Charged and didn't buy anything

I was charged 19.99 and 9.99 and I didn't buy anything . I would like my money back for these charges and whatever was purchased removed . Thank you Brittany Ake

You can certainly contact Apple as Ocean20 suggests.
Another step you can take in the meanwhile is review your purchases.  Open iTunes on your computer.  Go to Store > View Account in iTunes' menu.  Sign in to your Apple ID.  You can then find a Purchase History row to review.
