Changing Pixie Dust Title Color

Hello All, I am finding this very annoying, when I choose the pixie dust title it won't let me change the color or font of the text, is that the same for everyone? Thanks!

HI there, some of the themes are hampered by selective fonts etc..I found that out a few months ago. Only certain themes can you change the font etc..And you are right very frustrating. I like the pixie dust and you can only use the one background as well.

  • How to change blog title color with modern template?

    hello everyone,

    thanks,

    Hey Stephen...
    For the main blog index page, you can edit the CSS the same way you have done in the past...

    You can also edit the template XML directly, but I'll leave that to Suzanne or someone more experienced to explain.

    If you are referring to the blog entry titles and don't care that the main blog index titles will remain red, you can always change the color of the title text in your blog entry. Then when you want to start a new entry, just duplicate the last entry and all the settings will remain the same.

  • Any way to batch change all my title type slide colors?

    I need to change about 50 titles I made in a timeline (project) to a different background color.  Any way to do that in batch, or do I need to go through one at a time and fix them.  Attached is a picture that makes it more clear what I mean.

    You'll have to change each title individually.  This is where some type of CSS functionality with titles would come in handy.

  • Is it possible to change folders title color?

    I cant see the titles in my folders because I have put a background and the title color is black. Is there any way to change it? Thanks already.

    Sadly, Labels were removed in 10.9, so that particular solution which would have allowed you to change the background color of the file titles is gone.
    Tags currently only place a colored circle *next to* the file name, and so don't help you very much.
    To my knowledge, there isn't a solution to black-on-black filenames on folder backgrounds.
    I seem to rememebr that the old (System 7/8) Labels used to actually change the filename color as well to ensure that they were readable when the label background color was changed - that would be a fantastic feature to bring back into OS X.

  • Set title color in TitledBorder

    Hi there! i'm new to Java as well as swing.
    I would like to know how to set the title color of the TitledBorder. By default, the title color is black, I would like to change it to green.
    i intend to use this constructor: TitledBorder(Border border, String title, int titleJustification, int titlePosition, Font titleFont, Color titleColor)
    but don't know how to assign the values for the parameters. especially for the Color titleColor
    because when i used Color.green it doesn't work. any suggestion?
    this is my coding without setting the title color yet.
    JPanel panel;
    panel = new JPanel();
    panel.setBorder(new TitledBorder(new EtchedBorder(Color.orange,Color.red), "Title Name"));

    Methods are applied to objects:
    import java.awt.*;
    import javax.swing.*;
    import javax.swing.border.*;
    public class Ex {
        public static void main(String[] args) {
            JPanel cp = new JPanel();
            TitledBorder b = new TitledBorder(new EtchedBorder(Color.ORANGE,Color.RED), "Title Name");
            b.setTitleColor(Color.MAGENTA);
            cp.setBorder(b);
            cp.add(new JTextField("example content", 10));
            JFrame f = new JFrame("Ex");
            f.setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
            f.setContentPane(cp);
            f.pack();
            f.setLocationRelativeTo(null);
            f.setVisible(true);
    }

  • IMovie Pixie Dust Font

    I am working in iMovie11 and I used the provided title "pixie dust" on one of the movie frames. When I inputted the text the text looked like something from the 70's/80's and did not match anything else in the system fonts or imovie panel. I searched the web, Photoshop, word, etc but could not find the name of the that font. it's bugging the heck out of me not being able to identify this font.
    Any help in this matter would be helpful.....

  • Change Windows Server 2012 colors

    Hi
    Changing Windows Server 2012 colors is not possible by default without editing the registry.
    The location within the registry to change the colors seems to be HKCU\Control Panel\Colors
    But:
    Comparing these registry entries in Windows Server 2012 with the same entries in Windows 8, which colors are totally different, it is surprising that all RGB color values are exactly identical.
    I guess, that this registry part might be the one of previous Windows versions, while the current location to change Windows colors seem to have moved.
    Where is the new location within the registry to change Windows Server 2012 colors?
    Patrick

    Hi,
    As far as I know, the HKCU\Control Panel\Colors is still used for Windows 2012, it is same as Windows 8.
    You can also find the registry “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Colors” to change the colors.

    Tim covered the inline if statement, though not specifically regarding a title, in his blog recently:

    The syntax is:

  • How do I change an image border color to another color - Dreamweaver CS5?

    Good day,
    I have just learned how to add a border to an image with Dreamweaver CS5 within the Properties Inspector.
    After typing the width in pixels in the Border Text Field and pressing the Enter key, Dreamweaver created a black border.
    How do I change the image border color to another color?

    I added your suggested rule to the Style Sheet "in any order" as you explained. See the image below.
    However this did not change the image border from black to light blue. In fact, nothing changed.
    Nothing changed because the CSS that has been written into DW is incorrectly written.
    You want the following (exactly as written below)
    img {border: 4px solid #0062C8;}
    You've inadvertently wrapped the rule inside a #main_image container rendering it meaningless.
    It's easiest to go into Code View and change
    #main_image {
         img {border: 4px solid #0062C8;
    to
    img { border: 4px solid #0062C8; }
    The Property Inspector added a border exactly as I wanted it, other than the color I wanted the border to be. What is the use of this function in Property Inspector if it can add a border within Property Inspector but not let me change the COLOR of the black border that Property Inspector added, to another color?
    That's a deceptively simple, yet valid, question with a long answer.
    Back in the dark old days of web design web designers were restricted to inline HTML formatting which offered  border properties but no colors.
    CSS styling offers colors and more but has to be written differently.
    These days. it's best to avoid HTML formatting. Unfortunately border="4px" in the PI still allows it. But does not permit color.
    Does anyone else out there ever add color borders to their IMAGES (not the containing box for the image) ?
    Yes, using CSS.

  • How to change html style titles of a JTabbedPne at run time??

    hi,
    how to change html style titles of a JTabbedPne at run time??
    setTitleAt is not working...

    You can't change the canvas at runtime. But you can put the scrollbar on a stacked canvas and then show or hide that stacked canvas on different canvases.
