Hi everyone and especially someone who can help me please!
I am in the UK on hutchinson three network using my BB bold with BIS. It is working great. Now I am going abroad to the Middle East for a couple of months on some contracting work. I have a SIM card for the Middle East already so I don't need to be roaming and I can upgrade that SIM to accept Blackberry services. I was wondering, do I have to re-setup a blackberry email account with that specific network provider in the Middle east? Or can I just continue using my Three blackbery BIS account?
And if I have to setup a new blackberry email account with this provider - do I then have to log in and re-activate and add filters etc to all the different emails I access through my blackberry.
I am travelling tomorrow - so your help would be soooooooooo much appreciated. As you can tell I am always last minute dot com, thats why the blackberry is so great for me! :-D

now in Middleeast i was told to setup

Are you saying I don't have to do that? I just swap the sims and activate the blackberry service on the sim? (yes my phone is unlocked) So I don't need to reconfigure all my email accounts and the filters? It will just work off the original 3uk one?

I would like to use the same account but I have new bank information over here and I can't seem to find a way to access the French appstore and every time I try to change my account settings I get an error message. I traveled to a different country and using a new sim/new carrier. With the change in the sim, I have been unable to use the iMessage--outside of WiFi coverage area, and FaceTime at all time. I believe it is due to the phone number registered as an address in the phone, which has not changed with the change of sim; so it countinues to showing as an error while varifying the data.
Wonder if any of you are in a position to advise as to how to address the following.
1. I need to input correct phone no, meaning the number I am using in the correct location.
2. I need to activate FaceTime and be able to use it.
3. I need to be able to use iMessage and/or ordinary sms while outside of WiFi coverage area.
It may be mentioned in my current location I don't have GPRS on the cell phone which is the case in my regular station.

We had the same problem, but figure out the solution.
You MUST have at least 1 song added to your ITUNE! After you add a free song, then everything else should work as normal!

As long as you have a form of payment (credit or debit card) with a USA source, and with a billing address in the USA, then you just need to change your payment information on your account to that, change your country in the store settings, and you will then be able to shop in the USA store.
Your AppleID will work in any country's store, as long as your payment source and billing addres are also specific to that country (and you are in that country as well, as there may be IP filters in place to stop use outside of the country).

Error Message When Leaving Review For Apps Downloaded Using a Different Country App Store

DEVICES AND SOFTWARE:
iPhone 6 Plus iOS 8.1.2, Macbook Air 11" 2013 OSX 10.10.2, iTunes 12.1.0.50
DESCRIPTION:
When attempting to leave a review for an App that has been previously downloaded or purchased using a different country store but on the same Apple ID - the user receives an error message. The issue stems from the App not being in the Purchase History of the presently associated country store as purchase history is country dependent rather than Apple ID dependent.
STEPS:
1. Login the App Store on iTunes or iOS Device using an Apple ID associated with a country.
2. Download an App for the first time using said Apple ID.
3. Change the country of said Apple ID.
4. Attempt to leave a review of the previously downloaded app.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
A user should be able to leave a review to an App he/she has previously downloaded whilst the Apple ID is associated with a different country. The App Store button should show Downloaded after the country change and the App should continue to be displayed in the Purchase history. In other words the purchase history should not be country dependent but Apple ID dependent.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
User gets an error message indicating that the app needs to be downloaded or purchased first.
NOTES:
I have tried deleting my reviews from the original country store, and yet I am still not able to leave a review. Please make the purchase history dependent on the Apple ID rather than the Country Store. If this is not possible, provide a way for users to remove to delete the purchase history from the previous country store(s) - so these apps can appear on their current country store's purchase history. Thus they would be able to leave reviews for these apps.

How to select a different country in ESS Address information

in ESS Personal Information Address iView, our employees need to be able to maintain foreign addresses and select from differenet countries in the country drop down.
We performed the IMG customization step "Personnel Management->Employee Self Services->Service Specific Settings->Own Data->Foreig Address Setting->Determine countries for foreign address and make settings." And we are using the Address iView located under the International PCD folder.
however, when we log in to ESS, the country screen field of the Address iView is read-only, employees cannot select a different country than their own. Anything I am doing wrong?

Let me mention how this works
"Employees can maintain a foreign address using the country field on the
Edit screen. This is enabled if an employee creates a new record. When
an employee selects a foreign country in which to maintain an address,
the country-specific views (Edit view, Review view) change to correspond
to that country. If a country-specific address format does not exist for
the selected country, international address views are used.
Remark: Employees cannot change the country for an existing address!
Maintenance of foreign addresses is only allowed in case a new address
is entered or address changes are made for the same country."
Also make sure business function is enabled by SFW5 HCM_ESS_CI_1

Purchasing apps in a different country using Canadian account

My wife is currently in another country for a few weeks. I was thinking of gifting her some $$$ so that she can buy some ipad apps, etc. Does anyone know that if she switches to the Canadian itunes in a foreign country, will she be able to download whatever app she desires while logging into her Canadian account from a foreign IP? Is this within the ToS of Apple?
We could create a second account in the foreign country, and send her a physical gift card from Apple's local store. However, we want to avoid doing that as the account would be temporary and would never be used again.

The default store should not change becuase you are in a different country. appleID's are tied to the country where they were created, and can only download from there.
She should have no problmes downloading apps from the Canadian store if that is the store the account was created in.
IP location used to be a factor, but not any more as far as I know.

Dear All,
We have two plants 1100 in India (IN) and 2200 in Bhutan (BT) and assigned to same company code 1000 (IN).
We have assigned same tax calculatuion procedure to country IN and BT. Created Tax codes in IN and BT.
Transactions in plant 2200 (BT) will be all same as that of plant 1100 (IN)
Is this the best practice to process the scnario like this ?
We have sale process at plant 2200. While extending material to sales organisation - at Sales Org 1 tab - Tax data is coming with country IN. What could be the reason ? Are there country settings for Sales Organisaton.
As we assigning Plant in country A to company in country B, isn't in conflict.

Its not correct that creating the two plants in same company code if they are located in the different countries
if the plant is in the other country at the time financial statement will change with respect to that country.
tax procedure will be assigned at company code level only when you assign the tax procedure for the company code it will be applicable for both the plants which are u assigned to that company code,
