Check In Similiar Problem

I have created Profiles in CS such that these profiles contains only the Standard Fields like Title,Content ID,Content Type and Profile Type - Customer Name ,Customer Order No.
I have multiple Profiles like this ,the problem that i am facing is once the content is checked in through one of these profile if the users does check in similiar he gets all the metadata's instead of the one's defined in that profile
So how do i co-relate the check in similiar with the Profile check IN form so that the user gets only the required feilds just like profile check in

I tested the same steps and seeing the expected behavior where in on Step 7 , folder is displayed with the value picked from last content item . I believe you should install the latest Opatch and test this further (assuming server is PS5 - 11.1.1.6.0 ) .

You're welcome. Given the number of people who seem to have problems restoring photos from their backup I wouldn't trust the iCloud backup for my photos anyway. I always import them to my computer at least weekly. That way I know I have them.
You might want to check out the app PhotoSync. It makes this pretty easy as it transfers them to your computer wirelessly and keeps track of which ones have already been transferred.

Firefox crashes only on weekends, has anyone else had similiar problem during past months?

From Monday to Friday system works fine but when I try to open Firefox browser on Saturday or Sunday there is a text on the top "no response" and it is totally jammed. I have Windows vista os and other browsers works fine at the same time. If someone have had similiar problems and succeeded to solve them, please inform. I have reinstalled browser several times but it doesn't help and same phenomen has occured every weekend since last May.

Interesting......I did receive a notification on 11/11 for my bill due 12/2. I have not received a notification for my bill due 1/1 and I received the 1/1 paper bill today. Just checked my Account Profile and found that the Bill Notifications box was not checked and I think that is the setting that controls the bill notification email (and/or SMS). I have been getting notifications each month for quite a while, so I am guessing some Verizon maintenance update caused the check to be removed. I have activated Bill Notification again so now I guess I just have to wait and see if I get one next month.
I suggest you check your account profile to see if the Bill Notifications setting has somehow been turned off.
Edit: I See you edited your post while I was writing mine. I do not use paper-free billing so that is one difference.

Can I send in my MacBook to check for any problems before my MacBook's AppleCare Protection Plan expires?

Before my warranty expires next month, I'd like to send in my laptop to check for any problems that I haven't detected so far. I've had it for almost three years and I'm worried that there are problems I haven't yet discovered?
Is bringing in my laptop for repair on account of wanting to ensure that there's nothing wrong with it allowed?
Also, is changing my laptop's battery for a new one covered under the warranty?

AppleCare is for repairs, not for detecting any problems that havnen't surfaced as yet.
The might replace the battery if there's a problem.

Turkish Character and Check Box "?" Problem in XML Publisher

In aplication and XML Publisher I must use Turkish Characters e.g. 'ş','ı','ğ','ç','ö' and check boxes. In html preview there is no problem, I can see all of them correctly. Hovewer in PDF preview in XML Publisher and also PDF output in Oracle Application all these Turkish Characters and Check Boxes looks like question mark (?). How can I solve this problem ?

Related to Special Italian characters, when I try with "Courier New" font with static data,the XML Preview display those characters.But when those chars come from XML source file,they get vanished.I tried two cases:
Case1 ) IN EBS,I have attached courbi.ttf(font file) to the template manager(followed as per instructions in Font mapping section in User Guide).
When I try running the report ,its getting completed with Warning.
Case 2) I have also modified xdo.cfg ( as per Doc ID:400755.1 www.metalink.oracle.com)-
In both cases ,I am not acheving the desired results.
Please let me know where I am going wrong.

however, about the cracking of disk, it was appeared since first boot.
I had to contact the support, and they done me to *perform some controls* on the new notebook (only a *CHKDSK* and a *boot-tool* for checking the integrity of the disk that I can not remember the name) and for them it's all ok,no error, no problem..and they said me literally:

Check box rendering problem in List.

            I am using list component in my app and list component allows multiple selections. I am using an itemrenderer having the checkbox and label in hbox.
Rendering is working fine. but when I selected three or four items randomly using check boxes in list and If I scroll it vertically (up and down) the selections of check boxes changedto another items. If I keep on doing this finally I will get all the check boxes selected. but I have selected only three check boxes.
             I wanted get out of this problem. If i selected two or three checkboxes and when scroll it vertically it should remain as it is. Selections should not change... please help on this..

Unable to check for purchases problem . . .

I mentioned this problem in another thread, but I think a new one is warranted.
I too have received the "Unable to check for purchases" message after upgrading some songs using iTunes Plus. After allowing for the initial congestion to die down, it has now been over a month since I bought them, yet I still can't get the songs.
But, my question is this. I emailed iTunes Customer Service, and I have received a reply requesting my billing details. I've checked, and this is information that Apple already holds. I'm a little suspicious about this request, here is the email:
"I am sorry that you are not able to download your items that are currently in your download queue. To help troubleshoot this for you, I would like for you to reply to this email.
In this email if you could please include the billing address associated with your account. I will also need your permission to test your account and reset your password.
Once we have received this information, we will verify, reset your password and test your account. You will then receive a follow up email with you new password and the results of our test."
Does this email sound realistic? Has anyone else received an email like this from iTunes Customer Service? I hope I can reset my password afterwards also.

