Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? What operating system? What program are you printing from?
There are generally two places that page order can be set, but this will depend on the printer model, operating system and program. The first would be in the print options of the driver. Click on the Advanced tab and look for "page order". The other option would be that some applications allow selection of page order as an option. For example, in Word 2010 this would be found in File, Options, Advanced, Print, Print pages in reverse order.

No, sections and TOC are restricted to Word Processing documents.
Do note that in WP documents you can move around sections, so if you want to place a page somewhere else, you need to a) make it its own section, and b) put a section break in where you want to insert it.

I used to be able to change the order of separate pages in thumbnail view, but can no longer do this in the current Pages. How do I do this?

Suggestions have pointed me towards finding prefs.js file, but I can't find it (library/mozilla, libary/application support/mozilla not there nor in search function)
Tried with showing hidden files too.
Really a pain as I need the more active accounts on top opened but not enough room with less active accounts stuck in the middle.
No RSS feeds, local folders on bottom OK.
Just want to change the order but can't seem to find the solution.

Is there a way to change the order that Ctrl+` switches through tab groups?

I prefer for Ctrl+Tab to switch between tabs in the most-recently used order (the same way Alt-Tab works), so I use that setting in about:config. Is there a way to do the same thing with the Ctrl+` shortcut that switches through tab groups? By default it appears to cycle through all of them, regardless of the order of use, which is very inconvenient for me, because I have tab groups that I don't use very frequently that just get in the way when cycling through them.
Barring that, is there a way to make it so that Ctrl-Tab cycles through all tabs, regardless of what group they're in?

I have a 12 page document I imported from another place.
I want to move what is on page 10 to page 3.
In the old days "true to Apple's cornerstone DRAG & DROP" you could just drag the thumbnail to the position you want and drop it.
But I am unable to do that now.

Pages '09 should still be in your Applications/iWork folder.
Trash/Archive Pages 5, after Exporting your files to Pages '09 format, then rate/review Pages 5 in the App Store.

Hi Pamela,
You can re-order the pages in a PDF via the Thumbnail pane in Acrobat (Standard or Pro). Simply open this from the left-hand side, then drag-and-drop individual pages or selections of pages as you desire.
Adobe Reader does not have this ability.

It's just a matter of clicking/toggling the little triangle at the top of the list of songs. When it points up the songs are listed in standard alphabetical order; when the triangle points down, then they will become "the other way around".
You probably just accidentally clicked the triangular toggle.

To the best of my knowledge, she can't with just the free Reader. But she can ask you to do it for her...

Currently, the order in which the phone numbers appear (in a contact) is dependent on the sequence to which you enter them. There is no way to change that order other than re-entering them in the desired order.

Does anyone know how to change the order for printing pdf files that are part of a portfolio in adobe acrobat 9 pro? The documentation seems to say that it prints files alphabetically by filename rather than by the internal sort order. This won't work for me. Any ideas? Thanks.
