Check a checkbox with condition

Hi expert,
I'am new in visual compser, I'am triying to check a checkbox folowing a condition. If the condition is satified, so check the chekbox.
Any idea ?
Cordialy

Hi,
Please be aware that in 731SP14 there is an issue in webdynpro runtime and also in VC5 that this thing is not working. We are aware of the issue and working on that.
What you can do as a workaround if it does not work, is to create an action from the text field/button/plain text or any other control that determines the checkbox status. This action will set value of true or false to the checkbox accroding to your condition- that depends on the value of the textfield /plain text etc..

Asaf.

  • How to checking my checkbox with a listbox

I have a new form where I would like to check automatically my checkbox with a choice from listbox.
I have a listbox with three values in french "Utilisateur" - "Comptable" and "Membre direction".
I would like when the user has selected "Utilisateur", my checkbox with value "OJV_OFFICE_UTILISATEURS" has checked or "Comptable" checkbox with value "OJV_OPF Caissiers"
    Can you help me.
    Thanks

    Look at this previous post:
    https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1506686
To modify the script to your form, you could try this as the custom validation script for your combo box:
    if (event.value=="Utilisateur") {
    this.getField("OJV_OFFICE_UTILISATEURS").value = "Yes";
    this.getField("OJV_OPF Caissiers").value = "No";}
    else if (event.value=="Comptable") {
    this.getField("OJV_OFFICE_UTILISATEURS").value = "No";
    this.getField("OJV_OPF Caissiers").value = "Yes";}
Make sure you have the "Commit selected value immediately" option selected.

  • How to disable a Checkbox with condition.

    Dear experts,
I am doing a module pool program. My questyion is, the program has a checkbox. After certain process, let's say if it met a IF condition. This checkbox needs to be disabled. No matter the checkbox previously is ticked or without tick. The checkbox need to be completely disabled.
Please advice how should I do it. As I have search in the forum for some time, but I could not get my answer.
Appreciate if someone can help. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    3 problems.
    1. U r using lower case for check boxes screen name
    2. Screen-invisible is used to make data of the parameter invisible while typing eg: PASS WORD.
    3. What ever modification we are doing is over written in AT SELECTION SCREEN OUTPUT event.
use screen input attribute as i told earlier.
AT SELECTION SCREEN OUTPUT is analogous to PBO of
    Dialog program
Check below modified code. It is working fine now.
    SELECTION-SCREEN END OF BLOCK b1.
    INITIALIZATION.
      tt = 'Example'.
      chk1 = 'X'.
    AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT.
      IF radio1 EQ 'X'.
        LOOP AT SCREEN.
          CHECK screen-name = 'CHK2'.
          screen-input = 0.
          MODIFY SCREEN.
          EXIT.
        ENDLOOP.
      ELSE.
        LOOP AT SCREEN.
          CHECK screen-name = 'CHK1'.
          screen-input = 0.
          MODIFY SCREEN.
          EXIT.
        ENDLOOP.
      ENDIF.
    AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON BLOCK b1.
      CASE sy-ucomm.
        WHEN 'R1'.
          IF radio1 = 'X'.
            CLEAR chk2.
            chk1 = 'X'.
          ELSEIF radio2 = 'X'.
            CLEAR chk1.
            chk2 = 'X'.
          ENDIF.
      ENDCASE.
    I hope u r clear now.

How will the change be reflected dynamically if the value changes in some other panel.By code that you write. If you want component X to change based on some changes to component Y, then first you set up a listener which will notify you when changes to component Y take place. In that listener you put code which makes the appropriate changes to component X, based on what happened to component Y.

  • Is it possible to create a Column with Conditional Mandatory with another Column?

Is it possible to create a Column with Conditional Mandatory with another Column?
    For example
    In a Table we have column A, B, C.
    A is Primary Column.
    B is Optional
    C is Conditional Mandatory.
    A B
    C
    12345 ABC
    OK
    12346 NULL
    NULL
    12347 ABC
    OK
Only if the B Column has the value then only C column should be mandatory

I guess you can't create a condtional mandatory column directly. However, you can use check constraint to on the column
    create table YourTable
      A int primary key,
      B char(3),
      C int,
      constraint ch_con check(
                                B
    is not null
    or C is null

  • How to automate the adding of check-box along with each numbered item in Framemaker file ?

