I think I'm charged 10 euros for the trial. [e-mail removed for privacy and security] is my email can you please check my account?
and it would be great if there was a ticket system for this kind of inquiries. I'm not sure if this is the place for this problem.

Yes this is correct you have an Unlimited World special offer, but you have also purchased some Skype credit for 10 EUR. Do you mean that this not you who have purchased these Skype credit? Could you please clarify because I'm not sure to understand your concern?
With Unlimited World, you are able to call landlines and mobiles only in Canada, China, Guam, Hong Kong SAR, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States.

    FLP on HCP trial is about to launch by mid March. What you currently see on your trial account is the very first steps of the implementation - still work in progress.

    It wasn't a charge, rather a "hold" to verify your account. The hold will be released in a day or so.

    based on my understanding, I cannot use a trial account to create SP2013 setup on azure. the reason being it needs more cores to be allocated for SQL Server and SP2013.  overall we can use just 3 cores!
    can someone give me a confirm response that trial accounts cannot be used to setup SP2013 on azure?

  • Credit Card Charged By 1.00 USD while trying to create free trial account

    Hi,
    I don't have any Microsoft Subscription & I was trying to create free trial account, on that registration form they asked for Credit Card information for verification information only also they are saying they will not charge anything for this trial
    account. After providing all valid card details once I submitted the form it is saying below error message:
    "Sorry! We could not complete the transaction using this payment method. Please contact support."
    And at the same time I got the SMS from my Bank saying that 
    "1.00
    USD was spent on your Credit Card XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 24-JUL-14 at MSFT   *ONLINE.Final FX rates and charges are applicable."
    This is very strange specially from Microsoft.
    Please anyone can do the needful to resolve this issue. Also please do not suggest to call to support.

    Based on my understanding, you have been failed in creating azure account, but 1.00 USD was spent, as far as I know, this 1.00 USD is used to valid the credit card, if you could receive this message, it proved your credit card is useful, about this situation,

  • Difference in Trial Balance & Legder report because Zeero opening balance appearing in Trial balance for some accounts

    Hi Experts,
    When I am generating System trial balance report, it shows null in opening balance column for some of accounts while ledger for respective accounts are showing correct figure of opening balance.
    And because of this my trial balance showing wrong figures
    Also, I have checked it through query report, it showing same opening balance figure as ledger report.
    (Attachment for trial Bal, Ledger & Query reports for one of the account are attached here)
    I have checked all selection criteria in Trial balance report, but nothing is working.
    Please suggest me any solution for for above issue.

  • Got charged full retail for a new phone instead of Edge Up, wiped out bank account, had to refuse shipment, no compensation for the time spent talking to 14  representatives over the phone in the last week, and still no refund??

    On 9/29 I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus 128GB as an edge up from my 5S, swiped my card at the store to pay the Edge Up fee, and was told 10/31 was the expected ship date.
    Didn't see the order on my My Verizon account, spoke with 3 representatives on the phone to actually get the order number so I could track it.
    On 10/24 the ship date disappeared and I called to find out there was an issue with the payment. I gave them my debit card number over the phone for the Edge Up amount, and they charged me full retail -- OVER $1,000.
    They promised it wouldn't post to my account and it wouldn't ship after cancelling the order. Next day it shipped. I called FedEx and refused the package over the phone.
    I called when the payment posted the next day, totally wiping out my bank account and charging me overdraft fees.
    They said they'd push for a refund immediately -- on Sunday, 10/24. It's now 10/30, I see no refund, I have no phone, and I have over $100 in bank fees from their mistake.
    I spoke with a supervisor on the phone and they said they could refund the bank fees, but would do nothing for the fact that they screwed up my order, and told me it would be another 2-3 weeks before they actually ship a phone to me if I ordered today.
    Sorry, but that's NOT good customer service. I can buy out my Edge agreement, sell the phone on eBay, and go to another carrier pretty easily. I don't want to leave Verizon's service, but I don't really see how they value me as a customer?
    Does anyone else have some idea of what I could do about this whole thing??
    TL;DR -- Verizon charged full retail for a phone instead of Edge Up fee, still no refund, no compensation for the inconvenience and stress they caused, and another 2-3 week wait on a phone I ordered a month ago.

    That situation went from inconvenient to complicated quickly.  Wait for any pending orders to drop off, wait for things to clear up, wait till your upgrade comes up and then upgrade when your contract is fulfilled.  I would have suggested a replacement phone, I know, with only a month left why couldn't you just upgrade early, but these situations where people try to upgrade early always end horribly and once a phone order starts, it almost cannot finish until something winds up shipped received and returned.  Sorry this happened the way it did.  Definitely not efficient.

    Is there any setting by which for all account assignments/item category combinations, I should get option to create free of charge PO line items, irrespective of the preceeding documents through which I prepare PO (from PR).
    I have checked in account assignment configuration and didnt find any fields that favor the setting.
    Please let me know if there is any customization setting for above requirement.

    The 'Free Items' indicator in the overview is only used to facilitate               
    the switching off of the Inv.Receipt flag and the GR-based IV flag.                 
    Note that the 'Free Items' indicator is not stored on the PO item                   
    table EKPO.                                                                         
    The Inv.Receipt flag (and the GR-based IV flag) are the fields that                 
    really controls if an item is 'free' or not.                                        
    So, the field is initiated based on the values in those fields rather               
    than from input from the user.                                                      
    When an invoice is expected it's not a free-item. This indicator 
    invoice receipt is chosen from the main-item and also from the          
    customization maintained for item category 0 in table T163.  
    I am afraid that I have to say that in standard SAP design                   
    it is not possible to default the "Free item" flag.

    Currently I am playing around with Facebook logins from the SAP HCP Trial account.
    Using the Facebook JavaScript SDK in an HTML5 app works easily with a few lines of code.
    Now I try to do it in an XS application. I found this blog about OAuth2 Authentication but this does not seem to work in the Trial landscape?
    I also read the blog from Chris Paine or Chris Paine but there is also Java code involved and maybe things changed in the last two years?
    Then I read many help pages from SAP HCP help about OAuth, Trust etc but the more I read the more I am confused
    So my question is:
    How can I do a Facebook login via OAuth in an HANA XS app on the trial landscape?
    Any hints or tips for further steps appreciated

    EDIT: In this tutorial from Martin Raepple is a similar scenario described (here a Cordova app authenticates with OAuth2) but my scenario should be a lot simpler because on SAP HCP I use anonymous access (no Identity Provider involved) and only the Facebook login is needed. But maybe I can use parts of this tutorial? Currently there are so many options that I cannot see which parts are relevant and which are not...

    as far as I can remember, you can also try to click menu Contacts >> Contact List >> Facebook.  Then the option to connect Facebook and Skype will be presented (under the Contacts Tab).

    The run time depends on what you are doing.
    Anything that puts a heavy load on the CPU will reduce the run time.
    There is a fixed amount of energy in a charged battery.
    The faster you take energy out the shorter the run time will be.
    Turn off bluetooth.
    Reduce backlight to as low as is comfortable for you.  I use level 5.
    Watching video uses a lot of energy.

    I've checked your account—you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed on October 20 2013, and the other placed on October 11 of this year. So, you were probably charged the auto renewal for the subscription placed in 2013, and then the new charge for this year's order.
    Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help get things situated for you. There's no reason to have two subscriptions to the same service, so an agent can help you cancel one, if you'd like.
