Chapter Pics Appear out of order on the iphone with latest update

The latest update for the iphone makes it possible to see your chapters and its corresponding pic (chapter guide) in addition to just using the forward and back buttons. Great:)
When I play my movie on the iphone, and I press the chapter button, the chapter titles display perfectly the "chapter guide" list, and when I press the chapter title button it navigates to the correct chapter. However, the pictures next to the chapter titles are not in order. For example, one of them repeats twice for no reason, or might be missing. This causes the rest of the pics to be off by 1. All the chapter markers seem to be aligned correctly in Final Cut, and I am using an apple preset setting for export the iphone in Compressor 3.
Does the iphone read the nearest Keyframe for the pic. I have tried moving the chapter markers 15 frames into the clip in Final cut and still get the same result. My chapters are only 1 min clips. Is that the issue?
Please Help, I am ready to release a new product on the web.
Any help to solve this one would be greatly appreciated.

I am using the latest version of Final Cut.
I want to know if this a Final cut issue or an iphone issue. Do my chapter markers have to be positioned further into the middle of each clip in Final Cut to get the iphone to show the correct pic on the new chapter guide feature. This is a brand new feature of the iphone, and I am sure many others are having the same issue.

In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:
... and click "Next".
When you get through to the final screen:
... click the "Copy to Clipboard" button and paste the diagnostics into a reply here. -
My Audio Books are in my playlist and the chapters are all correctly arranged in my I tunes. I watched it sync to my nano but after it was all done... A few of the chapters were out of order in the nano.

Did this with Adobe support in LIVE CHAT, what a waist of time. Although this will correct the issue, it is like a work around and not solving why EDIT IN PHOTOSHOP... is not a clickable option (greyed out) in LR.
After the configure as suggested above, does this preclude and editing in Lighroom?
What I want to do is:
Edit the photo in LR except for:
the useage the great Spot Healing Brush Tool that PSE offers, edit that part of it in PSE then SAVE the results back to LR. Any problems or suggestions for this?

I have synced my iPhone 4S with iTunes and I got an error while copying one movie. Now this movie shows up grayed out in videos on the iPhone but NOT in iTunes. Hence, I cannot delete this partially copied movie from my iPhone. And since it is grayed out, the right-to-left swipe does not work. I have resynced with "no movies" option so that every movie would be deleted and indeed every movie was deleted except for the problematic one. I rebooted the iPhone several times in case it was a glitch. No success. I even tried tools like iExplorer and DiskAid but I cannot find this **** file. Is there any way to delete this partially copied file from the iPhone without having to restore it?

You can only watch the movie on the device you rented it on. Here's a snippet from the Apple Support site (italics mine):
If you download a rented movie on your computer: You can transfer it to a device such as your Apple TV (1st generation), iPhone, iPad, or iPod if it’s a standard-definition film (movies in HD can only be watched on your computer, iPad, iPhone 4 or later, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or Apple TV). Once you move the movie from your computer to a device, the movie will disappear from your computer's iTunes library. You can move the movie between devices as many times as you wish during the rental period, but the movie can only exist on one device at a time.
If you download a rented movie on your iPhone 4 or later, iPad, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or Apple TV: It is not transferable to any other device or computer.

want to know how to add pictures to address book that DO NOT appear as fullscreen images on the iPhone but remain as icons with the iPhone background visible (see attached image). for some reason, all new contacts added through Mountain Lion appear as fullscreen caller ID images.

I had the same problem with Iphone 5 iOS 8, none of the methods described above were successful.
Finally, Iexplorer helped to solve my problem.

Why is it that everything is fine with my verizon account and apple is messing with my pre order of the iphone 5 telling me that verizon is "rejecting" my order.. My verizon account is fine, and I am eligible for an upgrade, there is no past due balance.. the order went from being prepared to ship back to processing 2 days before it's supposed to get here.. still says it's going to deliver 9/21, yet it still stuck in processing mode, called apple for the past couple of days since i ordered it ON TIME and basically spoke to 17 different people telling me all different things and seems as if it just becomes more and more of a problem..
this what most people say, track in on UPS website using your phone number. its TRUE and better tracking info

I stood in line the first day the original iPhone came out to purchase one. The next day I purchased my second iPhone for my daughter and before long we had 4 iPhones in the house. We still to this day have 4 iPhones. Over the years several of my iPhones stopped working, I had paid extra to have the support contract on them only to find the local Apple store could care less. They condemed my iPhones as being water damaged even though I was told the phones did not get dunked in water.
Today I learned Apple settled a Class Action in regards to the iPhones with warrenty where the liquid sensor was red and Apple refused to fix the problem. In researching this I discovered reading the judges order in the case that Apple is supposed to have a 1-800 number setup and a website setup for people who had the problem. I searched the web but could not find the website or the phone number. It appears as if Apple is going to e-mail all people who took their iPhones in for repair and were refused yet I have not recieved an e-mail from Apple.
I guess the question I have is should I assume since I have had no e-mail from Apple that I will not get one and I will not be included as those getting payment. Should just take my iPhones with the red liquid sensor to small claims court or should I attempt to contact the judge in the case and ask him how I can have three iPhones that qualify yet have not heard anything from Apple? I still have the iPhones that Apple refused to repair.I don't think the settlement has been approved by the courts yet. Apple agreed to pay, but I don't believe the terms of how everything will go down has been officiated yet. When it is, the documents written up about it stipulate they've got to place a notice in USA today and Macworld with the web address for claims as well as a toll-free number. Mac with latest updates: installation window appears, shows message "Retrieving install" for 3 seconds then installation window goes blank. Why?
Hold down the option key during start up - you will be given the choice of which partition to use (Macintosh HD or Windows). I am having the same problem - Windows 7 seems to have installed but it goes to a blank black screen and there is nothing to do but force a reboot. I too have an i3 iMac... Windows 7 32-bit from original disc.

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, you need to get a sim card from the carrier the phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.
Apple has started to get "tough" with hacked iPhones, & simply won't permit their activation.
