i want to know what was charged on my card and from where

Are the charges showing as from Apple or the iTunes store? If they are showing from Apple, Customer Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE can look into it. If they are from iTunes, contact iTunes Support via ExpresLane and let them know. Also contact your credit card company and report it.

P.S, Does anyone else use your iTunes account or AppleID for Apple purchases? If so check with them and make sure that they didn't purchase anything and forget to tell you.

Double tap home button and then at the bottom of the screen it shows what's apps you have open. Hold finger on one of those apps till they wiggle and then tap on the X for just those apps at the very bottom of the screen. This closes them but does not delete them. See if that helps

Yes, you will be charged - you are charged as soon as you click/press then rent or buy button, whether or not you then watch them.

Charge to BB Card that no one can find receipt for

On September 10th I purchased a PS4 for by brother through express lane which he picked up in GA. Store refunded purchase to my BBCC on 9/12 and then recharged my BBCC even though I have it in FL. I have been trying to obtain a copy of that receipt since 9/18 through all channels, including post purchase support, Geek squad, 888-bestbuy and the local store who has gone through back office and sales audits. NO ONE can provide me with a copy of the receipt for that charge. I have complete documentation for the return and a case number that was opened on 9/18 and even researched today, but to no avail. Someone please help as dealing with this for TWO months is beyond reasonable.

After two months I don’t blame you for being upset that you are still dealing with this. I do see the BestBuy.com order of this Sony PS4 on 9/10/2014, and then I see our store in Snellville, GA returned that order on 9/12/2014.
I also see a Sony PS4 was purchased with the same card on 9/10/2014 in our store in Winter Garden, FL, which I show is the nearest Best Buy to the Zip code we have on file for you.
I don’t see that we have charged this card for a PS4 since 9/10/2014. Are you stating you purchased two Sony PS4s returned the one for your brother, and a store in GA has charged your card for another PS4?

My kids used my phone and put a charge of $99 dollars in a game. How do I get this charge reversed? Seems a little extreme that they put an auto charge in a kids game.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
You can set up your device to require a password for purchase from the app store either immediately or after 15 minutes of being previously used. (Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content > Require Password)
More often than not this stops unwanted purchases by others, but does not stop In-App purchases, to disable In-App purchases, go to Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content > In-App Purchases > Off.

The gift card was supposed to be charged first, then the 4.99 to my credit card. Now I have an unused $10 gift card, which I wanted to get rid of, and got charged $14.99. I want my money back and I want the gift card used instead.

It's not supposed to. Gifts will always be charged to the credit card; the gift card money is for your use and nobody else's. This includes the purchase of gift cards and certificates, and money used for an iTunes allowance.

MSI 970 GTX Gaming 4G The card that was never there!

Bought a new Z97X-SLI board, i7 4790 chip, water cooled, 20 gigs of ram and a MSI GTX 970 gaming 4g card. The board does not recognize it in the PCiex16 slot, nor the PCiex8 slot. I have disengaged the onboard graphics and removed the drivers... which then led me to having to learn how to clear Cmos (used a jumper and turned everything off for an hour). Still nothing. The board will not recognize the card is even in there... now my monitor will turn black like IT thinks something is maybe there, but nothing happens.
Any ideas, are the board and the card just incompatible? Dare I say maybe the MSI version of the card is off? I built the system so I have a little experience, but just not even being there is beyond my abilities it would seem.
Oh and I am using the HDMI cord, if that is important, my monitor is a 29 inch 21:9 LG monitor.

Sounds more like an issue with your Gigabyte board. Try the card in another pc/mainbaord to verify.

The Mac App Store prices do not include local sales taxes. The tax is added to the total before your sale is complete. Your gift card credit total is not enough to complete the sale, so you are being given the opportunity to add a bank card that will be charged the remainder of the amount. Your other option is to get another gift card and bump up the credit balance in your account.
