Charged but didn't receive

I bought the subscription and was charged for i but was never sent an email or was able to use it because it still said i had insuffiecient funds. So i just bought the pay as you go and i was charged that as well and it still said i had insuffiencient funds. What do i because the subscription doesnt come up on my account but i was still charged for it so i cant cancel it and the pay as you go isnt posting either ?

You can contact Itunes store support for getting a posible refund; or contacting the developer of the app by going to the app page; going to reviews, and going to App Support....

    When purchased together, AppleCare is automatically activated and applied to your device, so no proof or registration is usually required. Apple usually sends documentation of coverage after a few days, though. If you didn't receive the documentation, it may have been lost in the mail. You can confirm coverage here:

    If that doesn't show the correct coverage (the expiration should be two years from your date of purchase) and it's been at least a couple of weeks since you purchased, call Apple support, ask to speak with someone in AppleCare Plan Administration, and explain the mistake to them.

    So I bought a product which gave me a free giftcard. I received an email which said the giftcard has been send, but I never received it...

    I purchased a macbook pro early in august that supposedly gave me a $100 gift card that was supposed to be emailed to me.
    after a couple of weeks, I checked the order status (having picked up the macbook pro at an apple store the day after the order was placed)......it told me the gift card was cancelled. I clicke the 'invoice' button and the invoice made no mention of the gift card at all. It basically vanished like a **** in the wind....no notice or anything.
    I called apple, and very easily got a $100 credit for my purchase ... but it is stealing.....it is stealing no different than if I went to the apple store and took $100 worth of crap and can not be charged unless they can prove it through their inventory paperwork that everything was theirs, but then I can just give it back without being charged.
    apple is no different than the thug on the street corner......if you're not careful, they will walk away with your money....don't ever be ashamed for going to walmart because its cheaper

    I am not sure if you have setup the security questions for your Apple Id, but if you did, you can answer those questions to reset your password right at the Forgot your Apple ID site. If you did not have that setup and are still not getting the verification email, refer to the second article to help you get it to get that password reset.

  • Create ID - but didn't receive verification email

    Yesterday i created a new Adobe ID for a new folio and content viewer (in accordance with best practice guidelines). No problem but I didn't receive the verification email. I've waited 24 hours and it still hasn't turned up. So I tried to log in and hit the forgot my password button and asked for a password reset email, and it hasn't turned up.
    I've tested the email address from other services and it receives emails fine.
    I thought that perhaps I hadn't setup the Adobe ID so tried to set it up again and it says it already exists.
    Is there a way to get a new verification email?  (the FAQs and Help tell me to login and change it, but of course i don't have a password as it is not verified).
    Anyone help?

  • Made purchase but didn't receive it

    A week ago I bought 1200 gems from Clash of Clans game with 9.99$ and i haven't received them yet, I tried to contact Clash Of Clans many times but had no reply.
    When I made the purchase I've received an email from Apple notifying me with the purchase, there is an option to report a problem, when I click that link, it open a web page, asks me to enter my email and password, I enter them, hit submit, and goes back to ask me to enter the email and password again.
    So I can't report from there.

    I signed up for the offer ages ago when it was first mentioned. I had even received an email confirmation and I had signed up both lines in my family plan to make sure would be no mistakes. I went last week and added got 2 more phones added to my family plan both with new 2yr commitments. No representative knew anything about the offer which is normal from my local Best Buy. I had assumed maybe cards got mailed to me but while reading details page on offer I just saw that I should"ve gotten my cards right after I purchased phones. How do I get my gift card? I added not just 1 line but 2 so no reason I shouldn't have received. I was even asked at the Best Buy mobile department what were both the numbers to my account were. Anyone know what I should do in this situation?

    The promotion applies to the specific number you registered, whether you upgrade or port the number to a different carrier as a new line. But as Neihn mentioned, adding new numbers to an existing account was not part of the promotion.

    I recently got an iPod Touch and haven't used iTunes for more than burning CDs, but there was a fee of $5.34 that came up earlier. Is this a monthly fee with iTunes, or a glitch more than one person has experienced?

    There are no fees for use of iTunes. I would find out what the charge is for and notify your credit card company. In addition I would contact iTunes Store support. You can do so here:

    Purchased Skype Premium to get unlimited US/Canada subscription.  Skype Premium is delivered and shows in my purchase history but the unlimited US/Canada subscription does not appear.  How can I resolve this?   My account is not located in the US or Canada, is this the problem?  Although I was logged in and when I selected Skype Premium it showed this subscription as a feature (which is why I bought it!).  Thanks for any help!
