Charger Water Strip Coloration - No clue as to why?!?!? Help!

My iPhone 3G began running slowly a few months ago. So, I scheduled an appt., went in, etc. The guy told me that my charge strip had indication that I have gotten my phone wet before. There is no possible way. I take care of this thing like it's my own kid. Ideas?
Further info. - I live in Texas. Humidity, A/C to very hot temperatures everyday...could this type stuff cause condensation on the case, charger area, etc.? If so, how is this my fault? More importantly, is there anything that I can do about it? I've been nothing but cautious with keeping the phone dry...thoughts?

A few days ago I was told some problems I was having was due to moisture. No idea how this could have happened. I live in Texas too, and wondered about the temperature thing. If you get anymore information, esp. in regard to the internal sensor, I hope you will post it and let us know how it turns out. They offered me a refurb at the store just like my phone for $199. Turned it down as I knew if I waited a month or two I could upgrade to a 3Gs at ATT for $199. But going back to a "dumb" phone in the interim is really hard.

Hit command tab and swtich to the Finder, under the Apple menu is Force Quit, do that to the program that is causing your "hang" and restart the program and what you were doing.
If you didn't save your file beforehand, then your going to have to make it again.

Channel strip colors from regions?

I colored all my regions.
Can I get the channel strip colors from regions?
OR - as I've read on the internet - the only way for regions to and channel strip to be the same colors - one has to color the channel strips first?

You can't because Logic would get really confused if you had a channel with more than one color on your regions.
In the future, you could ctrl-click the track head in the sequencer and select 'Configure Track header' then tick track color bars. That will allow you to set channel strip colors and see them by the sequencer too. It's a great help if you want to identify tracks by color.

absolutely that is frustrating. if the battery life is fine there could be two things software or hardware. to find out if your back up your information in itunes and import pictures and then restore the phone as NEW then you can test it out. if it is still shutting off it is hardware related

You are missing one or more photos - youprobably have a page background that requires a photo which is behind a page with photos on it - all pages must either have a photo or be a color - if you have a gray background it requires a photo - look through the book carefully and be sure to look at the background on any full page photos - you will find one or more missing photos

i put that i held down the home button and all that... sorry, should of made my message a little clearer hun.. but i did try that, ive been searching video's on the net trying to figure out how to fix the problem, but nothing seems to be working... ive just tried pluging the usb lead into my phone while holding the home button then connecting it to my computer to see if itunes fires up, but even that didnt work... i dont know what else to try.

Cell background colors are not showing in preview - help? - DW4

Hi,
I created a horizontal table for my menu bar, and gave each cell a different color by creating a separate class for each with background image - image is a block of color created in Photoshop. In design mode they look they way I want, but in preview (Safari) the colors don't show up at all - the whole area is gray, and all I see is the text for each cell. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Alternatively, is there a better way I can set this up to have different colors for each button?

Do a factory reset .. nothing will be deleted from your backups and you will be able to get access to them again.
The Factory Reset Gen1-4.
Unplug your TC. Hold in reset. and power the TC back on.. without releasing reset for about 10sec. When the status light flashes rapidly; release it.
Be Gentle! Feel the switch click on. It has a positive feel.. add no more pressure after that.
TC will reboot after a couple of minutes with default factory settings and will wipe out previous configurations.
No files are deleted on the hard disk.. No reset of the TC deletes files.. to do that you use erase from the airport utility.

Hi guys, I've been given some .mov files to use. When I play them I can hear the audio but the pictures are green. The client says they play for him. I am on mac 10.5.8 and FCP 6.0.6. Any clues as to why this is happening?

I've been told this happened to somebody else last week, but didn't get a resaon why.
Any clues as to why this is happening? I suspect it's a codec issue of some sort
