I was charged for HD movie that cannot play. I didnt download the movie. Instead I re-purched the movie in SD. I Would like a refund. Since. I thought you had to opt. in for HD. Made a mistake

Because I think that movie renting is an important cornerstone of the Apple TV concept. Even though not owning the physical hardware I pretty much feel like being a part of Apple's TV future.

I think it is generally applicable. Even though the source material of course always plays a role in the quality equation, the problems of the pipeline from encoding over decoding to rendering are quite obvious (a lot of it may be due to iTunes for Windows).
So let's consider a 16:9 aspect. Resolution is 1280x720 then? I don't think that it improves the situation as the same bandwidth is distributed among more pixels then. Problem is bandwidth and not resolution. But I pretty much believe that the bandwidth can be used much more efficiently.

If you are referring to the temporary store holding charge as described on the page that you posting, which is 'charged' each time that you change the card details on your account, then it should disappear off the card within a few days or so - though it varies by bank, and with it now being the weekend it might an extra day or two. If they haven't disappeared within a week of them being made then you could contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
Also some apps may be free to download but they then allow you to make in-app purchases to unlock extra features within them - you can turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions on your phone. -

What is the exact error messages you are receiving? Are you saying iTunes is unable to play these imported tracks in iTunes?

UI am having the same issue with my iPhone 5. AT&T told me it is a current issue with some sort of glitch between there system and iPhone software, and there is supposed to be a patch coming out for it. But no one knows when, I was told some customers already have it. My AT&T rep told me they would credit me all overages since they can see from my average usage that something is drastically wrong. I have been manually turning off my cellular data whenever I'm not using wi-fi and it is still using data like crazy and charging me for it. Never had this problem until about 3 months ago. I'm calling AT&T again tomorrow since the local store is of no use.

I've tried to get to support on line to no avail...called the 1-800 number and they keep telling me to go to expresslane.com/itunes/support. i've been billed for 2 movies that were rented...considering I stiil have a credit from the last go-around, where the movies rented kept hanging up or i was billed twice for the same movie...they awarded me 4 credits, of which i have used 3...I still have 1 last credit and they continue to bill for 2 movies, one of which kept hanging up and it took 3 hours to see a 90 minute movie by the time we started and backed up the track seveal times....right on my account from the itunes store it is listed 1 credit remaining....it's not a big deal, but if that's the way they conduct themselves, than i want nothing to do with them in the future!
I am always calling and asking but I will do it again since I did not ask this past month and a half. I have always been told they never have any specials or packages on the Jet packs at least in our area.
That being said, on our neighborhood forum, internet speed and availability has been the hot topic this month. Since everyone is now starting to get high speed unlimited internet access for $60 a month, I'm hoping my post will be moot.

How do you setup a new windox 7 64 bit pc for itunes (which documetns folder does the file need placed in and then move everything over from your old pc (which is windows xp)?

In the past, 10.6.6+ was suppose to - and sometimes did - provide for a download drivers from within Boot Camp Assistant program, in order to save them to flash or such (that should be about 1GB, too large for CD). Some macs req'd a USB-DVD or other driver that was needed pre-install of Winidows
You don't install Apple drivers until after Windows is installed otherwise,
It is possible for me, with a tower, to run w/o needing any drivers from Apple. But with laptops, mini, you do need some drivers from Apple for graphics, internet, wireless, SMC support.
And right now, loading any Apple support Tech Note articles is very very slow.
People keep asking why Apple can't post 3.0 or 4.0 like they do the updates. Only logic is to force t he download from inside OS X or from an OS X DVD. Otherwise would be here, and avoid all the trouble. they aren't of use on a PC, and any PC motherboard vendor does post their support software for download.
