Hi Everyone
If you have a broadband issue it's possible that there could be a temporary problem at your local exchange that is affecting every broadband connection in your area.
You can check this on our broadband service status page:

The service status page can be used to check if the internet and telephone network is OK in your area.  It provides a list of known issues and planned engineering works and is updated regularly.
If a problem affecting your area has only recently been resolved, you may still need to restart your modem or router to restore your broadband service.

According to your description, I understand that the issue happens to several PCs with Outlook 2010.
I noticed that you have done several troubleshooting about the Outlook crash issue. I suggest we can install Outlook 2013 in a new computer and check whether the issue happens in Outlook 2013.
If the issue doesn’t happen in Outlook 2013, please update your Outlook 2010 to the latest patches and service packs and check whether the issue persists.

    Hello,
    So Outlook has failed to launch and an error dialog (error reporting) pops up. A lot of things can cause this issues.
    One of the main causes is a corrupt Navigation Pane settings file. You might need to start Outlook using the /resetnavpane
    switch. Just run command (Windows key + R), type or paste:
    outlook.exe /resetnavpane  (Please note that you will lose any customizations on the navigation pane)
    In certain cases, a corrupted data file will also cause this problem. So, if the /resetnavpane switch doesn't really work, please try to repair your data file with
    scanpst.exe tool:

    Every time I TRY to start firefox 18-19 I get an error message : "Firefox has stopped working" - "close the program and check online for a solution" - or - "close the program" this happens TWICE every time I try to start firefox. Eventually after a random number of tries firefox will start normaly. I am useing firefox 19.0.2 now bit I belive it started when I upgraded to firefox 18 but am not sure, it might have been when I upgraded to firefox 19 ... but it has been happening for a very long time and I cannot find any helpfule solutions online.
    I have tried a Clean reinstall but it did not help.

    Bridge worked great for a while then started to fail when starting. Old Bridge CS6 still works fine. HELP ... please.

    i found out my prob!
    here is what you do.
    go to the "system preferences" on your dock.
    click "software updates".
    click "installed software"
    if it shows something about a recent update about "EFI UPDATE, FIRMWARE, THUNDERBOLT" or anything like that, exit out of it.
    go to mail.
    click "mail" at the top.
    click "preferences...".
    find the account you are having trouble with, once you do, make sure its highlighted, then click the "-" at the bottom of the window (this will only effect that mail account, it will not effect your ical weather or not its synced thought that email account)
    hit the "+" (right next to the "-") and add your accout back!
    its something with that update that effected mail, i hope this works out for you, if not reply back

    I've been trying all day to change my email address associated with my Adobe account, using Firefox, my default browser. I am able to access my acct (old e-address), make changes in account, but then the screen displays:
    Required Password Reset: To protect the security of your account, you must reset your password. Please check your inbox for an email we just sent you with instructions for how to reset your password and log into your account.
    I have checked both email accts throughout the day, including spam folders. Cleared browser history etc. Tried using Internet Explorer. And every other action they recommend.
    How can I get through the Password Reset Wall?

    Thanks, Dave. I think your link helped to solve my problem. Now that I have a new password, I'd like to ask this: Is making changes to your account so difficult for others? I ask because changing my password wasn't even the reason I was accessing my Adobe account.
    What I really want to do is to switch primary (1) and alternate (2) email addresses. I have a third (3) email address, which I can use for this process. For example, my idea is to replace (2) with (3), then (1) with (2), then (3) with (1). [I had already tried switching them; a lost cause.]
    I replaced (2) with (3). BUT! "An email has been sent to your inbox. Please check your email to complete verification."
    But I check all three email addresses and spam folders in each, several (m@any) times in a day, and that email never arrives. Even when I try making a different change.
    And all this so that I can prepare to purchase Adobe XI and have all communication between Adobe and me at that (currently) #2 address, which is the one I use for almost everything, and to keep all my receipts, software and hardware correspondence, and oh everything.
    Thanks for reading so far; if you (or anyone) have another way to accomplish this, please let me know.

    Good day. I need some help... I just installed a new computer and I had to download Acrobat to my system. I have a paid subscription that I have not been able to use for a month because I keep getting the above error message. I have also placed below the "problem signature." I have uninstalled the program, rebooted my system, re installed the program as a "trial" and still can't get any where. My level of frustration is climbing... Is there anyone who has the answer?     I am planning to buy Photoshop from someone in a face to face transaction locally. Is there a way to check if the serial key is valid, can be activated and registered online? I want to do this on the spot using my smart phone.

    A license key certainly be checked by going to Adobe's Website, login with a valid user name and password.
    There you will find a page called Your Adobe Product and Online Service Registrations.
    This is a full list of my registered Adobe products shown by:
    Serial Number, Application, Version, Platform, date purchased and Licenses.
    Mine shows a list of products purchased and registered all the way back to the year 2002.

    Printed shipping label and printed shipping receipt have way too much spacing. Every character is separated by what looks like a space key entry.

    Maybe this is fixed in the Firefox 4 RC.
