Charam - System cancel RFC destination SM_GSPCLNT300_TMW, Call BAPI_USER_EX

While configuring charm for my prd rfc im getting following error.
System cancel RFC destination SM_GSPCLNT300_TMW, Call BAPI_USER_EXISTENCE_CHECK: Password logon no longer possible - too many faile d attempts
RFC connection of type SPACE does not exist
RFC connection of type S does not exist
RFC connection of type T does not exist
System cancel RFC destination SM_GSPCLNT300_TMW, Call BAPI_USER_EXISTENCE_CHECK: Password
Message from function module /TMWFLOW/CHECK_PRJ_CONS: No export system for GSP-300
Any solutions for this

Hi,
Please ensure RFC connection to GSPCLNT300 is working fine. You can go to SM59 to perform authorization testing. User & password set in RFC should match in GSPCLNT300. also, check logon group "SPACE" as well.
Thanks,
Nicholas Chang

    Hello Experts,
In ChaRM, when i release transport request from DEV to QAS occurs the error below:
"System cancel RFC destination SM_D01CLNT210_TMW, Call The name or password ins't correct.

I've checked in the SM59 all connections to DEV and to QAS environment and all are OK.
What's wrong with my ChaRM? Is possible to be a autorization problem?

  • System crash RFC destination

    Hi,
When creating projects it fails with the messages:-
    1) System crash RFC destination , Call TMW_VERSION_TEST: User SAPSYS has no RFC authorization for function group TMW_TRACKING .
    2) System crash RFC destination , Call TMW_VERSION_TEST: Name or password is incorrect. Please re-enter.
    3) RFC destination error SM_PRDCLNT000_READ: RFC task PRD:000:TMW_GET_FULL_LIST already open.
It is my understanding that 1 and 2 are related. The question I have is: How do I assign auhtorisation for SAPSYS to the function group TWM_TRACKING?
    Regards

    Hi Ferrandi,
See if these notes are relevant to your scenario:
Note 896042 - RFC access from satellite systems generates dump
Note 920805 - Correction of the FM TMW_VERSION_TEST in Note 804198
Also Which user do you use to generate the RFC`s??? Check the authorization for that user to generate RFC`s. The auth object S_RFCACL and S_RFC which is not a part of SAP_ALL profile should be assigned to the user.
    Hope this is helpful.

  • Logical system and rfc destination

    hello all,
what is the difference between logical system and RFC destination?
thanks for ur help in advance.
    regards,
    vikas

    Hi,
In any ALE scenario u need one sender and one receiver system.
Logical systems are just logical representation of these systems but in case of RFC destination u specify technical parameters for those systems like IP address and username and password to connect to that system.
Thus when u create port i.e.we21 u specify actual RFC destination for the system to which u want to connect and when u create partner profile for that logical system u specify this port so when u want to send data to this logical system i.e receiver system port will be used which in turn has RFC destination which will be used to connect to that system.
In simple terms logical systems are logical representation of any system and RFC destinations are physical/techinical systems.

Both are client independent setting, so even if you define in one client, it would be available in other clients also.

  • Confusion in Logical System, port & RFC Destination

    hi,
I have still few doubts regarding Logical System, port and RFC destication
My SAP ECC6.0 and XI configuration is:
    For ECC 6.0 : Logical system name : T03CLNT400
    Client : 400
    RFC Dest : XIDEST
    Port : XIPORT
For XI 3.0 : Logical System name : WXI
    client : 400
    RFC Dest : ECCDEST
    Port : SAPEC3
now my confusion is, in t-code WE19, when sending IDOC to XI (idoc - file scenario), which entry i've to use in prot and Partner No in Receiver side and which port and partner no i've to use in Sender Side.
also in XI side when creating Technical sys for web as ABAP which logical system name i've to use and in File to Idoc Scenario which logical system i've to use as sender business system (third party file business system)
If possible please give me detail idea to clarify my cofusion.
    thanks

If you are sending from R3 then give the sender details as R3 and the receiver side as XI where you have created the port from R3 to XI etc.

  • RFC destination error in posting 3rd party payment in 4.7 FI system

    Hi,
We are running in to a problem when we are processing a payment via transaction F110S in our R/3 4.7 system for Financials. We are integrating our Financial system with ECC6.0 for HCM. We receive 3rd party invoice from HCM successfully via ALE and post it in 4.7 system. When we try to process payment against this invoice, apparently 4.7 system is trying to communicate with ECC 6.0 system and issuing an error and the payment processing gets cancelled. It generates a clearing document with out a check.
The error says "An RFC destination could not be specified for the logical system HD1CLNT014
        Message no. B1550
    Diagnosis
An RFC destination should be specified for the logical system
HD1CLNT014. This could not be done in this case. HD1CLNT014 is not your
local logical system and this system is not included in the relevant
        Customizing tables.
    Procedure
        Check:
            -   RFC destination
               -Port definition
-oubound partner profile of message type SYNCH for this logical system
We checked our configuration for all Logical system and RFC destination and everything seems fine.
Any help in this regard is appreciated.
    Thanks
    Kesav

    Hi David,
Did you check below is set-up correctly.
    - Use transaction SM59 to create an RFC destinations for the remote system.
    - Use transaction BD54 to create the logical system.
    - Use transaction BD97 to link the RFC destination created in SM59 with the logical system created in BD54.
Also, check entries in TBLSYSDEST is  filled with correct system name HPQCLNT210. Generally this error occurs when system name is incorrect in TBLSYSDEST.

