Changing the compression mode..

So I have a slideshow I'd like to export to DVD. The pictures that are animated to get the ken burns effect. I watched it on an LCD tv on a dvd player and the interlaced fields were so prevelant that the movie was almost unwatchable. In FCE4, at 100% screen size, there is now visible interlacing. Why is it showing up when i burn it to a dvd? I'd like to not use the deinterlace filter to preserve quality, especially since it looks fine in FCE. Oh yea, and the actual video footage in the slide show is FINE!? So I was thinking I'd like to try changin hte compression mode and see if that works but i don't know how to do that. Also, if anyone else has any other suggestions that would be great as well. Thanks.

Can someone please help me out this is a big issue. I don't know why it would be fine in FCE and then horrible when I play it on a DVD or computer...

  • Any problem in changing the update mode.

    Hi Gurur's,
We have set Unserialized V3  update mode  in R/3 production for 2lis_03_bf.
We are getting '0' records while running delta.
Now can we change the update mode to queued delta and run and for that what are the precautionary steps to be done. And will be the effect if we done like that happen.
    Cheers,
    Satish.M.R.

    Hi Satish
The diffrence between these 2 update modes are
Queued Delta:With this update mode, the extraction data is collected for the affected application instead of being collected in an extraction queue, and can be transferred as usual with the V3 update by means of an updating collective run into the BW delta queue. In doing so, up to 10000 delta extractions of documents for an LUW are compressed for each DataSource into the BW delta queue, depending on the application.
unserialized V3:With this update mode, the extraction data for the application considered is written as before into the update tables with the help of a V3 update module. They are kept there as long as the data is selected through an updating collective run and are processed. However, in contrast to the current default settings (serialized V3 update), the data in the updating collective run are thereby read without regard to sequence from the update tables and are transferred to the BW delta queue.
Please go through the below article

You will get clear idea about how the data flow differs in this 2 update modes
    Hope this helps

  • How can I get my installed plugins to show up in Logic after ive installed the plugin discs? ive tried changing the bit mode. it STILL doesn't work.???

I tried installing a program but when i open logic and scan the audio units, it doesnt come up. Even if i change the bit mode, it still doesnt show up. I even tried restarting my machine..Can anyone help me or give me some ideas.
i just wanna get this plugin to work.

Have you confirmed that the plug-in installed to one of the locations where Logic might find it? Most plug-ins go to /Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components. Some (rarely) install to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components (where "~" is your user folder). Look in both locations and see if the plug-in is actually there.
When installing plug-ins, if you are offered options as to what format to install, be sure to include Audio Units. Logic will not see other formats like VST, RTAS, AAX, TDM, etc. If you use other software that recognizes those formats, it's fine to install them too, just be sure you don't deselect Audio Units.
Finally, if you're sure the plug-in is installed to the right place, open the Audio Units Manager in Logic and check to see if the plug-in passed validation. Go to the main menu and choose Logic Pro > Preferences > Audio Units Manager. Check to see if your plug-in is listed there. If there's not a check mark next to it in the "Logic" column, that means it failed validation. If so, the "Compatibilty" column will tell you why. Keep in mind that if the AU is 32-bit, you have to launch Logic in 32-bit mode to see it here. Likewise, 64-bit plug-ins show up in the manager in 64-bit mode.

  • Changing the Document Mode to IE9

I exported my Captivate project for HTML5, and the project works on my MAC and PC, but when testing it on another co-workers computer using IE9, she was unable to play the project, index.html. When she opened index.html, this is the response she received in her browser,
"The content you are trying to view is not supported in the current Document Mode of Internet Explorer. Change the Document Mode to Internet Explorer 9 Standards and try to view the content again.
To change the Document Mode, press F12, click Document Mode: , and then select Internet Explorer 9 Standards."
Is this something I can change in the CSS document within the project folder?
    Any advise would be helpful.

IE9 is not all that HTML5 ready.  I would recommend you output for both HTML5 and HTM/SWF when you publish.  If you do, you should see a file called Multiscreen.html.  Ask your coworker to try that file instead.

