Changing Student Header status in Student file

Hi,
I want to change the header status of student in student file wrt to the reason of cancellations assigned during de-registration. I have created student status and cancellation reasons. Assigned these to RW01 activity. This activity is assigned to call up point 041( create de-registration) but no results. What shall i do to change system status?

Which infotype and subtypes are used to store status?
Entry 9008 does not exist for Subtype; check your input

Diagnosis
Entry 9008 does not exist for Subtype in table T777Z.
System Response
The program is terminated.
Procedure
Check your input value for Subtype. The value should exist in the value table.

Shopping cart header status differs to status at line item level

Hello
I am using SRM 5.5 EC, got a situation where there is a single line shopping cart which has been approved. The status on the header is still showing "awaiting approval" but at line item level it shows as being "approved" and no follow on document has been created.
Can anyone help and let me know why this has happened and how to change the header status now?

Changing Credit status in Sales order under header status

The Status tab under the header is in read only mode and i am not able to find any BAPI or FM for

I am trying to alter the Subject: header for bounced messages, especially mail bounced from our gateway servers for "User unknown" errors. The current Subject: header for such bounces reads:
Delivery Notification: Delivery has failed
I would like this altered to be, say:
Delivery Notification: Remote SMTP server has rejected address
or something similar. Now, I've read the documentation on managing status notification messages, but there seems to be no correlation between the files in ..../config/locale/C and the text being placed in deliery failure messages. For instance, the return_failed.txt file contains the text:'
Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipients:
%R
Yet I can't see this anywhere in the bounced message. Nor any other text from any of these files.
There also seems to be a lack of information on header manipulation in these files.

How to change the header of Material BOM in a program for alternative BOM ?

Requirement: An Inbound IDOC creates /change/delete Alternative Material BOM. The Alternative Material BOM can have alternative values from 1 to 99.
ISSUE: I am good with CREATE and DELETE BOM. The issue is with CHANGE of header Material BOM. The fields which we need to change in the header is the base quantity, BOM status, Lot Size from and Lot Size to. Please note that I am able to change the item details of the BOM with FM CSAI_BOM_MAINTAIN. I find no FM /BAPI which would change the header of a material BOM.
Please NOTE that I am using BAPI_MATERIAL_BOM_GROUP_CREATE to create alternative Material BOM. This has a parameter in TABLES called "VARIANTS" which has a field CS_FUNCTION which can have value from NEW/CHG/DEL .Also ,there is another parameter in TABLES called "ITEMASSIGNMENTS" which has a field CS_FUNCTION which can have value from NEW/CHG/DEL which implies this FM will allow us to change the BOM. But this does not work when I use it for CHANGE scenario with CHG value. I debugged this BAPI and observed it requires a STNLR(Bill of Material) value . This field is not there in any of the structure. I am not sure if I am passing the right parameters to it.
Let me know if the parameters are passed correctly for CHANGE scenario.
Also let me know if there is any other way(FM/BAPI) to update the Header of the Material BOM ?

Try doing something like this:

How to change the header and footer in the Section Breaks Next Page using OpenXML?

I have a word document file in which I added a Section Break of Next Page, now I want to change the header and footer of that page.
Scenario of example, I have a doc file which has four pages with headers and footers and added fifth page in the section break next page, I want to change the header and footer of the fifth page only. This is achievable manually by deselecting the Link to Previous
button in the Word Application but I don't know how to change it using XML?

For changing the page number display
You can select Page Thumbnail option from the left hand side .In that panel ,right click and select the option "Number Pages" from the drop down menu.You can further change the page numbers as per your requirement.

How do i change my settings so that a file automatically opens in Office Word

I am using Firefox as my search engine and when I open files it used to ask me if it was ok to open them in Office Word. It used to open them perfectly. I guess I clicked something wrong and now the files open automatically in Microsoft Works Word Processor. How can I change it back to open then files automatically in Office Word?

There are a few different possibilities when Firefox doesn't handle downloads automatically.
First, can you check the Options dialog to make sure Firefox saved your preference?
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Applications
It takes some time for the list to load... then in the search box above the list type '''word''' to filter it down to the entries for Word documents. Do these show that you want to Open with MS Word?
If those check out but Firefox isn't doing it, there are two possibilities:
(1) Website might be using a generic content type header.
Firefox doesn't actually inspect the document or check the file extension. Instead, it relies on the server to send a content type such as "application/msword" to look up the proper handling. If the server just says this is a binary file of non-specific type, then Firefox always prompts you for instructions.
If this is the problem, then you would find that Firefox sometimes handles Word documents correctly and sometimes doesn't depending on the site.
(2) Download handler settings file might be corrupted.
The longer you have Firefox, the more likely that extra lines will creep into this file and potentially cause conflicting instructions. You can rename the file and have Firefox generate a fresh one.
Open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder using either
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
* (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
* type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter
In the first table on the page, click the "Show Folder" button. This should launch a separate window listing files and folders.
Leaving that window open, switch back to Firefox and Exit, either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "power" button
* (menu bar) File > Exit
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then rename '''mimeTypes.rdf''' to something like mimeTypes.old
Start Firefox back up again and it should create a new settings file with default settings. Any improvement on the next download or two?

Production Order Header Status

I am having a production order with 4 operations. when i am confirming the first operation as partial confirmation because i am just confirming only partial quantity, the whole production order status is set to PCNF. Even though i am finally confirming the same operation finally and confirming all the other operations also finally, the order status is not changing to CNF. it is still in the PCNF . how do i get it to CNF status? because the PCNF status for the order will create other problems.
The operation statuses for the same order give correct statuses as PCNF or CNF or milestone. The problem is only with order header status.
Can someone please solve this issue. Points assured

Hi,
In tcode OPK4 - Define confirmation parameter select your plant & order type.
In 2nd tab page, select Confirmation type - Automatic final confirmation.
So when doing opn confirmation if the qty is equal or more than order qty, system automatically set to Final confirmation.
If the confirmation qty is less than order qty, system automatically set to partial confirmation.
