hello, when i click on the email icon in a pdf document, it displays an ms outlook form. i use gmail.
how can i change the "mail to" option so it always goes to gmail?

Make gmail your default email program, e.g. when you right click something and go "send to mail recipient'...
Can't do that? blame gmail, not Adobe Reader.

We have an interesting issue when when you Control click a file and select "New email with Attachment" it always brings up Mail, I want to change this to Outlook (latest office for Mac). I have checked everywhere for this setting and made sure Outlook is set as the default mail program everywhere.
Can someone point me in the right direction and this would be a quick win for out customer.

"New Email with Attachment" is a Service provided by Mail.app. To use Outlook, you would need an Outlook service. If Microsoft doesn't provide one, it might be possible to make your own using Automator. If you search, somebody might have already done that.

Delete opm.db from the location given below(Please close the CC Desktop App before these steps).
For Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db. Launch CCD and try to sign in.
Enable hidden user Library: Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later.
For Windows:
[System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Can I set Safari to open Microsoft Entourage as my default email program? Currently Safari always opens Eudora when I click on an email address. I found a place in Firefox to set it, but I can't find a place to set it in Safari. Safari Help was useless as usual.

Thanks. It didn't occur to me to open Mail, because I don't use it for my email. How many programs let you select their competitors? Usually they ask to be selected over their competitors. And the fact that I could set my preferred mail program within Firefox suggested that I should be able to do the same in Safari...

In my Apple mail I recently converted to Outlook 365 Exchange program. I have two email programs, Apple and Yahoo. Since I converted to this email program, when I send an Apple email, I cannot find the "sent" emails anywhere? I can pull up the Yahoo "sent" emails but not the others. I'm wondering if this could be due to something in my settings?

Yeah, Comcast didn't bother testing that new interface properly with Firefox, so it is a "Mozilla problem". They did the same thing two years ago with the last major re-design of their web mail interface, but they fixed it a little faster then.
The Xfinity Connect Lite interface works properly in Firefox 6.0, so you need to open Preferences > General near the top of that page and switch to the Connect Lite version. See the screenshot below.

Good grief... my email program PostBox is now using Chrome as its default browser. I want to use FireFox. Where is the setting that I have to change?

To answer the post title FireFox save all downloads automatically in the download folder, which you can find in the Documents folder. If you want to choose where to save your downloads go to tools>options>check always ask me where to save files.
Secondly, I am assuming you have IE 8 installed as this is the only version that supports this fix that is currently not in beta. Go to control panel>internet options>advanced tab and reset the settings at the bottom. This may or may not fix the problem but it is a good first step.

sorry, the system was down for some time.
If you are mailing using "iPhoto" you will see mail stationary like this.
Use the "From" menu to select the account you want to mail from. That will set the default address to the address set in the selected account.
Use the "Preferences > Accounts" tab to set the default address for your Mail accounts. Click "+" to add an account, if necessary.
If you'd rather use a different Mail program then iPhoto's stationary, set the menu to "Mail" or your preferred mailer. Then you select the default mail address in the preferences of your mailer.

When I click on an email address on a web page, a page no longer opens in my email program. Not sure if this is a problem due to Firefox or due to recent installation of Office 2010. I use a PC with Vista.

I'm not sure what's confusing you. Just generate a String (using a StringBuffer)
with the data you need and use it as the content of the mail message. If each
recipient needs different content, they'll each need a different MimeMessage
object.

I'm not clear on where you are seeing that text. When I view Google's cached page from the page found in this search

It doesn't match yours exactly. There is an iframe with a Google map in it in the "Hosting Analysis" section, which in your pasted page seems to be the "Site Server" section.

At some points it's a vicious circle because it asks for a password at key times when trying to correct the problem. Note that the new email address shows when I log into my Apple account and shows it was verified. For some reason the system isn't updating to the new email in ALL places.

Why does my email template appear differently in various email programs?

I have created a CSS-style based email template using Dreamweaver CS6. The template looks great within Dreamweaver, on Internet Explorer and in Outlook 2003. However, when viewed in Outlook 2010, Hotmail and Gmail, the template is distorted. If I set my containers using pixel size, why would it be different when viewed in other email programs?

For one thing – I didn't see a forum set up to ask questions about the Apple Support Discusion Forum. I'd say it's an important topic considering Apple still provides no guidebook with it's software.