I tried using the wingdings font as check-box. But I don't want to use it manually every time. I want to have it as a style part of my procedure style (numbering style).   I need the check-box along with each numbered item. Whenever I apply my numbering style in FM, I should get something like:
    " <checkbox> 1. <text> "

Use "N:\u2751\ <n+>.\ " for the autonumber format.
    "N" Use counter N
"\u2751" One of many checkboxes available in Unicode
    "<n+>" increment the counter
    "." ordinary period
    "\ " non-breaking space
This assumes that you are on FM8 or later, and your Unicode font has that glyph code point populated (Arial Unicode MS does if your font doesn't).
Don't use WingDings (or Zaph Dingbats) anymore. Using codepage overlays has any number of issues, and these two sets of legacy codepage dingbats don't even match each other.

  • Merge text file with condition

I have two text files (report1.txt and report2.txt) that I want to merge with conditions:
     - Matching rows that have same "ID" and same "TranVal", will keep only one instance
     - Mismatching rows that have same "ID" both rows from 2 file, but column "TranVal" has different value, then the row from report2.txt will replace row in report1.txt
     - Any "ID" that exists in one textfile but not the other one, will be copied to the final merged file
    report1.txt:
    TranDate,ID,TranVal,Comment
    061211,9840,40,done
    061211,9841,30,done

    061211,9841,89,done
    061211,9843,25,done
    Final result should be:

    061211,9841,89,done

    Hi,
I just checked Import-Csv option. I will be able to manage this problem if i can get it in CSV format and work with objects, BUT the problem is in my real file
the file-format is different which is not comma-separated, instead have "-" as seperator. To simplify the problem i used comma in my question.
    TranDate,ID,TranVal,Comment
    061211-9840-40-done
    Could
you suggest me if there is any way to convert "-" separators to CSV?

  • V-41 tcode error :Table 304 is not defined for use with condition type PR00

    Hi All,
I am trying to create a BDC using the transaction V-41.
    The first screen has fields:
ConditionType and Table, where I have to fill values ZPM1 and 800 respectively.
But as soon as I enter the tcode v-41 and say enter, the above mentioned fields are already having the  values 'PR00' and ' 304'. Normally if you take an example fo t-code VA02, all fields are blank.
Then an error message  is displayed:
Table 304 is not defined for use with condition type PR00
This behaviour is not allowing me to use the BDC feature.
Please advise me on why this is happening. What are the possible solutions I can use to clear these values programmatically?
Can anything be done via customizing?
    Regards,
    Namita.

    Dear ILHAN ,
Well the problem you are facing is having the following solution:
Table 304 is not defined for use with condition type PR00
    Message no. VK024
    Diagnosis
The selected condition type does not fit in the condition table, that is the basis for the condition record. Alternatively the selected condition type is not included in the condition types that were selected on the selection screen or that are defined in the variant of the standard selection report.
    Procedure
Úse F4 help to choose a valid condition type.
If this does not give you the required condition type, check in Customizing for condition types and the related access sequences.
In the condition maintenance also check Customizing for the selection report (pricing report), that you have selected in the navigation tree, using the standard condition table as a reference.
    I hope this helps.
    It has worked for me.
I gave it a try and what I am getting using the transaction V-41 is create Price condition (PR00) : Fast Entry.
Please award points if you find it useful.
    Regards,
    Rakesh

  • Pricing error with condition type HI02

    Hi Friends,
I have problem in pricing procedure for customer hierarchy condition type HI02. I have created the condition node i.e.6222 and assigned customer 1500 and i also maintained the condition record for the same and also put in the pricing procedure as well. Now while i am creating sales order the condition type HI02 is not coming automatically rather i am able to put the same manually. I want the system should pick the condition type HI02 automatically. Please suggest me IMG setting which i sould maintain for customer hierarchy pricing.
    Thanks in advance,
    Bharat B

    Dear Barath
    You are right
HI02 is a item condition type only used for customer hierarchy discounts and the access sequence for the same is HI02 with condition table 065  that is customer hierarchy/material and the same is positioned in V/07 in the access sequence details in seven consecutive  steps (the same condition table in all the seven steps) but the field in each table differing
The field in table 065 which is positioned in no 1 is HIENR 01
The field in table 065 which is positioned in no 2 is HIENR 02
The field in table 065 which is positioned in no 3 is HIENR 03
and the most important thing here is exclusive indicator ticked in all the steps exept the seventh step
That means if at hierarchy level 1 system finds a record then it stops searching
I have a feeling that your access sequence alignmemt must be wrong somewhere and check for exclusive indicator marking
HI01 is a item condition type only used for customer hierarchy discounts and the access sequence for the same is HI01 with condition table 064  that is customer hierarchy and the same is positioned in V/07 in the access sequence details in seven consecutive steps (the same condition table in all the seven steps) but the field in each table differing
The field in table 064 which is positioned in no 1 is HIENR 01
The field in table 064 which is positioned in no 2 is HIENR 02
The field in table 064 which is positioned in no 3 is HIENR 03
and the most important thing here is exclusive indicator ticked in all the steps exept the last step
That means if at hierarchy level 1 system finds a record then it stops searching
I have a feeling that your access sequence alignmemt must be wrong somewhere and check for exclusive indicator marking
Moreover importantly if there is condition type in a PP then if a condition record is maintained if the same is not picked up in sales order then analysis has to give some hint and what is the hint you are getting

  • Get records number from internal table with condition.