  • SAP DB  changing the Log mode to the "Owerwrite mode is ON"

    Hi!
I would like to know, which consequences do I have, changing the Log mode to the "Owerwrite mode is ON".
Is that comparable with Oracle's archive mode?
What should I note proccessing so (e.g. to make back up)
I don't use the system in productive mode and would like to save/spare free space on my server....
    Thank you very much!
    regards
    Axel

    Hi Marcus,
once again to clarify: I know it from oracle: Is it right that , If I activate in SAP DB "Owerwrite mode is. ON" no new logfiles will be created.
Only the existing logfiles will be overwrtiten.
It means I "save" space, because no new log files a 4,5 GB will be created, is not?
I am not familiar with SAP DB.
How should I proceed with Backup (online, offlne)?
    Thank you
    regards

  • If you change the image mode of this image from 8-bit RGB image to Grayscale mode while in PSCS – what will the new Pixel Count be?

If you change the image mode of this image from 8-bit RGB image to Grayscale
mode while in PSCS – what will the new Pixel Count be?

If you mean by Pixel count the number of pixels, this will not change. The image will have the same size thus the same number of pixels.

    Hi,
According to your post, an error occurred when you integrate SQL Server Reporting Services with SharePoint.
    1. Please check the steps as the link below:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff724283(v=office.14).aspx
    2. Try to clean the configuration cache on all of your SharePoint servers and re-tested.

  • Placed an image in a new Illustrator document.  Tried to change the Output Mode in the Output Dialog but could not select "Separations Mode".

Placed a DCS2 document image in a new Illustrator document.
Tried to change the Output Mode in the Output Dialog but could not select "Separations Mode".

I would check with the makers of ULTRASEPS.
I never heard of it, just checked their website, I don't think they support Illustrator:
What do I need to use UltraSeps?
UltraSeps requires Adobe Photoshop version CS2 or higher on Windows and Macintosh.
Its also 100% compatible with Photoshop Creative Cloud and Creative Cloud 2014.

  • OpenHub - unable to change the extraction mode in DTP

    Hi there,
I have an Open Hub that is loaded from two InfoCubes and I need to change the DTPs from both of them.
The problem is that Iu2019m unable to change the extraction mode of both DTPs from Delta to Full in spite of having deleted the Open Hub table. Even I have deleted the requests from the InfoCubes, but itu2019s not working.
What else I have to do to change the extraction mode? Are there any other tables I should delete first?
    Thanks!!

    hi Rocio.
Yes i think u can achieve this using an Init DTP load.
first try to run an Init DTP , Init Without Data Transfer, select it from the Execute tab of processing Mode and then try to run the delta DTP without any load, then successive can be done.
    hope this will help u.
    thanks

  • How can i change the zoom mode?

how can i change the zoom mode? the illustrator cc 2014 default is zoom with drag, like photoshop. i want to change to previous mode

Just had this myself, you need to either...
Start document with a 'Print' profile instead of 'Web' or 'TV' and it will use 'Marquee Zoom' instead of 'Scrubby Zoom'
    or
Goto Edit >  Preferences > Experimental Feature and turn off 'Enable Animated Zoom'

  • WRTG42 v1 Need help with changing the Security Mode

I need to change my wireless security mode but for some reason whenever I try to change anything the website automatically puts what ever I changed back to normal.  Basically, I try to change an option and the website changes the option back instantly. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so, can you please walk me through what you did? Thanks!

Try using a different browser and make sure you click on Save Settings after changing security settings. Here's a link for detailed instructions.

  • Changing the noarchive mode online

    Hi,
Our Oracle database(10g) is running an archive mode currently.
we have to change the mode to noarchive mode without downtime.
Can I change the mode through the online ?
    Please advise me !
    Thanks

Are you planning on doing this historical data load while the database is up and servicing the existing application(s) and user(s) as normal? Or are you planning to make the database inaccessible to those users during the load?
If you really cannot have any downtime during the load, you may be able to reduce your redo generation using various NOLOGGING options an the /*+ APPEND */ hint, but probably not a lot.
