Charged for Premium for 3mnths and didnt upgrade

I tried to subscribe to premium for 3 months for $1 by using a different email but the same debit card and it said I was already a premium member and couldn't use the promotion again but Spotify still charged my account the $1.06....how does that work?

Am I correct that you didn't receive the premium you payed for? If so, contact the payments team through the online contact form and they can definitely sort this out. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will be connected with an agent! :)

    yeah, that stinks. do you at least get a full year from your purchase date? 
    the only thing i can think of is that they charge you 100 for a full year. but you would think they would apply a retro rate for what you haven't used.
    how long have you been using your 40 GB? when did you first pay for it?
    depending on your answers to those questions you might have a good case to call apple and get something fixed.

    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try another cable
    - Try on another computer                            
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

    Nope. I do the same exact thing. If you have DVD's and blu-rays you can't download a free application called Handbrake. You can set it to Apple TV2 automatic format and they will come out as playable m4v's that can play I'm iTunes. All you have to do is turn on Home Sharing in both iTunes and your Apple RV and you'll be good to go!

    Could be the charger, cable or the iPad.
    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    And this - Unplug the charger from the iPad and then replug. May resume charging.
    Or - Recalibrate the battery. See link below.
    The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.

  • Why am I being charged for downloads that didnt download???

    Three different movies were charged to my account.....but not one of them finished downloading and I couldnt watch them in full....I would just start getting into the movie (which all three were documentaries about the government and their lies) and then boom!!!!     You've wandered into a forum which has nothing to do with your problem, and in any case these forums are user-to-user - you're not talking to Apple, and no-one on here can help you.
    You should contact iTunes Support. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'iTunes' in the first column and then 'iTunes Store' in the second column. In the third column click 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption' and proceed from there.

    - Try resetting the iPod:
    Reset iPod touch:  Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

    - If still problem, connect to your computer and if iTunes sees the iPod restore the iPod via iTunes.
