Changing the Order of Blog Post

Is there a way to have the latest blog entries appear at the top of the blog instead of the bottom?
Thanks!

Cyclosaurus posted a html snippet that you can insert in your iweb page (insert-->widget-->html snippet). The snippet is in this tread but it didn't work for me:

There are at least a half dozen posts on this very thing and you would think changing the order of a blog post from chronological to reverse chronological would be easy, but apparently not.
Anyone else have any ideas?

  • How do I change the order of blog entries?

How can I change the order of my blog entries? I want to add some extra items with an earlier date but iWeb won't let me drag the entries around and insists they must stay in the order of the creation date. What do I do?

    Chris...
yeah, I'm probably not making myself clear... change the date on the podcast page entry. Select the entry you want to edit, then move your mouse down to the actual page that appears below. On that page, below the title, is a date. Change that. It will change the date published in the entry list above.
    Sunday, March 6, 2006
This is the standard listing... day spelled out, Month and day number, year. iWeb has to see it in this format to make the changes above.

  • Can I change the order of the entries?

Is there any way to change the order of blog entries? I don't want to go by the date they are created.

Are you talking about entries in the site organizer ? when I try to grap my entry title it doesn't move. It only takes me to that page. Am I doing something wrong?

  • How to change the order of entries on the podcast or blog pages?

    Hi,
I tried to move entries in the entry area on the podcast page to change the existing order but it seems they stay in the way they were created. Is there any opportunity to change the order of entries after they were created?
    Thank you,
    Vlad

I'm having the same problem. How do I do this? I just
hit delete entries. So the blog doesn't show up on
iWeb, but it shows up on my website.
This is NOT the same problem.

  • Can I change the order of lines in a drop-down menu?

Can I change the order of items on a drop-down menu? Specifically, the "open" menu that comes up when I right-click on a link.
Putting "open in new tab" on top of "in new window" makes sense, of course, since it is used more often. But I do a lot of surfing, and had the old position in muscle memory. Re-training my brain to click on the first line instead of the second is taking a long time, and makes me grumbly.
I'd love to put it back to the old order. Can I? and, if so, how do I do it? (Please give me detailed instructions, IOW, please assume I am a complete simpleton, because sometimes I am.)
    HP G62 w/ Win 7 home premium. If it matters, it's 64-bit.
And my old desktop, which has, yech, Vista. (I haven't upgraded it to F4 yet.)
    Thanks,

Where is that drop-down list, on a webpage?
Please provide a screenshot of that issue. <br />

  • Is there a way to change the order of the listing on Hub for Z 10?

Is there a way to move the order the listing is set for the Hub on Z 10?

I've messed around with my Hub settings for a while and I don't see any way of changing the order so I'm pretty sure it can't be done.  That's just a guess but I make pretty good guesses.
    Cheers.

    Hey Doc!
    Thanks for your effort!
Seems like the picture I posted was confusing, I actually wanted to show, what indesign does, not what I want to achieve!
I downloaded your template and that's exactly what I want to achieve! But I still have trouble reconstructing what you did:
How did you link the captions to the TOC?
The captions have a paragraph style which looks exactly like mine, also the paragraph style of the TOC doesn't look much different. So where does the difference hide?
EDIT: Kannst Du mir sagen, wie diese Verlinkung auf Deutsch heißt? Dann find ich's vielleicht auch von selbst

  • Changing the order of precedence of video card ports

My video card, a Radeon HD 5450, has three outputs: HDMI, DVI, and D-SUB. I have my TV plugged in to my computer via HDMI and my monitor via DVI. I ignore the D-SUB port.
The HDMI port appears to take precedence. When I start my computer, the resolution is configured for my TV, which is then mirrored to my monitor. This isn't a problem, because I configured X to switch resolutions (so the monitor is correct, and the TV disabled) as soon as X starts. But this doen't take into account the TTY screens and the other operating systems I have installed.
Is it possible to change the order of precedence of ports on my video card? Do any video cards support changing this?

