Changing the wizard interface

hi, i was wondering if somebody could help! i'm doing my fourth year project and i need to change the look of jbuilder. when you select file/new you are presented with the wizard, i need to add an extra option in the wizard.
can anybody help!

I don't think it's possible to change JBuilder like that, but you should consult the documentation and see what they say.
You'll probably get further doing that and contacting them directly than getting help here

2950 - Changing the Management interface.

Hi Guys
I know the SI 2950's can't support more than 1 active SVI at any one time and i've seen from the release notes of the 2950 code that the "management" command is no longer available for changing the management interface VLAN.
Considering this what would be the best way to change teh management VLAN remotely on a large number of 2950's without losing connectivity? I'd lab this up myself by I don't have a 2950 around to see what happens when I "Un Shut" the new VLAN.

I found a 2950 and discovered that when the new interface is "un shut" the old interface is automatically shut down.

How can I change the language interface of Firefox 4 Beta to English (on Swedish OS)? Can only find different language versions for 3.6.8.

How can I permanently change the language interface of Firefox 4 Beta to English?
Computer is running on Swedish Windows XP.
Found that the advice on similar questions is to install the language version of the desired language on top of the current version but I haven't found different language versions for 4 Beta, only 3.6.8.
Have also tried to change general.useragent.locale (about:config) to en-US but to no avial.

How to change the iPad interface language from Chinese to English?

On my iPad's 'Settngs' software I was selecting Chinese and Arabic keyboards to enable input in those languages which I am learning and went on to activate those languages in other settings also. This somehow changed the interface language to Chinese and now program names and menus in 'Settings' program are all in Chinese which I cannot understand and thus cannot go back to English. How to change to English language without having to restore or reset my iPad as I do not want to loose the data in it.

How to change the Ethernet Interface name in Solaris 10

I have to install Oracle 10G RAC on three nodes with different ethernet cards, but the ethernet interface name must be the same which is the precondition for Oracle RAC installation.
So I want to know how can I change the ethernet name in Solaris.
For example, the ethernet name in the OS is "ce0", how can i change the interface name "ce0" to "e1000g0".

what is the main language you are using on your laptop??? also what location did you select in your Language and Region in Control panel....

How do you change the language hyphenation engine in Photoshop without changing the User Interface (UI)?

I'm working on some documents in Spanish. I'm having issues because the hyphenation function is in English. I want the program to follow the proper Spanish hyphenation rules without changing my English UI.

Window/Character and choose Spanish.

How do I change the illustrator interface to be like photoshop?

I dont like how in illustrator there is a window where your project is and all the panels for the program are strewn across your desktop. I like the photoshop style better where the entire program is contained in one window. Is there a way to make it like this? What is the advantage of the other way?

Can I update my phone without changing the interface/design?

I haven't updated my iPhone 4S in ages - I think I may still be using IOS 4 or IOS 5. I love the old interface, and I really, really don't want to have to change to the new interface (I've seen it and it looks completely different). I'm very fond of how safari works, how pass code locking works, how photo albums are designed, the proccess of clearing apps - everything. The problem is that there are a few apps I'd like to download that require IOS 6 or above. My question now is either,
1) is it possible to update your phone without changing the design/interface
2) is it possible to download IOS 6 or 7 apps on an earlier version phone without updating the entire phone

I've been using your products for over 25 years now
However...
At one of the firmware upgrades, Apple chose to change the user interface in my iPhone to something that can only be described as minimalistic. The effect on my connection to my phone was that I became totally lost in the new interface.
My first impulse to this change was to throw the phone out of the window of a very tall building.
But since I had just shelled out USD 1000 for it I decided to hang on and try to get used to the desert in my phone's interface.
About a year later I still feel the same and now the desert is spreading to applications on my computer as well. The new version of calender is really giving me the creeps. If this stuff wasn't so expensive the tall building would indeed be a very compelling option.
After Google maps decided to have problems finding the server it wants to connect to, my use of the phone has shrunk to making phone calls and taking the occasional picture.

In PI 7.1, condition editor does not show the outbound interface structure

Hello,
I am using PI 7.1, I need to use condition whild determing receivers. So I opened the condition editor, then open the expression editor, select XPath instead of Context object. I would expect that the outbound interface structure appears in the box underneath the XPath, so that I can navigate the structure to choose the field I want to use. However nothing appears here. Do you knwo why is that? Or do I need to do anything to bring up the outbound interface structure in the expression editor?

Hi Jayson,
I had the same problem
the use of context objects and the value help for xpath is available for XI3.0 interfaces in PI 7.10 only. The functionality for "new" interfaces has been implemented in 7.11 only.
you have to use xpath w/o value help.
I have created a context object in one of our 7.10 test systems, and indeed I was unable to use it in a receiver determination unless the service interface pattern is "Stateles (XI 3.0 compatible)". If you were to change the service interface to that pattern, you have to change the operation name unless it is already identical to the interface name. So that may not be an option for you.
It was possible to use the context object in a receiver rule but then I could not activate the receiver determination because the software component version was supposedly unknown. I will check with my PI contacts - please let me know if the change to "XI 3.0" interface would be a possible workaround for you.
Try the steps which I am giving below, although it's a workaround and don't know the exact reason why it is failing.
1. Open your Outbound Message Interface (which you are using in your Receiver Determination) in IR, edit it and change the Interface pattern (which is there just below the category "Outbound") to "Stateless (XI30 - Compatible)" , save it activate it.
2. Follow the same step for your Inbound Message Interface. Change the Interface Pattern from "Sateless" to "Stateless (XI30 - Compatible)" .
3. Go to ID. Remove your Outbound and Inbound Message Interface from their respective Business Service/Comp and add it again.
4. Create your your receiver determination again using the Outbound and Inbound MI you have changed.
5. Open condition editor of your receiver determination.You should be able to see your Message Interface and can choose the XPath.

Skip Modules in Module Chain and change the SI,NS and CC in sender channel

Hi Experts,
We have a module chain A, B and C in the sender file adapter. Is it possible for any customize module to by pass modules B and C based on some condition. Our requirement is to call module B and c in a particular condition and to ignore them for another condition.
Also , can we change the Sender interface, Namespace and the Communication component of the message before sending it to the Pipeline, which will invoke some different interface depending on the condition.

No it is not possible.. Advised will be to call first module and there in it decide whether to invoke B or C.. So you shoudl not have B and C as separate module in CC, instead the logic should be in A

TestStand comes with the ability to change the Operator Interface. It is very customizable. There are sample Operator Interfaces for several programming languages included with the package. If you are a LabVIEW programmer or a C programmer, you should be able to start with their sample and build one to your customer's specs.

Changing a Network Interface in DAG Replication Network after going P2V

I have a DAG member suffering severe hardware failure so I have gone P2V with it. It's functioning fine, except that the DAG Network Interfaces have changed - The MAPI Interface was on "Local Area Network" on the physical server, and is now
on Local Area Connection 7 on the VM. However, the DAG settings still point to "Local Area Network" and will not let me change it. Same thing for the replication network.
I have lost redundancy due to this, so I need to get it repaired pretty promptly.
Removing and re-adding the subnet in the DAG network has no effect - it still references the old physical NIC instead of the new virtual NIC, despite the new virtual NIC having the same IP as the old physical NIC.

Try to delete the hidden network adapters as well.
Open Device Manager, from the File menu, expand the View and select the Show Hidden Devices option. This will enable and show any old un-used devices in the window
