Cheapest Way for 2012 Cert?

We're just rolling out 2012 where I work and I'd like to get certified with (I believe) an MCSA (461, 462 and 463). But I need to find the least expensive way to do it, because my company will almost for sure not reimburse me for certifications.
Is there a way to get one's 2012 MCSA online? Or any other cheap way to do it?
One more question: the certifications used to require you to take a Windows course. I don't see that with the MCSA, which is good from my perspective, because I've never had to do any Windows adminitration. Am I correct?

So if your comfortable with and know the product, you can schedule the tests from a testing facility near you and take the tests. Each test will run about $150 a piece. There are some really good books out there and test kits that cover each of the
exams and will give you some practice exams that you can take.

If you run Windows 8 pro or ent at home you can install Hyper-V and practice the technologies.
But no you do not have to take a class to take the test, but you will have to go to a testing facility and show ID to take the tests.

Replace the RAM you now have with two 2 GB modules. You can find the proper RAM at OWC or DataMem. OWC even has installation tutorials and any special tools that may be needed.

There U can find the ABAP Development trail one with minimum functionality.

It is almost impossible to get legitimate copies of outdated versions of the programs, as most upgrades are are based on the fact that the old version is not transferrable. Only in the case of a person stopping using Photoshop completely after version 5.5 would one be for sale.
As well, once you try a newer version, (you can get CS3 free for a month) you will find new tools and tricks that will make you want to adopt it.

Usually the cheapest way is 1 8.1 upgrade and 4 server 2012 Cals.

There are companies that specialize in data retrieval but it's costly (probably cheaper to buy a new iPod) and more than likely as Allan said, your circuits are probably damaged beyond all hope of retrieving anything. Need monitor repaired, for cheapest way possible

I have a 22'' LCD Sony SyncMaster monitor that I bought last year for my birthday. (September 9th) It came with a 1 year warranty from Sony. But around December, the monitor began to flicker. If I left the monitor on for about 10-30 minutes (while it was flickering) it would go back to normal status and act as if nothing happened. Around Janruary, however. It would flicker and never stop. And then eventually, it just stopped flicking/working/anything at all. I was thinking about taking it into Best Buy and sending it in to be repaired, but I'm scared of how much it will actually cost me. I did not purchase a warranty, but there is still the manufacturer warranty. I want to repair my monitor in the cheapest way possible. Got any advice?

If you purchased the product from Best Buy and still have the reciept , the geek squad should be able to take care of things for you under the manufacturers warranty providing its still a valid warranty.
If not, you will need to call Sony directly and talk to their tech support guys and discuss the options with them.

I know that I can use a digital oscilloscope but it's limitate to 2 channels and to much expensive.
I'am looking for a smart and cheapest way to perform my application, if it's possible.

Your best solution is to use a PCI-6110 simultaneous sampling board which can sample each channel at a rate up to 5 MS/s.
If you are using the PXI platform, you can use the PXI-6115 which can sample each channel up to 10 MS/s simultaneously.
Both of these boards can be found in the National Instruments catalog available online at www.ni.com

Am I correct to think that a single-year, 1 Named User Plus purchase of Oracle Personal Edition is the cheapest way to continue to get patches for Oracle-on-Linux, pretty much as I would in a commercial environment?
Secondary question: the Oracle Store lists that personal edition at (for example) $100 per Named User Plus but then adds on another $120 for "Cost of first year support". Am I right to think that next year I would only be charged $120 (or whatever it may have increased to by then)? In other words, if I pay $220 today, next year, I'll only have to pay the support component?

Assume you can't sync the iPad as you are on Tiger with old iTunes version.

Hi there, I live in Australia and want to work out the cheapest way to legitimately and legally buy the full version of final cut studio 2 and think I have worked it out, but wanted to sanity check with others. My idea is to buy a new copy from ebay of an old version of final cut pro eg FCP 2, 3, 4 or 5 for a few $$ (have seen some for around $50) and then go to apple to buy an upgrade to final cut studio 2 rather than the full version ($899 vs $1,698AUD). My question is does this make sense. or should I just bite the bullet and buy the full version straight up? If any one can advise me of any hidden pitfalls of my plan it would be hugely appreciated. It can go either way. My eBay software purchases have worked out great. For example, I bought the upgrade from FCE to FCP on eBay and then used that to upgrade to FCS2. Everything was totally on the up-and-up. But too, I was completely prepared for every penny of that purchase to go down the toilet, if that's how it ended. I got lucky, it was just fine. So it's your call.
But if you get burned and have no recourse then whatever money got wasted there could've been spent going down a route that you can trust to be 100% legit. It all depends on your personal threshold for the potentially painful, wasteful consequences. It's a craps shoot. Feelin' lucky?
