workbook or all macros can be deactivated.
Ev4Excel.xla is resided under path E\PC_MS.
How can I change path for macro call?
Or any other idea?

i don't understand why do you have to change the path for Ev4Excel.xla?
Basically this the addin of BPC into excel. I mean it is the BPC excel client.
You are choosing the path when you are performing the installation of SAP BPC.
So Idon't understand why do you want to change the path?
If you want to do this you have to reinstall the BPC client and you have to choose the path wanted.
You error is not related to the path it is more related to rights.
I think you have to provide more details about the steps done and in what condition you observer this error.

This condition based execution requires - javascript coding.
In miscelleaneous tools bar, you have an option of SCRIPT_ITEM writer tool, drag the tool into your WAD layout, and select the properties , choose the editor option and paste your coding. that's it.
Alternate option :
in your web application design layout , you will fine XHTML coding editor , there you need to write coding and execute the same.