Yes, this email is realistic and not an uncommon reply (I also had such a reply when once I had a problem with the iTunes Store). The iTunes Store customer service rep sometimes needs to be able log into your account and check things when a problem arises, and it's something they can't do without resetting the password since they don't have access to your current password, they can only change it. So I don't think you need to worry.

Check printing/APP problem

Hello Experts,
I am facing a strange problem in APP run. Payment run was fine and while printing the checks we got a strange problem. All checks were printed fine except two. The problem is that in one of them the check amount was 6,884.00 but on the check it was printed as 6.884,0 and we had the same problem with other check. I don't know from where to start the debugging process because I dont have any clue about this. Also I have seen the payment log and it has the correct amount. I have seen the tables REGUP and it has the correct amount in correct format. Please advice.
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated and duly rewarded.

Goto Tcode SU01 and give your user name and click on display and goto defaults tab then ses the decimal notation.
clik on change button to correct this.
you can also choose menu path from Easy Access
System->user profile -> own data then go to then goto defaults tab. change the decimal notation.

XML validation: how to check ALL validation problem for XHTML

I have a lot of documents in HTML format (not very good) that I would like to convert in XML (XHTML). I know it is not so easy and I would use this strategy in a Java program:
1. Try to check the well-formness and validation with a XML parser (SAX or Xerces)
2. If not valid: try to individuate ALL the problems the file has (*and not only the first one that halts the processing process*)
3. Try to transform the HTML to a validable XHTML with some approach: regular expression or other methods
So the questions I do to you are the following:
1. What XML parser do you think is the best for this purposes? SAX or Xerces?
2. How can I understand what are all the validation problems in the file and not only the first one (If I remember well XML parsers halt the parsing process at the first error...)?
3. How can I transform the HTML to a valid XHTML? I have only to use RegEx or is there other tools to do this for XHTML and HTML problem?

You could also submit them to one of the internet sites which will validate XHTML for you.I've seen Tidy and its capability to convert an HTML to a XHTML and I think it is better then TagSoup because I have to implement this mechanism in a production environment and I want to use only open source projects that have a very long story and that are strong. But I'll see TagSoup as you say.

Check Browser Compatibilty Problem with CS5.5

Hi,
I am having problems with the Check Browser Compatibilty function, it seems to pick up the issues in an HTML file but ignores errors in CSS files.
I have run the check on CS4 and it work fine.
Example of the File

I would expect it to give me a warning about ' an unsupported value', as shown below:
               Unsupported value: 'transparent'
               Affects: Firefox 1.5, 2.0, 3.0; Internet Explorer for Macintosh 5.2; Netscape 8.0; Opera 8.0, 9.0; Safari 2.0, 3.0
This is the warning I get from Dreamweaver CS4.

Checks in SM30 - problem

hope all are doing fine!!!
am entering records in the database table through table maintenance in sm30,,,,,before that am checking the entries entered in sm30 are valid or not. for that am using the event 01 before_save ....so that entries will be validated and only valid entries will be recorded in the database table.
now the problem is even the invalid entries are also recorded in the db table ,,, for which i have written the code in the 01 event ( before_save routine) under table maintanence events for validating the entries......
pls. help me outt
any solutions from which i can get rid off will be highly appreciated

am explaining my problem once again
in the transaction am making entries in 3 fields ,,,,whenever i enter some wrong values in all the 3 fields ;;all fields except 3rd field will be input disabled(i.e,, we cannot change the wrong value) ,,,and the first 2 fields are always input enabled even if we enter wrong values in the transaction since they are key fields in the table,, but 3rd field is not key field and its input disabled ,,,, and i cannot make 3rd field as key field as per the requirement ,,,i can enter the value in 3rd field only when i cancel the transaction and come back...... so any suggestions to make 3rd field as input enabled even after entering wrong values also and without cancelling the transaction....?????

"Filesystem Check Failed" and problems fscking it

I realize that there are other threads about failed filesystem checks, but I think my problem is a bit unique. Sorry for making yet another thread if this question has been answered before and I am too stupid to find it:
I made an 8 hour drive back from school the other day and my box came along with me. I was excited to get it set up for the summer, but upon booting it, I was greeted with a nasty "FILESYSTEM CHECK FAILED, Please repair manually and reboot, etc" message that dumps me into a root shell with limited functionality. I apparently need to run e2fsck on /dev/sda3 to repair the partition, but I get a warning message about running e2fsck on a mounted drive, which can supposedly seriously screw up the files on the partition if it is run. I guess that I have to unmount the partition before running e2fsck on it, but for some odd reason, the umount comand is not found. Neither is mount.
Is this normal, or is something seriously messed up here? How would I go about repairing my partition if I can not unmount it? Should I just ignore the warnings and run e2fsck anyway, or will that ruin all my data? I feel kinda stuck here, and there is a lot of important data on this partition that I'd hate to lose. Please help my clueless self if you can, thanks.

Mounting it read-only shouldn't hurt it. Try that first, take a look at a few directories, then check your dmesg. If there is nothing funky there about failed reads, you might just be having an issue with finnicky initscripts telling you things that aren't completely true.
I would consider remouting your drive read-write once you are reasonably certain it is ok, and editing the lines in rc.sysinit where /sbin/fsck is run and removing the >/dev/null and 2>&1 redirections so you see every last bit of output from those scripts. Before you try this, you may want to run fsck with the exact options used there and see if anything fishy comes up.
