Hi Friends,
1) I am using this standard script F110_PRENUM_CHCK . while printing check in currency USD giving error.
2) From which table can i get deduction. i m currently using structure REGUD-dmbtr. deduction is null.

I currently fetching deduction from table WITH_ITEM field is WT_QBSHH: but issue is field BUZEI start
from 2, 3, 4.... that of table REGUP-BUZEI start from 1,2,3. for Document type = DP.
could you give me relation for table REGUP, WITH_ITEM and Other table

Signature on the Check Priting

Hello Experts,
As we have to support mutliple country's SAP Systems, We have different landscapes. There is a new requirement to add signature on Check Priting Form from country A. As we already have implemented this functionality in other country's landscape(which was implemented 10years back). So when I looked at the SAPScirpt(Z_PRENUM_CHECK) to see how it was designed, there is a window for Signature.
The text-element for this window is:
*PRINT-CONTROL ZDABC

?@ABCDEFGH
Before looking at this Text-Element, I had expected that they would have uploaded a .tiff file of signature and used it for printing.
PS: The Print Program RFFOUS_C was never changed. I have searched for the Print Control ZDABC in SPAD and could not found.
Can anybody please explain what does that symbol mean and how the signature functionality was implemented?

How to find a logo in exising check printing form

i'm able to see a logo in exising sap check priting form while print preview.
but inside form i want to know where it is called or graphic window?

Goto SE71, give the form name and in display mode.
Click on Page Windows. Usually we name all page windows as per the content so look if there is any window with name LOGO.
If not, then see the parameters - Left margin and Upper Margin.
If logo is printed in top left corner of page, left margin should be defined as 0.5 CM or so and Top margin should be defined as 0.5CM or so.
You can use menu Utilities --> Page Layout for more details. This shows the place for the selected window on the page.

In BI Publisher RTF table layout issue for invoice printing

Hi,
I am working on check printing and invoice printing project on bi publisher and i am facing one issue. That is i have used section break on check priting so because of that if the the records are more than 20 then check will print on second page and on first page there would be void printed othervise it should print on first page only. In this case the preprinted stationary is not having invoice table form. we are using blank preprinted stationary to print this .
Now i have done with invoice and cheque layout but in output if the number of records are more than 20 then its going to second page but the problem is that invoice table break into two parts and and the end lineof table layout is not coming on first page .even on second page i am not getting start layout line to make complete table outline.
I want that full table layouton both the pages of the table. i have tried to to create table skeleton and used it as a watermark to print all the records on it but it is coming in to the middle of the page .so it not working.
Please anyone knows the solution on this problem please let me know or share your thoughts on this issue.
As i have tried many options but still stuck into this issue .Kindly help me.

Hmmm ... sounds like a regression bug.
I would contact support, provide, the version you are using, layout template, sample XML data, 2000 RTF output and 2003 RTF output and ask them to investigate.

How to make changes in Format Payment Instructions Program in Payables

Dear All,
My requirement is to make changes in the Check Priting Template. When i do payment thru payments screen, then in view requests "Format Payment Instructions" Program was submitted.
"Format Payment Instuctions" Program is having executable as "Java COncurrent Program".
In Payment Administrator I have got the " Payment Process Profile". In this Profile Format "Laser Check FOrmat " is attached.
From this java file how can i get the all xml tags which are used in "Laser Check Format".
Now i want to get the list of all xml tags , how can i do that.
Please help me.....

Dear Radha,
You need to check whether all pay doc. number has been assigned for Check number or not. use FCHN Tcode.
If yes, go to FBZ5, provide the payment number against which check are assingned but not printed. in menu--> click on check and then print. select "Old check" and enter. this will take you to check priting programme, but will not assign new check to doc. number.
If check are not assigned to Payment doc. then instead of choosing "Old Check", select "New Check" and dollow the same process of normal check printing.

Electronic Signature in checks

Is it possible to have a electronic signature on a paycheck during the priting of the check.

GR priting issue

Hi Experts ,
I have issue with printing GR in MIGO , It is priting each item line on one page so for ten line, 10 pages!!!!
Is it standerd SAP functionality ? If yes Is it possible to have more than one item on one page ?

u might selected the indivisual print in migo
make it collective then u will get it on one page
do as follows
Check following if usefull to u
1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
2. Ensure that in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for GI/Transfer Posting Documents
5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Pr Det by Pl/StoLoc, maintain the Output device for all your Plants
7. Go to MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
Now the settings are ready for Printing Material doc
8. While doing MIGO, ensure that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
9. Now depending on the setting in 5a, the Matl doc is printed. If it is 3, you have to print it using MB90. If it is 4, it is printed immediately.

