Can any one tell me how to create check box in se80 transcation and after clicking it, it has to goto
me51 transaction.How to declare checkbox in the program in se80.

Am facing a problem in screen develeopment .
Am displaying the details of material with pend pr and pend pos in a screen.
i have used 2 loops to display the details.
IN FIRST LOOP I HAVE USED a subroutine
perform append_modifypr to update the  pr details in the screen
in second loop i am updationg the po detaills using perform append_modify po.
But if there are  5 prs displayed the po details gets displayed from 6 th line in table control.
i have to display it straight to pr.
Am getting the problem like this

    Can any one explain me the impact of EU check box in OY01 transaction code, as per my knowledge if we selectthe EU check box the country for which we selected the check box it will fall upder the EU tax countries and the same by default will appear while creating Sales Order, but after doing this transaction where we cansee the impact of this chage to this specific country.
    pls. suggest me on this and correct me if my assumption is wrong.

    Hi,
    Not really.  The check box will allow certain information to be entered in the company code and customer / vendor master for EU countries.  By default it is coded with the country, ie. if you want to put this check on for any other country additional functionalities will not be activated.
    As an example, if you go into Company code global parameters in Financial accounting, in the detail screen you will see a button for Additional data. Click on that, you will see additional fields which will only be visible for countries which have the EU check on.
    Most of the impact due to this check box is related to EU reporting and usually master based and not transaction based.

  • Radio Buttons / Check box of Gui Transaction not displaying in WEB UI

    HI,
    We are using CRM 7.0 / ECC 6.0, i am launching some ECC transaction in WEB UI using transaction launcher, Radio button and Checkbox are displaying properly in Dev CRM system but it is not displaying in Quality system.
    I compared both systems, everything is the same. I also checked the ITS URL, we are using transaction IC_LTXE.

    Hi,
    We are working on an upgrade project and have used transaction launcher to give SAP GUI transactions in Web UI.
    We are facing a similar issue.
    We have a report program with several checkboxes. User will select few checkbox and perform further processing.
    In development system it is working fine but in quality system if we scroll down or up after clicking on checkbox the page is getting refreshed and check is cleared.
    Did you come up with a reasonable solution to this issue?
    Do you know any way around this issue?

    Hi Friends,
    I have ticked the check box 'Create New Transaction' for every step in BPM. In Block I have mentioned 'Block Start' & 'Block End' property as 'New Transaction'.
    I have gone through SAP Help Transactional Behaviour of BPM. Somewhere it is mentioned by check this to increase system performance, database hit time will be reduced. Somewhere 'No New Transaction' is recommened.
    I am confusing on this.
    Could you kindly help me to understand this clearly ? (Like, what is the advantage of 'Create new Transaction'?, If untick what will happen ? ...)

    it depends on how you decide to use the property.
    in help it mentions;
    Transactional Behavior for Specific Step Types
    At runtime, the system normally creates a separate transaction for each step. The transaction then covers this step only. However, you can influence the transactional behavior of particular step types. In the step properties, you can define that the system is not to start a new transaction when the step is executed. The system then executes the step in the transaction that was started at the time of execution. Consequently, no background work item is created for the step and the database does not need to be accessed. In this way you can improve system performance.
    by defining to not use a new transaction at the right place you can improve performance.
    It also depends on step types. For example in case of a sync send this is what help says;
    No New Transaction: You can expect better system performance if the system does not create a new transaction for the send step. However, only select this setting if by repeating the send step the result is not changed (idempotency). This is the case, for example, with lookup operations.
    Note
    If you have selected this setting and an error occurs, synchronous sending can also cause problems in the pipeline and the receiver system following the rollback. Messages with an error status can also remain in the pipeline.
    New Transaction: If the result is changed when the step is repeated, choose Create New Transaction. Otherwise the following error situation can occur: The system successfully executes a synchronous send step but an error occurs in the subsequent step. The system rolls back processing and executes all steps in the transaction - including the send step - again. If the send step results in a write-to operation in the receiver system, for example, creating a purchase order, this is also repeated. This can result in semantic errors. 
    Mainly transaction processing helps to have a roll back implemented.

    We do not have any standard exits or BADI available for the above transactions.
    I could not find even implicit enhancements available for this.
    You can make use of screen variants, and then assign it to transaction variants. If it is the legal requirement, try approaching SAP

    Could you please enlighten me on the use of Payment transaction check box in posting key configuration screen.
    I would like to know what impact does it have if its checked and if unchecked.
    In F1 help its mentioned, Set this indicator in the posting keys for incoming payments, outgoing payments, payment differences (residual items) and payment clearing. - but I am need to know in which scenario this check box plays a role and its affect.

