Changing to just Lightroom and photoshop subscription
I currently have adobe creative cloud with all the products. I would like to change my subscription to just photoshop cc and lightroom cc. How do I do this?

Your line needs to be out of contract before you can switch to a prepaid plan. You might have to get a different phone if you have a 4G LTE smartphone. The prepaid plans only support 3G only phones at this time.

I joined the subscription service but ONLY purchased Lightroom and Photoshop. I had other legally aquired adobe programs on my computer that I was perfectly happy with (dreamweaver - I olnly do the bare minimum of stuff with it, i write my own code mostly - therefore did not need an upgrade)...now it seems Adobe has taken it upon itself to update ALL of my programs to the newest versions and will not let me use any of my stuff until I pay for a new serial for ALL of it. I can't even read a PDF all of a sudden, because i magically have the newest version of Acrobat, which I NEVER asked for....
So they basically used my membership and HACKED my computer and updated software - I say hacked because these updates were without my permission...and now they are trying to force money out of me????? This should be ILLEGAL! this was a really really really crappy thing to do, since I DO NOT have the money to buy serials for all this other software. THANKS A LOT FOR SCREWING ME. would you please now HACK my computer again and fix this???? I should not be forced to update all my software if I DO NOT WANT TO!
If Adobe does not remedy this I will cancel everything and find other stuff to use. Too bad, because I prefer this software, but there is always another alternative...

I am subscribed to Photoshop only and I want to know if I can change my subscription to have your new offer of Lightroom and Photoshop together for the same price that I am paying for Photoshop alone?
Contact sales support by web chat. They can cancel your current subscription and transfer you to the new one if you are within certain criteria. Otherwise you may need to wait until your subscription runs out and then sign up later.

Hi I have the old photo shop elements 10 on my computer and want to update and was wondering what the differences between photoshop, lightroom and photoshop elements are?
Also when I upgrade does it have to be with a monthly membership or can I just purchase the product out right like you use to be able?You cannot "update" from what you have to any of the applications you mention. It will have to be a straight purchase or subscription at full price.
Photoshop is a professional level application that makes no apologies for its very long and steep learning curve.
Lightroom is all about volume, and very light editing.

I have photoshop cc. Now I see an offer for lightroom and photoshop for a lower price. Can I subscribe to that service instead of just photoshop cc? I currently pay $19.95 for just photoshop.
Ron , You need to contact Adobe Customer Support, then cancel current Photoshop single app subscription and then subscribe to Creative Cloud Photography subscription -$9.99 , it includes both Photoshop as well Lightroom and lightroom mobile apps.

I use PC therefore Windows. When I thing about Application like Photoshop I know the are going to be files all over the place. Windows like everything installed on the Boot disk. I gave up the fight many years ago and let windows have it way when application are installed using an installer. However besides the application files you have user files and I break user files down into to categories. Windows User files like applications settings, preferences, cashes, etc and user Data Files, Images, text documents, PDF. Applications like Photoshop also have add-ons an need swap space as well. While all Windows default library reside on the C: drive you can add additional storage to you document, music, picture and video libraries the are not on the c: Most of my user data file are actually on external ESATA drives or USB3 drives. System files, Application Files, Paging, swapping and backup are on internal SSd and Fast Disk drive. Some of the folder that look like they are on C: are actually shortcut links to folders on other drives. -

I paid my annual subscription on the 26th of November last year. I've installed both Lightroom and Photoshop and started using them quite successfully.
Then I installed the same products on my home Mac and migrated all my Apperture libs to it. Everything went smoothly.
However one day I got a message that I can't develop photos in Lightroom due to my account problems. I logged in into my adobe id to check what's wrong and realized that my account was on free creative cloud.
I tried to check my other appleIds - all were empty. I found a link at the Adobe FAQ how to check orders but the page didn't find my order number I took from the Adobe order confirmation email.
Does anybody know how to make it all working again? How to link again my paid order to my AdobeId?

i just bought the monthly package of lightroom and photoshop cc. I can't seem to find it under the apps on creative cloud - can you please assist me with this.
You can right click the tab and choose "Close Tab" to close a tab.
Some menu entries are hidden by default and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu.
You can see the difference if you use Alt+F or Alt+B to open the "File" and "Bookmarks" menu and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by pressing Alt or by pressing F10.
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily. -
I have a 9.99 subscription for lightroom and photoshop. I only use lightroom and would like to try new version 6, which I think I should be eligible under subscription plan. I can't figure out how to upgrade my existing copy. Creative Cloud doesn't offer this option.

Trying to be sure I have latest versions of Lightroom and Photoshop (I am on monthly subscription plan). After I sign in - told I need "administrative privileges to continue." The initial downloads went without any problem. I am not sure what to do next. My computer is at home. It is a new iMac.
