    This message shows up like a billion times in the logs. To be more specific, it shows up over 30,000 times in the past week.
    Please let me know how to turn off this  warning  and We want logging turned on for INFO, WARN, and ERROR.  Simply setting the logging level to hide the log isn't the fix we're looking for.  Please let me know what is causing the log message to appear in ATG.

    In your ProfileFormHandler have you overriden the profileTools property ? It seems like the ProfileTools is resolving to Null and what is happening is that every time the request scope ProfileFormHandler is initializing it is finding the ProfileTools property as null so it throws that warning and initializes ProfileTools component with default setting.
    So check if you have overriden the ProfileTools property or component itself or have changed its path which may be throwing error in logs during startup or component initialization and is causing it to be null, and if you haven't changed it then you can also try to put profileTools = /atg/userprofiling/ProfileTools in your code base ProfileFormHandler property file to explicitly resolve it which should also prevent that warning.

    It can take a while for your money to show up in your bank, but a week is a bit over the top. Try contacting iTunes Store Support to make sure the refund was issued.

    I can send and receive calls.
    I get "messaging stopped" when doing a lot of texts.
    Texts come up "ghosted" meaning they have the text on the bottom and a transparent one overlaid  on top. they then become one. But I get the ghosting most of the time when I go into a message from a contact to send a text.
    When I go to call logs or text logs, the numbers come up first, and then then the names pop up randomly, meaning not in order down the page, until they are all shown. lots of lag time.
    It runs slow.
    I have 5 apps on here. I should be able to have a  lot of apps on here, and play music, and have files, and...and....and.
    I can get online but doing a Google search, when the page with the choices comes up, it is blurred and I have to tap on the screen for it to become clear and readable.
    When online and scrolling, it hitches sometimes/lags/gets stuck then unstuck
    I get VZWAVS has stopped. (not sure if those are the right letters)
    The status bar that is supposed to be gray with the new update, goes back and forth between green--the old os--to gray. And I have found no continuity with when I get green or when I get gray.
    I get a black screen on occasion.
    sometimes the proximity sensor doesn't work.
    sometimes when I have my bluetooth on and have "hands free mode" on, I get the a text message read through the headset and also through the handset.

    I ordered a refill of my skype credit with 250 SEK. This amount was charged three times from my credit card, which means two times without my approval.
    My credit has not been refilled though. Instead I got a subscription of Unlimited Europe to the price of 704 SEK which I had not ordered.

    Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.
    1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
    2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
    3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
    If your subscriptions page says you're on free and you have been charged, then it is likely you subscribed to the wrong account, try logging in with whatever you didn't login with to check.
    If it says you're on premium, see 2.
    Once you've located the account with premium:
    THe fact you've been charged multiple times should just stack the subscription. If you check the subscriptions page linked above, you should see the month of renewal, and it should be 3 months away.
    If this is not the case, for a refund you can submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can see if they can do that for you.
    Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

    I was attempting to get the student discount for Spotify, but it kept saying that It couldn't verify me as a student. I kept re-checking my information and it was correct and still no signs of working. I looked on my bank statement this morning and i was charged 3 times with the student discount. when i got on spotify it still said i had a free account. Can i just get my money back so I upgrade again to Premium without the discount, because apparantly it doesn't work.

  • A single photo in Aperture smart album shows multiple times on Apple TV2.

    Sometimes a random photo in my Aperture smart albums displays on my ATV2 multiple times..can I fix this? For example, currently a single picture shows up on the Apple TV in the photos taken "in the past week" smart album 124 times, and the same picture shows up in the "in the past month" smart album 15 times.
    When I double check the picture in the original smart album on the computer, it appears correctly, i.e. only one time.
    Suggestions?

    I'm having the same problem.  I deleted all the photos in the photostream then tried to drag a couple new ones in to see if they'd synch.  Nothing is happening.  I recently installed aperture (have about 125 gb in the library).  If anyone has an idea what to do, i'm open to try something.

    You need to use the iPhoto support area, go here and select the country you are in :-

    I just cancelled my subscritption through itunes and switched it to go through spotify itself so I could receive the student discount, but for some reason I have 3 charges pending, all the same amount as the student price, and if I go to my subscriptions page it still says I have to pay next month.     Glad you were able to cancel your subscription through iTunes and take advantage of the student discount! Don't worry about the multiple charges, Spotify can take care of them if you contact them directly through the online contact form. If you receive an automated reply directing you back to the community, just reply to it! You should receive a response within 24-48 hours! :)

    I have an iMac with two accounts on it each account has it's own Apple ID
    When i logon to account A and use itunes i can down load music from it's own Apple ID. When i logon to account B and use itunes i can see the music that has been purchased with it's apple ID but when i goto download it i get the error "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID"
    Is there a away i can use two Apple ID's with two different account on one Mac ?

    Simple answer: Keep a copy of all your purchases on a local drive even if it an archive drive you don't normally keep plugged in.  Do not put yourself in a position where you have to re-download past purchases.  Many you can re-download multiple times but Apple itself observes they may not always be available for re-download (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519).
    iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627 - In connection with, "When you turn on iTunes Match or Automatic Downloads, or when you download past purchases on an iOS device or computer, that device or computer becomes associated with your Apple ID." "Your Apple ID can have up to 10 devices and computers (combined) associated with it. Each computer must also be authorized using the same Apple ID. Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days."
    Why all the above?  No official statement but one could forward the argument it's a step to preventing media piracy.