    Hi,
    Generally Payment Transaction checkbox will be checked for Payment Documents. Ex: PK -25 (Outgoing payment) and PK-35 (Incoming payment)
    Payment Transaction checkbox will be unchecked for Invoice Documents. Ex PK-01 (Sales Invoice) and PK-31 (Purchase Invoice)
    In this case, Default Payment Terms will be picked by system automatically at the time of invoice posting.

    I setup the batch source as check "copy document number to transaction number" but when
    I import the invoice by auto invoice I found the transaction number is 2 and
    the document number is 1
    That mean the system ignore the check box in definition of batch "copy document number to transaction number"
    Facts: Navigate -> Setup -> Transactions -> Sources
    Setup Transaction Source with Automatic Transaction Numbering checked and Copy Document Sequence Number to
    Transaction Number checked.
    Navigate - > setup -> system option  tab (transaction & customer)
    Document number generation level: when completed
    Expected Behavior:
    The Expected Behavior is that when I checked the "copy document number to transaction number" in definition of the source
    AR Auto Invoicing must assign the document number to transaction number
    Business impacts :
    There is gaps with the sequence number for the invoice that not accepted from the finance auditor in the last of the year

    you have to do all the necesarry set up steps:
    1) Enable the Sequential Numbering Profile Option
    2) Enable the AR: Document Number Generation Level Profile Option
    3) Check Copy Document Number to Transaction Number box on Transaction Sources
    4) Define Sequences
    5) Assign Sequences to Categories
    In batch source definition for your invoice, there is a flag for 'copy doc num to trx num'. is it ticked?

    Hi,
    I actually did not understandd your question completely. but if defaulting a value is only your requirement. then below is the way to do it for a specific user.
    Normally for any user, if you want to default a value for any field. Then the parameter ID of that particular field will be given in the parameters tab of the users settings transaction SU01. Ask you security guy to help you out. and its respective value should be given there only. so that in SAP if this user opens and transaction and any of these fields are there in tha screen, they will be defaulted with the value given here in SU01.
    If you want it for all user: You can try searching for field exit or user exit for that respective screen.
    and not sure about this but you may even try using transaction variant( never used it, but you can give a try).

  • Preventing disabling of check box - item okay in MIGO

    Dear all,
    In the MIGO transaction - during goods receipt for subcontractor material, when the item (incoming) is checked as item okay - automatically the child material (Material sent to subcontractor) is also activated thereby to enable 543 movement.
    Unfortunately some of the users are disabling the check box (for the material sent to the subcontractor). This prevents depletion of stock from the subcontractor but inflates the stock of the incoming material.
    Is there any way - either by authorisation check to prevent users disabling the check box or other methods?
    Experts suggestion is required in this regard.

    tell your abaper to put the logic like
    parent ID and subcomponent ID need to select
    if either of two is not selected
    then error message will prompt not to save the GR doc since subcomponent is unselected.

    I just got the question regarding the return item and free goods check box,my question is that if I check the free good check box,then the price of the matieral will be charged to zero,however,if I want to issue the return purchase order to the vendor,does I need to check the return box first and then issue the return order to the vendor?     Retun to vendor through have two types....
    One is you have Po created, vendor send the item in that few items have rejected so you need to return the item to vendor......
    here in MIGo chose returrn to vendor selce the PO numbere.... system automaticaly take the movent type 122....
    sencond type is Retun PO..... In Po while creting the PO tick the return indication..
    If you do the GR system will pick 161mopvent type.. ( GR returns)...

  • How to put check box in a table format at the out put ?  Urgent issue...

    Hi,
    I am working an assignment to assign multiple roles for multiplr user.
    In selection screen we have to enter mutiple EMPNO from ..to
    1)  in second screen we will get the empno, First name, last name,  Position,
        From  date, To date, Sap user ID, Email id in the table formate with first
        column  with Check box.
    2) In second screen below the table I have to place the multiple roles just like in
       the step  loop format and below this one Execute button should be there.
    If we select the multiple employees or single employee and place the multiple roles or single roles and if I click the execute button then the multiple roles will be assigned to the multiple employees. The empno and roles will come from table and step loop to internal table and the same will pass to the BDC.
    For this requirement I prepered recording for Transaction PFCG. But I can't understand how to design the second screen that table format and the step loop format. Can anybody give any idea or any coding to design  the second screen.
    and how to meet the requirement. This is urgent issue. Good SDN points will be reworded.

    There are slight changes in the sivas code.Where is the data coming into the table.If its from a Model Node then iterate each element of the source node get that value compare and set the corresponding value in the element of the node binded to table.
    Create a boolean attribute "select" in the table node and bind it to checked property of the check box.
