Charged for broadband over usage but still below l...
Hi guys,i hope someone here can help because i'm getting nowhere with bt helplines. At the end of january this year i changed from bt total broadband 1 to infinity. My old broadband limit was 10gb but i usually went over by 2 or 3 gb which i was obviously charged for, no problem there. With my new infinity package my allowance was increased to 20gb per month which was plenty enough for me.however,mybt usage monitor is still showing me to be on the old 10gb package.
Despite several live chat sessions and phone calls(the last one 2 weeks ago informing me i had 40gb usage) i'm still being charged for going over my 10gb allowance.i've even sent them,as requested , a screen shot of my usage monitor!! Why on earth would i have to do that? My latest bill arrived this morning with charges added for over usage.
Can someone please advise me of how to sort this problem out. To make things worse i'm now going to the dentist!

My ipad's screen is black. When it take charge, I can hear sound but still black. I press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds but this doesn't work. Let it charge for at least 30 minute using the wall charger. Then rest the iPad. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.
If the iPad restarts let it continue to charge until the battery is 100%.
If the iPad still does not start make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. -
I'm having some problems with my ipad and charging it. I am having to leave it in charge for a lot longer, but when I take it out and want to use it the battery is still not completely full and goes down a lot faster than usual. The other day, I had charged my iPad overnight so that I could take it to university with me for the day, and when I had switched it on the next day the battery was on 5% and I had not used it since charge.
Your battery may be dying. THey are only good for so many charges/discharges. If you have an apple store near by make an appointment and have them check itout

Charges for Broadband - during fault
Late December and into early january my broadband usage was excessive - diagnosed as faulty hub. Fault resolved on 6th Jan when new hub installed. I can't get suitable re-assurance via the many online chats and voice calls I have had with BT that I will not be charged for exceeding 40GB usage in BOTH december and January.
The first 6 days of January under fault used most of our 40GB cap so normal browsing since means we will exceed 40GB by months end. A note on the broadband usage says we will be billed 26.50 for excessive usage even though the bill has been received.
Please could you take a look at my account and assure me that I will not be charged for exceeding 40GB in December 13 and January 14. Only once in the last year have we ever exceeded 40GB.

I have downloaded Games with iTunes to my PC, but I cant copy it to my iPad... It told me to authorize my computer, I have done so over and over again, but still cant copy and the message to authorize this PC keeps appearing..... Whats wrong?

The keyboard for my iMac 9, got wet and is not working correctly. Delete ,return, and some other keys not functioning. In all caps including numerals. I've left it to dry for a few days but still will not work. Computer now in Safe boot mode and I can't login due to all caps and numbers being symbols. Is there anything I can do?
Buy a replacement keyboard. They're only $50-65 USD.

I didn't deactivate Adobe CS 3 Premium before I re-installed it on the same computer,
so when I tried to activate, it says the maximum number has been reached for licenses.
I read on your website the instructions for correcting this issue, but still do not have the deactivation option. So that I can reactivate it.

Trying to connect Airport time capsule to my leopard iOS mac. Downloaded software for time capsule for snow leapard/leopard but still says I need more software. What do I need? I have a 10.5.7 iOS (Leopard). It connects to wifi at speeds in the airport and has plenty of storage capacity and memory.

There is no Apple here, this is a user to user forum. When you said you restored, then you restore as NEW?

OK, here is my problem...i leave my ipod classic charging for 2 days and it still has the 'Please wait, very low battery" sign! what should i do? Please answer!
When you connect the iPod to the adapter or PC, you should see either of these signs on the iPod Screen .
If you just get
It may mean that your Adapter is not giving enough juice, because
the adapter or the cable is defective or
your bottom dock connector is dirty with lint or dirt.

My ipod nano was working fine until i uploaded some new tunes today. It sync properly and once disconnected it just switched off and would not even turn on. I have put it on charge for a few hours but nothing happens, infact the charger is getting hot. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help I need my ipod.
The backlight burned out from getting it wet. You will have to replace the screen at a 3rd party shop, buy a screen and replace it yourself, or make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and do an out-of-warranty replacement for $199 USD.

So i got a beats pill and ive been using it for like a month now and the next day i go to turn it on and it wont turn on. so i left it to charge for like 12 hours and still nothing help