  • Call several .exe program via one RFC destination

    Hi,
We use a RFC destination (one for each connected user) to communicate between SAP R/3 (4.6c) and an AS400 application via RFC server in .NET.
We need to call some .NET functions (for transactionnal purpose) and we wish not to mix functions refering to AS400 and .NET.
Is it possible to use one RFC destination to call functions in at least 2 .NET program ?
If not, is there other ways to make those communications work ?

    Hi
It is not possible. I don't think of any other way to resolve this.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • RFC destination with CIF application case !

    Hi,
Can someone explain the difference between
Assigning a logical system to a RFC destination  and
u201CAssigning a logical system to a RFC destination with CIF Application case" (there are 4 of them in all as i see - AC, RL, RQ, DG, AC- refers to availability check)
e.g I have 2 entries in the system landscape settings.
    1)     Logical system u2013 RFC destination
    2)     Logical system- application case AC u2013 RFC destination.
Even if I remove the 2nd entry, the relevant APO ATP FMu2019s are called  (just a negative testing to see what goes wrong without application case) but am clueless about this concept of CIF application case. Why such a provision to begin with. The context help says. some transaction need to have synchrious RFC and hence the need but i see the same even without his entry.
    Regards,
    Loknath

    Hello Loknath,
If I understand your query correctly,
1.Assign logical system to RFC destination is OK for you.
2.Assigning the RFC destination to a specific CIF application is used in the following case,
You have a system/service user set up for communicating with the R/3 system thru CIF & this is assigned to the RFC destination assigned to the point no:1
& for debugging purposed you need a dialogue user, so you may assign this dialogue user to a different RFC destination & assign it here in the customizing (Assign RFC to application cases) to the application Debugging..so that while the particulat application is called (Debugging...CIF cockpit...etc)the corresponding settings from the different RFC destinations will be used.
I could not understand your query, where u relate some ATP stuffs with this CIF topic...
    Thanks,
    Mahesh

  • Configuring receiver RFC adapter to use RFC destination

    Hello,
I have been doing some digging, but I can't find a solid answer on how to configuring a receiver RFC adapter to use an existing RFC destination to call a 4/6C R/3 backend system...  Our scenario is to WS --> SOAP --> RFC which is up and running in production just fine on NW 7.0, SP12.
I ask this question because we, as a company, do not like to maintain passwords in multiple systems.  That is necessary when we use the receiver RFC adapter now since SNC is a distant pipe dream for us and we would like to use an existing RFC destination that is set up to call the backend system using a logon ticket.
I checked the relevant links I could find below, but I can not resolve the answer from them.  Has anyone set this up successfully?  This link (RFC Destination type RFC Receiver Adapter?) mentions it briefly, but it does not go into any length on how to set it up.
    Thanks!

    Re: Asynchronous RFC call

    Hi John !!
I suggest you to create a new user, without dialog access in your ECC system to be used exclusively by the XI system to access ECC. And then, always use this user in all RFC receiver adapter communication channels.

  • RFC Destination - Unicode / non - Unicode behavior

    Hi All,
In our current production system the RFC destination from R3 to Xi is non-unicode.We have currently 300 Interfaces running using this RFC destination in production.
In few upcoming requirements for some 15 Interfaces some special characters will come from R3 to Xi system. In this case we need a unicode RFC Destination.
I have a query here , can i go ahead and change the existing RFC destination to Unicode or is it suggestible to create a new RFC destination only for these 15 Interfaces?
    Need expert advice on this?

    Regards,
    RK
Edited by: Matt on Oct 5, 2011 9:38 AM

    Hello,
The Non-Unicode Single code page systems are supported by SAP for older applications for historical reasons - unicode was not available when they were released. These systems are restricted to only processing characters from their specific code page. This means their can be restrictions if they need to support language combinations that span multiple code pages - basically it is not possible. In addition some languages are not fully available at all for single code page systems like Thai. In addition the Euro symbol is not available.
Unicode is the future for all applications - SAP or otherwise. The significance at the moment is where customers who needs to convert to unicode to support additional business requirements like additional languages. Converting a system, although a simple process is not a trivial process in terms of time and resources.
So u can go ahead and change the existing RFC destination to Unicode .it will not create any prob. for other interfaces which are using non unicode setting.

    Monica

  • After Transporting the request RFC Destination is empty in SWCV and BEA

    Hi All,
we are using SAP NW Mobile 7.1 SP08
After transporting the SWCV & Backend adapter, in the transported system the RFC Destination is empty
Please help me to fix this issue.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Joseph Beevin.

    Hi,
When an SWCV is trnasported to a another system, the backend destination will be empty in the target system.,We need to configure the bakcned destination in the target sytem through the DOE Adimin.
    DOE_ADmin Portal -->Configuration --->Backend Configuration.
In the backend configuration, select the SWCV for which the destination needs to be configured.Select the parameter "RFC  DESTINATION FOR BACKEND"
When the SWCV is selected all the active Data Objects will be listed in the table below
Insert the above parameter to the parameter list(the table below)
Give the name of the availlable backemnd destination name in the "text value" column of the table for each data object and save it.
Now the backend destination is configured correctly in the target system. Please try this..

    Hi  Experts
For my RFC - XI - WEBSERVICES scenario, I have to create one TCP/IP RFC destination on R/3 system with the following details
    RFC Destination Name    : XXXX
    Connection Type            : T (TCP/IP)
    Activation Type              : u201CRegistered Server Programu201D

    Gateway Service           : R/3 Details ..??
My Function Module (Remote-Enabled) - u201CZZZZu201D is defined in R/3 System.
This Function Module should be communicated with the target system i.e. NW XI system
As per the Note from SAP Help: To be able to communicate using RFC, you need to define the target systems as RFC destinations in the sending system(R/3)
