does anyone know how to change the output format so that when you export to itunes it is already an mp3 and not an AIF?

Dear Raj,
as per the report mentioned by you, it is calling some subroutine to display the details.
Just try to trace the WRITE statements and check if you can add your own include in this report to display the output as per your requirement.

I know i have to create a copy of MC45 to some z program but afterwards I am not sure where to look for to change the output format.
Our ababper is extremely busy so i wanted to do litle bit of chnages by myself. I do have couple of years of java experience several years back, I thought i could help our abaper and learn myself little bit also.

Changing output format for iTunes conversions

WHen I convert my WMA files, iTunes converts them as quicktime files. When I play music through my laptop I prefer to us Windows Media Player though, not quicktime.
Does anyone know if I can change the output format in iTunes to change them from WMA to MP3 instead of quicktime?

When you import a wma file into iTunes, it makes a copy of the file converting it to either MP3 or AAC according to how you have set your preferences in Edit>>Preferences>>Advanced>>Importing.
You want the drop down box labelled "Import Using".
The actual program used to play the file depends on how you have your file associations set. You can change this by right clicking on a file and selecting "Open with" >>Choose Program. You select the program you want to use (assuming it knows how to play the file) and also ensure the "Always use selected program..." check box is ticked.
The original wma file is left intact, so unless you delete it, it will be available to use in WMP. If you don't want to do that, and you want to use WMP as your player, you need to import into iTunes as MP3 rather than AAC.

Import settings - changing output format

When importing CDs to itunes, the filenames that are created are in the format "Track number Song title.mp3", such as "03 Roxanne.mp3". Is there a way to change the output so that the file name would be "Artist - Track number - Song title.mp3", such as "The Police - 03 - Roxanne.mp3"? Thanks.

The iTunes ripping capability unfortunately offers no flexibility in file naming. Sorry. However, you can rip with another tool and add the resulting files to your iTunes library, and the filenames will remain.

How can i change the format of output captured footage using DSR-11 in Premiere Pro CS5.5?

I am using Premiere Pro CS5.5, capturing footage off a mini-DV casette (NOT HD) using a Sony DSR-11. All is well with that, except for that the output is an .avi rather than MP4 (H264). I am under the impression that H264 with the extension of .MP4, is better than avi.
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the format of that outputted footage?

Change wget output format?

So I've finally switched my pacman configuration to use wget to download packages instead of the default downloader, and it's a lot faster, I'm glad I switched. The only thing that bugs me just a little is the bulky and unnecessary output format of wget. Is there a way I could reconfigure the format to the minimums? For example, just the name of the file, progress bar, time downloading, and speed? I've looked at all the configuration files for wget, and there doesn't seem to be any options to change the format of the output in any way. Any ideas?

Change Meridiem Output Format

Is there any way in CF MX 7 to change the output format of
the time meridiem. For example with TimeFormat(now( ), hh:mm:ss tt)
the output will show the current time followed by AM or PM
respectively. I am wanting to change this to something like
a.m./p.m. or A.M./P.M.

How to change the output format (procedure) in the "norma 19" (CSB19)

A bank asks us that the file that currently we send to them with the data of the domicile of our busines partners (customers ISU) must have a different output format from that is currently sending, specifically ask us to change the procedure 1 to the 2 of the "norma 19" (CSB 19) --> (Data Medium Exchange)

Changing Oracle Report Output Format at runtime

Dear All,
I've custom Oracle Report in Oracle Apps., and would like to give the users an option to select the output format (XML, TEXT, PDF, etc.) whilst submitting the request.
As a SYSADMIN, we can modify the Output Format value of the concurrent program(Oracle Report in this case) to one we like.
But I would like the user to select this output format option at runtime, rather then hard coding at SYSADMIN level. For that I've to create a Value Set with the desired report output format options, and attach this to the concurrent program.
My question is, how we can make the desired output format to work at runtime?
If any one can help?