Now it shows "Data error (Cyclic redundancy check)".
I tried all the procedures provided here like
chkdsk /f, diskpart, rescan etc
but no result :( (i mean all processes failed. They could not detect the drive).
Please help me to get those data, pictures and project files.

IF-statement in Personas that is checking if control is inactive?

I have this simple script in screen personas that is clicking the option: "Attachment list". Everything is working great if there is attachments.
If there are no attachments the option is "inactive" or "greyed out". This will result in a script error.
I thought this was going to be an easy fix by adding IF statement to the the script. But howerver I specify the critera for the IF statement the script will always try to click the Attachment list. The condition will simply always be TRUE.
Am I missing something here or is it not possible at this time to script an IF statement that is checking if the control is inactive or similar?

There is another way, but it will get a little tricky.
Outside of the transaction IE03 you can check for the existence of attachments for a piece of equipment by looking in table SRGBTBREL. Field TYPEID_A will be "EQUI" and field INSTID_A will be the equipment number, zero-padded on the left to 18 characters long. Use SE16 to look in the table and you'll get the idea.
You could wrap this test in an RFC-enabled ABAP function and call that from your Personas script button. Use the return value from that RFC to decide if attachments exist or not and how the script should respond. Details for how to write such an RFC and call it from a Personas script are in this blog: Calling RFCs from a Personas script.
Like I said, this isn't straightforward and perhaps Personas scripting should include an active/inactive test in addition to the exists/doesn't exist test. Until then, however, there is a way if you don't mind a bit of ABAP programming.

Checking null and not null values

Hi!
We have a job schedule table that has a column for each day.
JOB_ID, TIME_ID, MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU
1 1 X
1 2 XSince the same job can be on different days and times, we need to check all the instances of
that job.
Sorry for the formatting - the X is an indicator; i.e. Wednesday and Saturday.
How can we solve this?

Check for null and empty - Arraylist

A null check might not be you best option. If your requirement is you must have both the date and time component supplied in order to populate EventDate, then I would use a Script Functoid that takes data and time as parameters.
In the C# method, first check if either is an empty string, if so return an empty string.
If not, TryParse the data, if successful, return a valid data string for EventDate. If not, error or return empty string, whichever satsifies the requirement.

Contact form check boxes will not work on a Tablet

I created a website (Desktop) and a mobile version (Phone). I did not create one for a tablet but have relied on the Desktop version if someone views it on a Tablet.
Here's the thing, I created a contact form with checkboxes. It works great on a desktop (because people check the boxes with their mouse), however, it doesn't work on a Tablet, when you try and check the boxes with your finger.

my ipad has IOS 5.1.1 version and i know there is newer update for them as when i go to download certain apps it wont let me because it needs IOS 7 but when i have plugged it into itunes it says no update needed?

From your post it appears that you are using an earlier iPad, which can only update to iOS 5. Some developers do offer compatible versions of their apps for people running older iOS versions, but ultimately it is up to that developer to make an older version. Checkbox item: How to get all values checked?

The report query is simply

from dualThe checkbox item is a named static LOV with STATIC2:ONE,TWO,THREE,FOUR and a Source value of ONE:TWO:THREE:FOUR so that all boxes appear checked when the page is first rendered.
All the 4 columns have a column condition like
instr(':'||:P46_COLS||':',':ONE:') > 0to ensure that column is rendered only if the corresponding checkbox is checked.
The report has Dynamic column headings with the following PL/SQL function body
return 'ONE:TWO:THREE:FOUR';To my (pleasant) surprise, this works very nicely. When column TWO is conditionally not rendered, its corresponding column heading is also skipped with no effort on my part. Nice.
Question:
Instead of "hard-coding" that string ONE:TWO:THREE:FOUR in the 2 places I mentioned above (checkbox item source and report heading), is there a way to access the "all values checked" version of that LOV item so that it will dynamically pick up the latest LOV changes? The way I have done it currently, if I change the named LOV, I need to also change those 2 places where I have hardcoded the values.

I thought about that but the LOV has dozens of values, each with a verbose display value and a return value of the column name (upto 30 characters) and the display values are still being "worked on" by the users.
So, the "all columns" string would be a big, unweildy string that would be hard to edit.
It is much easier to edit, resequence and generally work with a Shared Component LOV defined as a Static LOV because you get that nice page (4000:4111) where you can read everything nicely formatted instead of a STATIC2:<big long string>!
Can I have my cake and eat it too?!
