Charging me over and over but calls do not connect...

You are charging me over and over with out even making the connection or getting dial tone! THAT'S ILLEGAL YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND YOUR SUPPORT PAGE IS NOT EVEN RESPONSIVE SO I CAN'T EVEN MAKE A COMPLAIN! Your fraudulent activity is a disgrace!!!!!!!! I want you to reimburse me for all the times you don't connect me and charge me for it over and over