Internal table itab got more than 1000 records, now i need to get the number of records with condition that itab-field1 = 'XXXX'.
actully, i got an inefficient logic to count the number in a loop statement. is there better way to implement it?

    hello,
Every time assigning data into temp table and delete may that may not be much efficient. You can check in loop logic how much time is taken. You can check the below code. here I am trying to check the numbers of plant for for one material.
In this logic material is the first field. So if there is option to make the required field in to the 1 st position then it will be nice.
    TYPES: BEGIN OF x_count,
            matnr TYPE matnr,
            count TYPE i,
           BEGIN OF x_count.
DATA: i_marc  TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF marc,
i_count TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF x_count,
          wa_count TYPE x_count.
    FIELD-SYMBOLS: <wa_marc> TYPE marc.
SELECT * UP TO 1000 ROWS
      FROM marc
      INTO TABLE i_marc.
    IF sy-subrc = 0.
      SORT i_marc BY matnr.
      LOOP AT i_marc ASSIGNING <wa_marc>.
        wa_count-count = wa_count-count + 1.
        AT END OF matnr.
          wa_count-matnr = <wa_marc>-matnr.
          APPEND wa_count TO i_count.
        ENDAT.
      ENDLOOP.
    ENDIF.

Also, use code tags and post a SSCCE -- I'm sure more of your posted code is irrelevant to your question and few people are going to look at a code listing that long.

  • Check True or False Condition

    All,
In my Form_Load module, I use For Loop to get data from Microsoft Access database to the texbox and that works fine.  The problem I have is that there is one column with True/False condition in the access database and I would like to know how to check
if it is set to True or False.
In the For Loop I use something like this for the textbox:
    Textbox1.text = row.cells("columnname").value.tostring()
How do I check the column with the True/False condition
    VS 2008
    OS: XP
    Thanks,
    LA_Bob

    Hello,
    Thank you for your post.
I am afraid that the issue is out of support range of VS General Question forum which mainly discusses the usage issue of Visual Studio IDE such as
WPF & SL designer, Visual Studio Guidance Automation Toolkit, Developer Documentation and Help System
    and Visual Studio Editor.
I am moving your question to the moderator forum ("Where is the forum for..?"). The owner of the forum will direct you to a right forum.
If you are doing your code using visual basic, Visual Basic forum within Visual Studio Language Forums:

  • Performance of APD with source as 'Query with conditions'

    Hi,
I have a question regarding the performance of an APD query with conditions when it is run in the background.
I have an infocube with 80 million records.I have a query to find Top 15 (Condition In query) Customers per territory.
With the help of an APD Query (Source) i wanted to populate the details (customer category , etc) of the Top 15 Customers into a DSO (Target)
Right now it takes 6 minutes to run the query in web.
I wanted to know how feasible it is to use an APD (run in backgrnd) to dump the results of the BEx query (which has conditions Top 15) into DSO.
Also , what other options do i have ?
    Appreciate your answers.
    Regards

Thomas thanks for the response.  I have checked the file on the app server and found that the lines with more than 512 characters are being truncated after 512 characters.  Basis team is not aware of any such limits on the app server.  I am sure few on the forum would have extracted data to a file on the application server using APD.  Please note that the file extraction to the client workstation is working as expected (posts lines more than 512 characters).

  • Using checkboxes with JOption Pane

Hi, I having abit of trouble trying to implement a search utility into my swing based program. What I want is something also the lines of the "Find" feature available in MS Word and IE. Hence I want a message, input dialog box but also a checkbox to check does the user what to search for case sensitive material. So far I've been using JOptionPane and my code is as follows...
    String userInput = (String) JOptionPane.showInputDialog(null,"Enter Search Criteria:\n",     "Search Dialog",JOptionPane.QUESTION_MESSAGE,null,null,"");
However it seems I cannot use checkboxes with this. Any idea how I could go about doing this using JOptionPane or if not would someone care to shed some light on how I might accomplish it?
    Thanks in advance,
    Simon

JOptionPanes can be extended, but you would rather want to make a JDialog.
Because you might also offer regular expression search (free in java 1.4),
    or search-and-replace.
A google search will give examples like at the koders site.
In general it pays to have all those little dialogs really user-friendly, say saving the last N sought terms + whether case-sensitive or not.
