Charged and didn't buy anything
I was charged 19.99 and 9.99 and I didn't buy anything . I would like my money back for these charges and whatever was purchased removed . Thank you Brittany Ake
You can certainly contact Apple as Ocean20 suggests.
Another step you can take in the meanwhile is review your purchases. Open iTunes on your computer. Go to Store > View Account in iTunes' menu. Sign in to your Apple ID. You can then find a Purchase History row to review.

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account, Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11, menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ? I recently got an iPod Touch and haven't used iTunes for more than burning CDs, but there was a fee of $5.34 that came up earlier. Is this a monthly fee with iTunes, or a glitch more than one person has experienced?
There are no fees for use of iTunes. I would find out what the charge is for and notify your credit card company. In addition I would contact iTunes Store support. You can do so here:

ITunes charged my account but I didn't buy anything!
I have an episode of Family Guy downloaded on my computer, and I haven't watched it in a while (maybe two or three months) and I watched it the other day, then I noticed my account was charged $1.99 even though I haven't bought any new music or videos or anything since February! Was I charged for watching something I already paid for? What's the deal?! Was I charged for something different?
Also, I noticed when I went into my settings that it says my downloads are set up for two computers. I only have one computer that has iTunes installed on it. Could someone be hacking my account? I don't think this is the case, because if they were buying things, wouldn't I notice the new songs in my library? Also, wouldn't I be getting an emailed receipt? I haven't been getting any new music or any receipts, so I'm assuming I was either charged again for that one episode, or there was a mistake on iTunes' part, because I promise, I didn't buy anything!
Please help me!!!Have you logged into your account in iTunes and checked your purchase history?

I was surprised to find that I was charged 2.99 yesterday and I didn't buy anything. I get a message from my bank if any transaction is made on my account. I still have the message. I tried to find a support email for Apple but couldn't find on this site so please, if you know of an address, write it here or if someone knows how I can get to like a billing support email, do tell me.

If you didn't buy anything you don't have to pay. But the App Store requires you to enter your Apple ID password when you download a free app. And in order to have an Apple ID you must have a form of payment entered. You will not be charged to download a free app.

Time Capsule error 22 - My time capsule was working fine and didn't notice anything wrong with it until it stopped backing up about two weeks ago. I never changed anything like computer names or the Airport settings. All I get is the following:
The backup disk image "/Volumes/Data/Linda's Computer 1.sparsebundle" could not be created (error 22).
I tried resetting the Time Capsule and connecting with an ethernet cable, although the Ariport Utility says everything is working fine through WiFi.If the light will not turn on the TC is dead. No matter that the hard disk is running.. it should only run at start up or when it is accessed not constantly.. that means the board in the TC has failed. Apple do not repair them.. They will replace it under warranty or applecare.
If you have gone over the 12month warranty it will still be covered if you have applecare on any computer or an Apple TV. In fact the cost of the apple TV plus apple care is still cheaper than buying a new TC.. so it is a route some people are taking.. certainly depends.. in some places like Europe or Australia now, there is a recognition that statutory warranty must be longer on a product that is premium to the market. 12months is not good enough. Apple will sometimes listen.
They might be fixable but I do not know how. -

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

I got to that page but clicking on the Subscribe Free had no effect.
Nothing showed in the Podcasts nor the iTunes U.
In fact I also subscribed to Stanford's lectures and despite actually managing to DL them there is still no subscription in iTunes U, just the Intro to Computer Science belatedly.
