Charged for app but can't download it

Hey I purchased an application off of ovi store today. It was Mr Recorder. I used my phone bill as the method of payment. I was charged and received the transaction ID number. The confirmation was 3 fold. I got a text, an email and checked my phone bill. The transaction was successful.
However the application did not download to my phone. I have an E63. When I go to the my stuff tab it only shows the free version of Mr Recorder, which I successfully downloaded to check if the full version would work.
What the hell is going on??????!!!!!!

Ther is a support button on the OVI store page. Click that then click on Contact us and explain your problem there. They are the only ones who can sort it out. Make sure you supply your transaction ID

This may sound stupid, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway. Is it possible, that if I have enough junk on my desktop it might disrupt the signal? It seems odd, but it kind of looks like my signal is strong and relatively steady now that I've cleaned my desktop. I do tend to get very cluttered. I use a lot of reference images and save text clippings to use later... it just piles up very quickly.
So, I wonder if all that extra effort my system has to do keeping up with the junk might have something to do with the drop outs?

This happend to me too. 10:30 am on March 4 an app was purchased, using my store credit and charging the remaining amount to my bank. I don't even have a smart phone that has apps. I have sent a request to Customer Service. Itunes has a security problem.

I have this problem too.
Via Ovi Store on my e75 I bought a flashlight app.
Payment went by SMS.
After sending the automated sms's and receiving confirmation reports the app displayed a message about connection error (something) and nope nothing happens.
no downloadable app.
I checked billing online and the app was paid for.
After the first error message I tried again.
And because of that I paid even twice for the app.
Is there a way for refund?
After a while I received a confirmations by SMS with a transaction codes.
But I don't know what to do with it.

I recieved an error message during the purchase of an album, stating there was a problem with the apple store purchase. It led me to believe that the purchase did not go through, aas it never downloaded. A susequent purchase did go through and downloaded. How dod I retrieve the lost purchase?

They might just be temporary holding charges which will disappear off your card within a few days or so.

For your credit card not being accepted (it is a credit card, not a debit card ?), then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? Correct IPad PW for apps but will not download or install only installs via desktop

Sequence is select Free, enter PW, shows installing, then goes back to free button without installing. My password is correct my ID is correct. This occurs on both iPhone and iPad but allows me to access the apps via my desktop and then sync.

Please try the following. Go to Settings->iTunes & App Store
Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen and select 'Sign Out' then re-enter your details and click Sign In, was it successful?
If so try downloading again.

There is no download button - the buttons in that page either show "Install" or "Remove" - installation is taken care of by the Creative Cloud desktop app.
What is it showing in your activity stream in the Creative Cloud desktop app? If you have File Syncing turned on, I'd expect to see something like this:

The iOS is a completely different OS than OS X. QuickTime for the Mac is not written to work on an iPad. There is no way to install it.
