Hello I'm trying to update my applications and it is asking me to sign in and checking my billing account .it is not accepting my billing account that I use tried to change it several time it didn't work .what can I do to solve it?
What happens when you try to confirm your details, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ? For a card to be accepted (debit cards are no longer accepted in all countries) it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address as on your account, and have been issued by a bank in your country. If it's not being accepted then do you get the 'none' option on your account ?

hey all, I have been getting the "cannot get mail" error message on my iphone5 suddenly.
ive been using iphone to check two email accounts for months now, one is gmail and not troubled. the other is mail from thunderbird and i get this error message now saying it is not responding. no settings have been changed or anything, it just suddenly stopped receiving mail on my device as of Tuesday afternoon.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -
icloud keeps emailing me saying my account cannot be billed - please go to "settings" and click on "accounts". There is no "accounts" in my icloud . I checked into apple accounts and it says the credit card has expired. It has not. what now?
The credit card used is that registered in the iTunes Store. Open the Store and go to your account. Click 'edit' next to 'payment details' and amend the card details if necessary.

Checking one IMAP account from 2 different Macs using Mac Mail

Have recently switched from using POP 3 account methods to IMAP (our new host provider encourages IMAPs, due to e-mail dupes showing up + more stable). Both my biz partner and I check the same accounts form both of our Macs (I check her e-mail, she checks mine, etc.). With the new IMAP accounts, sometimes we both get the same e-mails, other times one of us only gets the e-mail off the server.
Is it NOT possible to have 2 machines check the same IMAP account? (seems like that would be strange, i.e. a work at office/work from home scenario).
Assuming you CAN do this, any clues out there as to what we may be doing incorrect, set up wise?What you're saying doesn't make much sense to me, so I might be missing something. Anyway, here it goes:

The wifi will work just fine. There will be no charge for accessing your email from across the pond the only fee could potentially be for wifi access. The few trips I have taken to Europe I found some of the hotels charge for Internet access. Your charger that came with your iPad accepts 110-220 volts (220 is used in Europe ). All you will need is an plug adaptor for your charger and you will be good to go. You can buy the appropriate plug adaptor at any electronics store for a few $. Don't let them talk you into a transformer to change the voltage unless you will be bringing other plug in items that don't accept 220v.
One thing to be careful of is if you have a cell phone turn it off or put it into airplane mode and just turn on the wifi. Data roaming from Europe could easily cost you more that the plane tickets.

I wanted to rent the movie so I pressed rent but I noticed there was SD so i wanted to see the price so I pressed cancel and then I went back to HD and it said you have already rented this do you want to rent it again so I pressed No but it wasnt on my iTUnes so I pressed rent again but when I checked my bank account it charged double. Can I get a refund for this?

I have a Blackberry Q10 with T-Mobile and have had the following error message appear over the weekend:
Your Account is no longer synchronized with your device. Check that your account settings are correct. If they are correct, contact your email service provider.
My Blackberry is trying to connect to Office 365 for its e-mail. I tried to remove the account, then re-add it, but the e-mails seem to not come in as quickly as it should. I have also tried the Delete Prior and Mark Prior message options, but still no luck.
Does anyone have a solution for this issue? Does it have to do more with Office 365 or the BES server?
Many thanks in advance.Have had issues with z10 but try the following: -turn wifi off when activating Active Sync -do not use a double quote character in your password email account -try using Outlook account option in drop down list of email account types in your z10. Hi all,
I need very urgent help.
I installed the NSP system one time and uninstalled it again.
Now I tried to reinstall it again and allways get the error FSL-01001 Unable to check existence of account localhostSAP_LocalAdmin. Any hints or ideas.
It is a local installation, all admin rights are available. Same environment like at the first installation, which was OK. Also the change of the system name did not help.
Any hints?

I'm often sent what I'm told by professionals are "high res." , "print ready" images- which I would assume are at least 300 dpi CMYK images, but when I check size (image>image size> PS CS6 dialog box tells me these are 72 dpi images. I'm fairly certain the error lies with me rather than with the professional photographersdesigners that send the images.
I'm currently working with an image that says its 1.9M (when I hit info)
Then when I pull the .jpg into PS CS6 and go image>Image size> I see this dialogue box:

This happens to me over and over and I have no idea if these are print ready 300 dpi images or not as the size indicates it should be fine by the 72 pix./inch on this dialogue box makes me nervous.
Also, the images always are in RGB, rather than CMYK
Help!I generally get he images from drop box, email or given to me on a thumb drive. I'm not really worried about the RGB facor as anything that comes via web or a camera shoots in RGB, just added that tidbit in case it factored into the answer.
I do understand that dpi is direclty related to image size (here is a great article that was super helpful to my understanding this, just in case anyone else is looking)

My, newly revised, understanding is that I'll always have to uncheck resample image, constrain w and h and change to 300 dpi and that will tell me the largest file size that I can have at that resolution. -
How do i check which iTunes accounts are purchasing against my card
In my work team we have several itunes accounts all using the same credit card. I know how to check purchase history on MY itunes account but how do i check which itunes accounts and what are the items purchased on the other accounts tied to this card. On my bank statement i see purchase amounts only not which itunes accounts they were from... and i don't know all itune account ID's across the team ??
You will need to find out their account ids and check their purchase history in the same way as you've done for your own account i.e. via the Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes

I changed my card details for my apple id since then i have been getting this error mesg whenever i try to download a paid app - or make payments for existing apps.
I created a new apple id and tried using that- but the error still pops up.I believe that something is wrong with the App Store on Apple's end.
My issue is that my purchase history is completely blank when it shouldn't be.
I believe it's an issue on Apple's end because the same thing occurs on other iPads in the house & on my iPhone.
Sorry I can't be of more help, I'd just say wait it out.

I'm experiencing major synchronisation issues on ICloud, especially for documents created on my Mac in pages, keynote and numbers. Contacts and agenda items work fine. I checked all my account settings. But while I can upload documents from my MAC onto ICloud, they don't show on my IOS devices (whereas previously this worked without issues).
On this Mac I did move all the visible iCloud documents out of iCloud, into another folder, then disabled syncing, exactly as you suggested. But there were, apparently, documents remaining in my Mac's local iCloud store, "~/Library/Mobile Documents/" that I could not see (so could not remove). The Pages file "CSU-PD-UN1.pages" was one such document.
The act of disabling iCloud's document sync'ing, in System Prefs, just renames the local "iCloud" store to "~/Library/Mobile Documents/<appleid#>/" effectively shielding the it from the sync'ing mechanism. Looking at this renamed folder (the screenshot above) revealed that "CSU-PD-UN1.pages" (and other files) had not been removed; it would be reasonable to assume that one, or more, of these "undeletable" files were related to my original problem, and when I re-enabled doc sync'ing, those bad files would just clog up the works again.
So I deleted them with the Finder on both Macs (the other Mac had bad files too, but different ones), then re-enabling sync'ing on the two Macs and doc sync'ing between the Macs (and iCloud.com) appears to now work as intended.
Sadly, iOS devices (iPhone and two iPad) now do not sync at all. Newly created documents do not migrate to any other devices, and documents on other devices do to migrate to the iOS devices.
Your suggestions have certainly done some good, but something is now keeping my iOS devices out of the the iCloud doc sync'ing process. I suspect it's a similar problem as the Macs had ("invisible" files gumming up the works), so I'm going to apply some nasty tricks to explore the iOS devices file system and see if I can find them, and delete them by brue force.