I'm running an Oracle Report in Oracle Apps. release 11.5.9
The default output format of this report is TEXT, which is defined in its concurrent program.
This report is submitted using standard request submission screen, and after successful completion we can view the output by pressing "View Output" button on "Requests" screen. This will open an another window and we can view the output page by page. Using "Tools>Copy File..." menu option, we can view the same output in IE window.
Now, how does your resolution fits here and how can I view the same report in XML format?

Change Pick List Output Format with automated Output format froTO creation

When creating TO for delivery using VL06P or LT03 there is no opportunity to print the Company Custom Format(X1) of the pick list.
But if it is reprinted in LT31, Print Code X1(Company defined picking list Output format) can be selected. This is our custom formatted TO output format.
The delivery address is on the document, so if X1 format is used with the automated output from TO creation, Warehouse personel will have the Hardcopy of the delivery address.
Question: How can i have the Print Code X1 to default when i am creating delivery using VL06P or LT03.

Audio MIDI Setup won't let me change Audio Output format

When I try to change the format to 48000.0 Hz it automatically changes it back to 44100.0 Hz, which in turn changes the Audio Input format to the same. I am also using an iMic Audio Interface, if that helps at all.

Here's the error message:
Audio MIDI Setup couldn’t open the MIDI Server so you can’t view or edit your MIDI configurations.
If you recently installed a new MIDI driver, try uninstalling it and then open Audio MIDI Setup again. If Audio MIDI Setup works correctly after that, contact the driver’s manufacturer for further support.

Tutorials in SWF output format prompted "Do you trust this content to connect to the Internet?" when opening another SWF file

I have a tutorial with in the output format of SWF and HTM. I have click boxes that On Success will open another tutorial (SWF file). When I click on the click box, I get prompted “Do you trust this content to connect to the Internet?” by the Adobe Flash Player. I can click “Yes” and continue, however I don’t want the user to get prompted for every click box with this action (there is one for every tutorial and navigation buttons to each tutorial). I also think that SCORM can't handle the prompt, because when I run the tutorial from the LMS the click boxes do not work at all.
I have tried selecting “Always allow” in the Global Security Settings panel as per the instruction on this website: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.htm l.
Any ideas?

I wanted to add on a question to this posting.... I believe Rod's instructions must be followed on a per-PC basis, correct? Is there any way to disable this globally when/after I publish the files rather than telling 1000 users across the globe that they have to change their security settings? I don't think so from the article (very thorough) but just hoping there's something I can do?!

Different resolution in preview and output format

Hi Folks
I need your help. We already captured a lot of e-learning material but come to a problem.
The output format quality is less good than the preview quality.
Win7 /Captivate 6
Capture resolution for software simulation is 1024x768.
Producing the material in swf and html. No compressing, set to best quality.
Open the preview: quality is nearly the same as the original source.
Open the swf directly or the html --> output looks cloudy, diffuse.
Test with an without scalable html. In case of scalable html it is hard to find the right resolution (1024x768) on a 1280x1024 resolution monitor, but you can find it and the the output is clear as the preview.
The output format resolution within the project is set to 1024x768. We measured the "true" output resolution on different produced output formats, and they are all a little bit higher than 1024x768, about 4% more heigh and width.
Of course, I was able to change the html-script which sets the start-format for an swf to open, if I change it to 1024x768 and save it, the quality of the swf is like the preview and sharp and ok. But in case of scalable html I cannot set the format. However, why the swf -even when i start/opeen it directly- didn't start with the right resolution set in the settings within the project?
Also our target group should not "search" for the sharp resolution by scaling the output window.
Why does captivate change the resolution? why is the preview ok and the produced swf not? I didn't understand that fact.
Also we like to produce with TOC, so the widht for TOC is 250. If I change the html script in that case to 1024+250=1274x768 the swf is also unshapr/cloudy and I havee no change to fit it to the right resolution (1024+TOC).
