Hello iTunes Support,
I owe you money. My current iTunes account lists my old German credit card, but I don't have this credit card anymore. I have only an American credit card. I would like to use my American card to pay, but I can only change my iTunes account from Germany to the USA AFTER I pay my bill. Please help!

Thank you very much for your mail.
Please purchase an iTunes Gift Card in the amount of EUR 15.00 to pay the outstanding amount of EUR 13.98.
Now enter the 16-digit activation code beginning with "X" and click the Redeem button. To complete this process, click Redeem Prepaid Card.
Once your Gift Card is successfully redeemed, your store credit will appear next to your account name in the upper-right corner of the iTunes Store window. The outstanding amount will automatically be withdrawn for your credit.
Please note: Before you will be able to change the country to the USA you have to buy another song and then contact us so we can delete the remaining EUR 0.03. If an account shows a credit, it is not able to change the country in account settings. We will manually delete the remaining amount so you can change the country in your profile.

Note: iTunes gift cards are not sold in stores, so I had to buy it in the online iTunes store, which of course was impossible because of the above problem. So a friend of mine ordered it, and I gave him cash.

Now, the new problem is this: I live in Austria, therefore my gift card is Austrian. But I cannot apply this to my German bill. PLEASE HELP ME. I have not been able to buy anything from iTunes for almost a year now. This is really bad for your business.

Yes, I agree, it's getting complicated
I have talked to a colleague about it and this is the only thing we can advise:
1) Ask someone in Germany to buy a gift card for you and have it sent to you to pay the outstanding amount
or, if that is no option for you at all
2) open a new account (you will still be able to listen to your purchases)

You can't change countries if you have a credit on your account - if you can't spend it then you can try contacting iTunes Support and ask them if they can remove the balance so that you can do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

You need 2 apple ids and you have to sign in and out with the two ids.
Note: Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.
Or only use one apple id in one country.

How can I change the country in my personal Adobe Account details

In the Adobe Account, when updating my details, it states that when changing country, in my case from Germany to United Kingdom, I have to ask via this method using the customer service - it reads "Wenn Sie ein anderes Land auswählen möchten, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst." So here I am. I have never used this before and have no idea how to see the answer if any are posted.
Why make it so difficult, it must be very common in Europe that people move around nowadays. Why can't I update my details?
I can't read German that well but my account is all in German, at least have an option to change languages.

1) Due to tax reasons, it's not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID.
Follow the steps mentioned in the below link as a workaround to create an Adobe ID with the email address you currently use for the existing Adobe ID.

You cannot use an iTunes Gift Card from the US iTunes/Mac AppStores in Columbia. You should only change the country of your Apple ID if it is true that you have moved to that country and now have the qualifications to use your account in that country; you must have a valid bank card in that country with a vaild billing address for the bank card in that country. There is no way around this requirement.

Before you can change countries in iTunes, you will need to have a valid payment information addressed in Ireland. When you have one, you can go ahead and change the country on your account.
- sign in to iTunes
- go to Account Information page
- enter your Apple Id and password
- click on Change country or Region
- enter your new information then save

You should be able to do it yourself, log into your account (e.g. by tapping on your id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad) and put your US billing address on your account : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account
You won't be able to change your country on your account if you have a balance on it, or if you have unexpired rentals or season passes.

You are correct, in order to change the country of your account, you must get rid of the remaining balance. Contact iTunes Customer Service and they can take care of it.

Unfortunately they won't be able to help you either. Adobe has the strict policy that you cannot change the country in your Adobe ID. You'll have to create a new ID.
