Changing the "mail me" icon...

i just viewed several sites made with iweb and am wondering how they all changed the icon of their mail button at usually the lower end of the page,
im also interested in learning how to change the look -customize- the look of my bars at the top, been working on the iweb for months now and feel confident to now explore further
any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can use virtually any image or link as an email button, the sky is the limit. To do this just insert your image into iweb and click on the inspector button, from here you go to the very last button called the link inspector, enable as a hyperlink and chose an email message. You can then put the url of the email address you wish to link it too. As far as customizing the look I would start with one of the blank page choices. Again to specifically customize the look of your menu or anything else on the page use the inspector. If you want to create your own menu there is an option not to display navigation on your page, and this allows you to have complete control of how your page looks. Create a simple page, open up the inspector, and have some fun creating your own pages. Hope this helps.

So, I tried to delete ONLY the emails in the Mail App but somehow (under Preferences maybe?) I also deleted ALL my OUTLOOK emails in my inbox. Can someone please please tell me if there is a way to get my Outlook inbox emails back OR EVEN the emails that were in my Mail app - because even tho I never use the Mail app, at least the emails would be there.
When I was trying to delete the emails in my inbox for the Mail app - I followed THESE directions. It did in fact clear my inbox for the Mail app. But then I went to log on to my Outlook account and EVERY SINGLE EMAIL was gone. And not in the Deleted box. Just gone. Here are the directions I followed that screwed everything up. Please help.
Top menu bar, Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Mailbox Behaviors.
Uncheck "Store deleted messages on the server".
At the drop list for "Permanently erase deleted messages when", choose "Quitting Mail".
Next...
Top menu bar, Mail > Preferences > General.
At "When searching all mailboxes, include results from", uncheck "Trash".
Select All = command A

i found out my prob!
here is what you do.
go to the "system preferences" on your dock.
click "software updates".
click "installed software"
if it shows something about a recent update about "EFI UPDATE, FIRMWARE, THUNDERBOLT" or anything like that, exit out of it.
go to mail.
click "mail" at the top.
click "preferences...".
find the account you are having trouble with, once you do, make sure its highlighted, then click the "-" at the bottom of the window (this will only effect that mail account, it will not effect your ical weather or not its synced thought that email account)
hit the "+" (right next to the "-") and add your accout back!

The mail stamp icon is no longer on my Home Screen. I have to open mail from Recents, and then I have to close it by Force Quit, since there isn't a close button. I would appreciate advice on how to get the icon back. ( I am posting this question for my 90 year old father ). Thanks.

How can I change the mail settings so that every reply is listed individually in the inbox instead of having them "stacked" behind the original message. I'm afraid I might accidentially overlook messages the way they are handled now.

Somebody here will correct me if I'm wrong, but what you have to do is go into Settings, Mail/Contacts/Calendars and under Mail, turn off "Organize by Thread". I think that will make each message show individually.

Current Firefox versions have a feature called tear-off tabs.<br />
You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window.<br />

Changing The Default Window Icons

Is there a way to change the MDI Window Icon when the Form is run on the web. Changing the icon in client/server seems to work well with the following (attached d2kwutil.pll):

The problem with this is that it will always raise an error on the web because It cannot get the handle for the window (Frame) in Java. Is there a way to change the icon or am I just shooting in the dark. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking also for an app that allows me to merge email and send them out to each recipient individually. Apparently that's not possible yet. Here's what the guys at RedbitsApps told me about Group Email capabilities:
"The current version of the app relies on the device operating system to send the emails. For this reason, sending individual email instead of a single email to multiple recipients is not possible. Apple doesn't allow apps to send single emails to many recipients easily. We may use a custom sending software in a future version."