Have you tried doing it through Catalyst Control Center (or whatever it's called these days)?
Or maybe there's some jumpers/headers on the card itself.
The only [remotely] similar experience I have had was with an nVidia card. It had VGA, DVI and HDMI. The HDMI was inactive during POST, and there was nothing could be done about it.

  • How can I change the ordering of the parameters listed under the Labview module?

Is there anyway to change the ordering of the parameters listed in the parameters table under the Labview module tab in TestStand?  Each of these parameters printout in my report, but I need to change the ordering of the parameters in the report.  Thanks.

    Hi,
There is not a way to manually change the order of the parameter values in the Code Module Parameters Table, but there are a few options for configuring the report ordering of these parameter values.
Option 1: Use the Additional Results in the Properties tab to add a Custom Result. You can then save the parameter values to these custom results and order them they way you desire. This ordering will be reflected in the report.
Option 2: You could use a Post Action in the Properties tab to swap the parameter values that are saved to Locals.ResultList[0].AdditionalResults at run-time. This would require the use of a local variable to serve as a temporary placeholder for one of the values in order to successfully swap the values.

  • Changing the order that pages print

how do i change the order that document pages print? I want to print the last page first.
    This question was solved.
    View Solution.

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? What program are you printing from?
There are generally two places that page order can be set, but this will depend on the printer model, operating system and program.  The first would be in the print options of the driver.  Click on the Advanced tab and look for "page order".  The other option would be that some applications allow selection of page order as an option.  For example, in Word 2010 this would be found in File, Options, Advanced, Print, Print pages in reverse order.

  • How to have more months and years appear for selection in the archives for blog posts?

    Hello,
How to have more months and years appear for selection in the archives for blog posts?  It just shows past 3 months in the year 2014, but we have many blog posts in years 2013, 2012 and 2011 and further back.  I am using the OOB SharePoint blog

    Hi,
Thanks for the reply; it doesn't add anything as RSA6 was one of the options I listed and this was my fall back option if there was no other special treatment for the COPA datasources.
I have found out why this, and other fields, are not available in KEB0.  The program uses a Function called KERA_COPA_METADATA_INTERFACE within which there is a section that selects the COPA fields:
    ***** 1. RULES (choice/class)
    * set rules for fixed fields
      PERFORM COPA_SET_RULES_FIXED_FIELDS USING I_ACCTCOST
                                          CHANGING E_T_RULES[].
When you look at this code section there is a hard coded list of fields to exclude:
      MRULE 'MANDT     ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'PAOBJNR   ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'PASUBNR   ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'PAPAOBJNR ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'PAPASUBNR ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'HRKFT     ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'HZDAT     ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'USNAM     ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.

      MRULE 'PERDE     ' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'PERIO     ' OBLIGATORY CHAR_CE3 OBLIGATORY CHAR_CE3.
      MRULE 'COPA_AWTYP' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
      MRULE 'COPA_AWORG' NEVER FORGET_IT NEVER FORGET_IT.
As this is a standard delivered SAP function I do not recommend that you change this code as you will invalid your SAP support and upgrade paths.
    Thanks

  • Changing the order of columns in a table

Can anyone tell me how to change the order of column in a table.
I want a new column to be added in a table in 2nd position.
Is there any way out for it?

    1) Does this have something to do with security? If not, it really ought to be posted in a more appropriate forum (Database - General for example).
    2) Why? If you care about the order of columns in a table, you're almost certainly doing something wrong. You can control the order of columns in a view, however, so you can put a view layer on top of the table to present the columns in a friendly fashion.
    3) Not without recreating the table. You can use the DBMS_REDEFINITION package to recreate the table with zero or minimal downtime but behind the scenes, you're really just creating a new table, copying the data over, dropping the old table, and renaming the new table to use the old table's name. DBMS_REDEFINITION does some extra work to track changes so that the original table can be available until the last possible moment.
